In the Eventos room (spanish minigames room), we often use a lot of groupchats for the most important host in the room and it is HORRIBLE to have to invite one user at a time. I think it won't be difficult to add this to PS, since there is already a feature to promote more than one user per line with /roomvoice x,y,z user.

If the problem is possible invite spammers, simply set a limit of 3 or 4 invites per line, it would be of great help.
You have to be trusted in some way to be able to create a groupchat. As long as the person has the status capable of creating a groupchat, being able to mass-invite seems perfectly reasonable (just so long as there's some reasonable cap - I'd say 10 at a time is fine).
