Tell us a little about your experience in competitive Pokemon (min. 3 sentences): I started playing almost 10 years ago, but didn't really play ladder until recently. I started playing ADV OU almost a year ago, and have seen some success on the ladder. Only very recently have I started playing in ADV tours and I have been mostly stealing teams from friends. I feel confident that I can play well, but I have next to no knowledge about how to prep well.
