Pending Allow the storing of custom battle rules via presets

With the implementation of battle rules, I think it'll be pretty cool to store user made presets on the simulator for battles and tournaments. It would help a lot with making flavoured tournaments and just general private challenges like Free-For-Alls with multiple rules such as mayhem, etc.

Edit: this is for only seeing the presets you made for yourself.
