This is probably outside the scope of this forum and would require chaos to do it himself (I could be wrong and someone might be able to do it for him which is why I'm posting also). Never the less, it's a suggestion and I mine as well post it even if its not something that can implemented anytime soon.
I'm basically just suggesting a more advanced search feature than we currently have. If I search for Surf, it returns me all the non-NFE Pokemon that learn Surf. It would be cool to have a feature that allowed me to search for say Tier: UU, Move: Surf and return everything that satisfied that or Tier: UU, Move: Surf , Min Speed: 85 or something and return to me everything that satsified that etc.
