Rejected Add Edit Message Option for Chats and PMs.

Hi, could you consider adding an option to edit sent messages in both chat rooms and PMs on Pokémon Showdown? It would really help fix typos and improve clarity without needing to resend messages.

This would require pretty massive changes in how chat works, so unfortunately this is unlikely to happen

It has also been suggested and turned down previously. See here. As that thread notes, it makes moderation considerably harder, and the inconvenience it solves is very minor, since editing a message takes similar time to sending a new message specifying the correction anyway
