Roserade
Timid @ Focus Sash
Natural Cure
252 Sp.A/ 252 Spd /6 HP
-HP Fire
-Leaf Storm
-Toxic Spikes
-Sleep Powder

Standard lead. Sleep powder first then set up some toxic spikes. If Focus Sash isn't activated it can come back and do some good damage with Leaf Storm and HP Fire. Leaf Storm hits bulky waters decently and HP Fire is good for hitting Steelix and other steel types. I could consider another lead because a handful of times Roserade goes first but misses with sleep powder.

Mismagius
Timid @ Leftovers
108 HP/ 180 Sp.A/ 220 Spd
-Substitute
-Calm Mind
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt

Comes in on the EQ or fighting move, sets up Sub then CM. I don't have HP Fighting because it didn't work out >_>. But I've never really needed it.Mismagius can take a special hit really well. On the switch some times I don't even have to worry about Substitute and just get that first CM up. Mismagius is a solid team member, I've swept teams after setting up with CM+ Sub.

Slowbro
Bold@ Leftovers
Own Tempo
212 HP / 252 Def / 44 SpA
-Thunder Wave
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Slack Off

I like T-Wave over another attacking move or CM because the status effect is useful and has helped. This guy has good defenses to come in one the switch. It can take EQs good and then I proceed to T-Wave to be faster, then attack and heal when needed.

Registeel
Impish @ Expert Belt
252 HP / 168 Atk / 88 Def
-Explosion
-Ice Punch
-Iron Head
-Stealth Rock

What a beast this guy takes, He can take pretty much all SE hits to set up rocks. Plus he can take down dragons with Ice Punch. I used to have Toxic for stalling but if Roserade does her job right I shouldn't need it. So I got rid of it for Stealth rocks to double up on entry hazards. I could switch Iron head with something because it has STAB but not SE against many things so it doesn't take advantage of Expert Belt.

Swellow
Jolly@ Toxic Orb
Guts
252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
-Protect
-Facade
-Brave Bird
-U-turn

Powerful with STAB Facade, and good for scouting with Protect and U-turn. This bird hits hard and fast but damage builds up with toxic so it doesn't stay in long. If stealth rocks are in I'm worried. Idk the damage difference in Toxic or Burn orb but since it doesn't stay in long I go with Toxic. I can't really go a different way with this moveset.

Hitmontop
Adamant@ Life Orb
Technician
240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spe
-Fake-Out
-Mach Punch
-Bullet Punch
-Close Combat

My other attacker with poor speed, but priority moves fix that. Life Orb for extra damage with technician is good. But I kind of just threw him in here. I think I should put Rapid Spin over CC to get rid of entry hazards but I'm not sure. I am definitely open to suggestions to replace this guy.

Suggestions and comments appreciated and Replacements as well. Tell me what pokemon could do a better job!

Thanks!

Okay, first off, toxic spikes is not that useful in the current UU metagame, I would much prefer you to use spikes and a bulky roserade.

Calm, 252 Hp, 252 Sp. Def
Spikes
Synthesis
Sludge Bomb
Energy Ball / Grass Knot

This will beat shaymin, unless you get flinched consequetively (make sure to switch to registeel if seed flare drops your special defense).

It seems like you're aiming for a late game swellow or technitop sweep, which is fine, these spikes will help a lot more than toxic spikes, wearing out the steel types that constantly wall swellow.

Yeah keep thunderbolt on mismagius, it is very nice for honchkrow and drapion, which are more immidiate threats then steel types.

Close Combat is good on technitop so I wouldn't replace it. If you want rapid spin then I would suggest running a bulkier spread.

You seem to have the majority of threats covered, but I would personally like to throw those attack Evs on registeel into Special Defense.

Thanks for the advice on Roserade. I never thought of running a bulky spiker, I guess you are right, I have been angry at toxic spikes because it takes the place of what could be a more useful status effect like Paralysed by Slowbro.

Instant healing is good with synthesis and I haven't fought one weather battle in UU.

Expert Belt seems really pointless on Registeel, Explosion hits nothing SE, and as you said, Iron Head hits very little SE. Leftovers is pretty much the one and only item for Registeel. Also, I might recommend that you shift his defensive focus from physical to special defense, as you already have Slowbro to wall many physical attackers, whereas your next options for absorbing special attacks are not nearly as good (Hitmontop and Mismagius, neither are dedicated walls like Slowbro, and both lack recovery). Higher special defense is also likely going to come in handy against that bastard Yanmega, against which Registeel is your first line of defense.

On Swellow, consider using Quick Attack to hit priority users that have been weakened by Spikes and other residual damage, thus preventing them from ending your sweep.

Seems about right to me, though I don't know much about EV spreads so I don't know if that's an absolutely optimal spread or whatever.
