Adding a Mix Tier to PS and PO!

The tier rules would be:

-One Pokemon per tier, except two has two of the tier.
-All clauses (except Wi-Fi Battle)
-Smash Pass, Drizzle+Swift Swim, and no Ubers.
-No OU Suspect OU

That is just about it for the rules.

I don't mean to be offensive, but this is poorly thought out. We base our tiers off of usage statistics which can be found here. You're also pretty unspecific about some stuff, like your rules just don't make sense. You are more than welcome to create a team like this and play your friends with it! You could even make a social group about it. We're pretty content with our current tiers, but thank you for the suggestions.
