Let me just begin by saying that I do not have a full team here to ask about, I would be adding this pokemon to a sandstorm team I already have and which already works well. However, I'm new to this forum and I can't find a section of it for rating individual pokemon. Sorry if this has been misplaced. Anyway, here are my Aggron EVs, item, etc.

Aggron@Leftovers
Careful Nature
252 HP EVs
252 SpD Evs
6 Def EVs
Moves:
Stone Edge
Dragon Claw
Curse
Metal Burst

I intend this Aggron to be capable of doing 3 things in OU:
1) After a set up, be a dangerous physical threat.
2) Be a very solid physical tank (Moreso after a set up).
3) Smash 1 special sweeper sent to counter it.

I tested it in a few games against my brother and it seems to work pretty well, but I'd really like suggestions or advice on how to improve it, particularly its EVs which I'm a newby at deciding on.
 
There isn't really too much of a place for asking for a single Pokemon to be rated. A good thing to do is test your set and see if it works.

The main problem with Aggron being a physical wall/tank is that it sports 4x weaks to the most common move in OU, Earthquake, and another incredibly common attack in OU, Close Combat.

You need 5 more pokemon, or else this might be closed. Aggron's 4x weakness to Earthquake and CC hurt it, but if you could survive it, that metal burst would hurt. You'd need to get a curse in, then burst an attack, and that'd leave you at very low health.. maybe add Rest in place of one of your other moves?

Aggron's also got annoyingly low SpD, but you've got Sandstorm for that. It looks do-able, just uncommon.

Nitpick: You've got 4 EVs leftover. Pick a stat to dump them in.
 
I'm aware of those weaknesses, generally though I can have 1-2 curses set up before I get hit with one. And if I only have 1 and I know im going to take huge damage I can simply metal burst, usually for a kill. This Aggron to me is less about curse sweeping than he is about using curse to lure out and kill a special sweeper.

And @ the mods, I'm very sorry that I posted only a single pokemon here. This seemed like the most appropriate part of the forum to make such a post though.
 
You know, Melth, this actually looks pretty fun to try. I'll give it a shot, and post the bloody massacre that results later.
