Timid Nature
- Psystrike

Fast special attacker and lead with coverage against almost all types, boosted speed to outpace some potential threats such as slower scarfed pokemon. ice beam and flamethrower to make quick work of garchomp and ferrorthorn

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 96 HP / 100 Atk / 60 Def / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature

bulky physical attacker. Assault vest boots low special defence to raise it to similar levels to it's high defence. Drain punch for recovery, stone edge for fire & bug types particularly talonflame and volcarona and ice punch for dragogon and grass types.

Duster (Cinccino) (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Tail Slap
- Sing

Choice band to allow for KO's of most non restisted types combined with wide coverage against all but steel types allow it to one hit or at least cripple opponents. sing for a last resort move when against steel types.

Tangrowth (F) @ Big Root
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 236 HP / 20 Def / 252 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Earthquake
- sleep powder

Physical wall and regenerator with big root to improve hp sapped by giga drain and lech seed. Earthquake for coverage against steel types and sleep powder to allow for free healing without switching out.

Fluffy (Dialga) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 236 HP / 252 SpA / 20 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Flash Cannon

Huge amount of resistances allows for set up of stealth rock by resisting or forcing switches, bulky special attacker with flash cannon to deal with fairies.

356.png

Fred (Dusclops) (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 116 HP / 140 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 30 SpA
- Will-O-Wisp
- Haze
- Curse
- Night Shade

Staller with Will-O-Wisp cripple physical attackers and investment in special defence to wall them to, combined with eviolite results in ridiculously high defences. Curse for severely crippling those who resist will-o-wisp. night shade to deal consistent damage.

Any advice regarding moves and team members would be much appreciated.

Hi, Regirock, Cinccino, Tangrowth, and Dusclops are not viable in Ubers. If you want detailed help, feel free to PM me :) I'll just leave some mons you can replace with and small explanations if you don't have the time.

AV Regirock is not really viable period because it has access to a ton of great support moves, including Stealth Rock, Twave, etc., and in a lot of cases you don't need it to be a mixed wall since many Special Attacks hit it super effectively anyway.

Cincinno lacks power even with Choice Band, and it's bad to be locked into a Normal-type move anyway because of Mega Gengar especially. The best Pokemon with Normal STAB in Ubers is Arceus-Normal, as it has priority Extreme Speed to be a threatening sweeper.

Tangrowth's Special Defense is too low to be a special wall, and its typing and stats aren't really good enough for it to be a physical wall either. Ferrothorn would probably be a good choice here.

You could use Adamant Orb on Dialga for more power, I personally don't use Dragon Pulse or Flamethrower because they are weaker than Draco and Fire Blast, but that's up to you.

Dusclops, even with Eviolite, is still not great as a Ghost-type; Giratina-O or Arceus-Ghost are better in almost every way, as they hit harder, are faster, and overall are bulkier due to higher HP.

Here is an importable of what you could use
Mewtwo @ Mewtwonite Y
Ability: Unnerve

Timid Nature
- Psystrike
- Flamethrower

Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

- Shadow Claw

Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Orb

You have checks to the big threats in EKiller, Kyogre, and Xerneas, as well as an answer to Ho-Oh, and the ability to win with Dialga wallbreaking and Mewtwo and Arceus cleaning up. The team no longer uses unique mons, but there's a point where trying to use things that are too different lead to teams not suited to the meta. Once again, if you want more details into Ubers feel free to PM me!

I really think you should test out your team more before posting here, the 4 stated in the previous post are unviable, the only reason Regirock would have any ubers use is an SR T-Wave support set, which Blissey runs better. You have some glaring errors such as choice band sing, and the team in general looks thrown together. Use the tiers as a viability guide, such as why use Cincinno in a tier where Arceus is legal etc. The advice in the above post is good.
