In particular, the Pumkin, Drash, Eggant, Ginema, Yago, and Touga Berries all have incredibly small niches in Gen 3 as they have an in-battle effect and cannot be tricked or stolen.
These admittedly are very low priority and would probably take some effort to code in (you can only have one type of Enigma Berry per team, like Deoxys), but in my opinion should be added for completion's sake as they do have a small niche.
