Approved Allow exporting client settings like teams

Could the persistent client settings made exportable like teams are?
This can allow for things like rooms list, highlights, avatars etc to be loaded by importing that file.
This can help in when you need to switch systems/browsers/OSes etc.
This can also help when there's been a case of cookies being cleared for quick restoration of highlights and other settings.

Client settings are stored in local storage in the browser (like teams) so you can do like localStorage.getItem('showdown_prefs') in the console and grab them all already (or 'showdown_teams') for your teams. Obviously this isn't the most convenient 'UI' and could probably be improved on.

Oh thank you, I did not know about that. UI exposure would be nice, but this works too.
