I just find it a little odd how mods are able to create staffintros which require html but you need an RO in the room to make announcements and polls that require them.

Rejected Allow htmlcreate for Polls and Announcements for Mods

The reason is because the staffintro is not public-facing. Polls and announcements by contrast are public-facing. Anything public-facing with HTML across the codebase is restricted to room owners (or bots/admins).
I kinda had a feeling it was because of that but that makes a lot of sense
Also, ROs can toggle these in their room with /permissions. If someone can't, let me know and I'll make it possible - ROs definitely should be able to.
