All-Around XY OU Team + Apology

Hello.
I'd first of first like to apologize for my Hitmonlee XY OU post, it sucked and it was my first post and oh God, what was I thinking? Hitmonlee in OU? Oh boy... At least I learned something. Don't do things you don't know how to do. Anyway, moving on:

I'm extremely new to competitive, and am not nearly competent enough to make my own sets. Therefore I mixed and matched Pokemon sets from Smogon forums and made this, "all around-ish" team for OU. It's built in this way: Lead off with Reuniclus, set up a trick room, and defeat the enemy lead. Then the real game begins, where eac member has a role to play, both offensively and defensively.

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SAtk
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Garchomp @ Garchompite
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 16 Atk / 252 SAtk / 240 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Swords Dance
- Draco Meteor
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 56 Def / 116 SDef / 88 Spd
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Toxic
- Shadow Ball

Togekiss @ Life Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 68 SAtk / 192 Spd
Modest Nature
- Dazzling Gleam
- Aura Sphere
- Fire Blast
- Roost

Yeah, it's terribad, I know. Flame shields up. XD

You need to be more descriptive with your team, such as explaining each Pokemon's role on the team, why you chose them over other Pokemon, why each Pokemon has their moves and items, etc... The more info you can provide about your team, the better someone can improve it for you.

Okay, I'll do that. Thanks for the heads up. :D
