Done Add the ability to view categories to /roomevents

It's really awkward for a room who uses categories a lot to not be able to quickly look up categories for your events and I would appreciate if we could add a command that allows others to see what the roomevent categories are for a specific room.

Oh, I forgot to post here. I did this, and you can view categories with /roomevents viewcategories.
