Welcome to the 8th edition of ADPL, and the second sponsored by Trainer Academy! Hosted by myself and clean This is a team tour that will encourage learning a team tour environment through placing undrafted players in a pool that will be automatically distributed among the teams, with one week of guaranteed play time for each player. From prepping, mock games, tiebreaks, last second substitutions, crazy upsets, and heartbreak: no matter the skill level players WILL be able to participate. The teams who will succeed will need to not only succeed in crafting a team of skilled individuals for all listed tiers, but also be able to lift up their less experienced players to unexpected wins. For less experienced players, this is one of if not the best opportunities to get drafted and compete for a custom avatar, as well as experience a higher level of play than they may be used to.

The general forum tournament rules will apply to this tournament.

laro is actually tuff af and really good at the game. and idk too much about louna but im under the impression that theyre still in the learning phase while laro is like nearly spl-level tier

Predictions time again!
ADV OU Predicts: 1/4 (not counting the game that Zpanther subbed into imo)
AC7 vs. le LLiolae - didn't get to see le LLiolae play last week because of the sub, so again it's hard to gage where they're at in ADV, but I like Adam and I don't think he goes 0-2.

mayopockets vs. Sato07 - I think mayo is the stronger player and I was punished for bolding against her last week so...

Kaboom vs. Endill - Kaboom did well last week and I failed to put potential fruhdazi prep into consideration. I think he can do well this tour but Endill's gonna be a tough one to take down imo.

mielke vs. Zelph - these two played in Circuit (semis?) and Zelph came out on top thanks to some favorable luck. Mielke's someone I rate highly and I think he's only gotten better since then. I think this MU is pretty hype just off of the circuit history.

tigersuit Aqua987 vs. kDCA - I said I didn't know tigersuit's opp last time, bolded against them, and I got owned. Hopefully lightning doesn't strike twice. Oops tigersuit got subbed out but there's still time to change my predict! going with the person who won last week personally.

BW OU Predicts: 3/4 (1 deadgame last week)
Ninja vs. LuckOverSkill - don't think luckovaskeel goes 0-2

Brine vs. Gtcha - Gtcha's prep went crazy last week and he played well, I will still bold Brine here though because if Brine wins then I got my predict right and if he loses then it's funny as shit so I come out on top always. I'm very interested to see what Gtcha comes up with for this MU.

Monai vs. nigel - don't know nigel, Monai still in good form copy pasting the top 6 guys on the BW OU VR and I really don't think he drops a game here

A Hero's Destiny vs. harshest - tough pull getting Monai W1, hershest is definitely a very strong player though and i think he takes this one quite handily.

Pawchete vs. Noaa - I meditated under a waterfall for weeks and communed with spirits beyond this mortal realm to decide this one.

week 2 adv predicts (3/4 so far, 3/5 if we count the game where Zpanther was subbed in)

AC7 vs le LLiolae - AC7 is a powerful player, and I still have never seen le Lliolae play ADV. I would still confidently bold Adam even if le Lliolae is subbed out for Zpanther again (no slight to Zpanther, I just think Adam is super sheist).

evakiyama! vs JoJ - Two players I think are about evenly matched. I've seen Eva in more tours recently, so she might be in better form, but I think JoJ might have the prep edge with River on the team. This one is like 51/49 though, think both players are very strong and could definitely see Eva winning.

Kaboom vs Endill - Kaboom looked great last week, and while I think he could certainly put up a fight, it's hard to bold against arguably the best player in the pool here. It's doable for Kaboom, especially if he has Fruhdazi to help with prep, but I think Endill is pretty comfortably favored here.

ADV OU: mielke vs Zelph - have to bold my goat here. he had a fantastic game vs Endill, and I'd expect him to dominate in both prep and play here. That said, Zelph is far from an easy win, and I believe he has a positive record against mielke in tournament games. Still, like the former game, I'm bolding who I think the better player is.

ADV OU: tigersuit vs kDCA - I think tigersuit has a lot of potential in ADV OU, despite last week's game. Don't know of kDCA, so I'll go with the player I know of here.
