Rejected Add a "ladder reducer" setting

So, I was thinking that there should be an option to "protect" your ladder ranking by reducing the Elo impact of battles (i.e. you don't move very much on the ladder

(yes, I'm 371 on 2v2 doubles)

That's not how the elo rating system works though, if you want to maintain your score you can play on an alt
