Rejected Add Berserk Gene, NYPC moves, and all things that might have been removed in the past to National Dex tiers

Lovely Kiss Snorlax/Nidoking, etc.

National Dex OU and AG already contain items and moves that aren't in Gen8, as well as mechanics that aren't in Gen8, such as Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves. So why not go all-out for the "ultimate" factor?

The format is based on Generation 7, I highly doubt were going to be bringing back gen 2 items like bezerk gene. And again, this isn't our area to decide. Locking this.
