Not to say this isn't solid but, do you know the definition of a counter? Half of your "counters" get OHKO'd upon switching in. For example Electivire's going to get OHKO'd by Gliscors Earthquake. Gyrados is a much better counter here.
I see a bit of an Azelf weak as it has the ability to OHKO everyone with a Nasty Plot and Heracross can't kill it with Pursuit. Heracross is easily trapped and killed by Dugtrio and Wobbuffet, given Heracross is locked into the right move.
Nothing likes a Spec'd Seed Flare from Shaymin, as it OHKO's everyone but Hera and Gar who are taken by Psychic. Specs Mence could be even scarier as it OHKO's everyone but Tentacruel, who is 2HKO'd and has no recovery, with Draco Meteor.
CM Jirachi causes some havoc as well.
Overall the lack of a Psychic resist with 3 weaks really hurts this team and a late game Scarfed Psychic will hurt. A special defensive or Scarfed Heatran could work over Heracross or Gengar to cover almost all of those weaks.
