there are some cases where it would be useful to see the list of all illegal pokemon but currently, the closest thing to this is "/nds !terablast", however there are multiple pokemon available in scarlet and violet that can not learn the move, and some alternate forms (typically megas) will not show up by doing this as the base pokemon can learn the move. it would be nice to have such a list without any exceptions like this.
