Alomomola is a defining aspect of stall teams, as its huge HP stat and unique combination of Wish and Regenerator let it keep itself healthy while repeatedly pivoting out to and healing teammates such as Dondozo, reducing their reliance on low-PP recovery moves and compensating for their lack of reliable recovery. Furthermore, its excellent typing and great physical bulk allow it to check threats like Cinderace and Dragonite and absorb Knock Off from common Pokemon such as Great Tusk and Iron Treads, preserving its teammate's Heavy-Duty Boots. Whirlpool further enhances Alomomola's pivoting abilities, letting it trap switch-ins and pivot out to the appropriate answer while preventing their double switch. In conjunction with Protect, Whirlpool also racks up passive damage on offensive Pokemon and walls such as Rotom-W and Ting-Lu that lack reliable recovery. Protect also allows Alomomola to heal itself with Wish, scout the moves of powerful wallbreakers, and prevent them from forcing progress when paired with Future Sight. Chilling Water makes Alomomola a more self-sufficient physical wall, reducing its passivity against sweepers such as Roaring Moon, Ceruledge, and Bulk Up Great Tusk. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Alomomola to avoid entry hazard damage before getting struck by Knock Off, which is especially important against Toxic Spikes. Minimizing Alomomola's Speed allows it to underspeed Corviknight to hit the incoming switch-in from U-turn instead and thus, avoid wasting PP due to Pressure. Tera Flying improves Alomomola's matchup against Great Tusk and Meowscarada, turning it into an even better Knock Off absorber, and lets it wall Breloom. It also makes Alomomola immune to Spikes and allows it to take less passive damage from Salt Cure.

Alomomola's Wish and ability to blanket check various threats benefit all of its teammates on stall teams. Toxapex is an exceptional partner that forms a strong Regenerator core with Alomomola. Together, they can stall Garganacl out of Salt Cure PP and pivot around strong physical attackers such as Breloom, Choice Band Dragapult, and Roaring Moon. Dondozo handles physical sweepers too powerful for Alomomola to deal with, such as Kingambit, Baxcalibur, and Azumarill, and greatly appreciates Wish due to its lack of reliable recovery. Alomomola's low special bulk mandates sturdy specially defensive partners; Clodsire can take on special sweepers such as Volcarona, Gholdengo, and Hydreigon that attempt to use Alomomola as setup fodder, while Blissey switches into the tier's most powerful special wallbreakers, such as Choice Specs Dragapult, Walking Wake, and Hisuian Zoroark. Ting-Lu checks special attackers like Dragapult and Iron Moth and, alongside Clodsire and Toxapex, sets entry hazards that can quickly wear down offensive teams to let Alomomola apply more pressure with Whirlpool. Like Dondozo, it also greatly appreciates Wish to reduce its reliance on Rest. Talonflame carries Defog to account for Alomomola's vulnerability to entry hazards after taking Knock Off. Corviknight can do the same as well as absorb Knock Off for Alomomola; it also provides a crucial switch-in to Choice Band Baxcalibur's Glaive Rush, which Alomomola greatly appreciates when tasked with scouting Baxcalibur. In addition, Talonflame checks Breloom, while Corviknight checks Meowscarada, which lets Alomomola preserve its Terastallization. Lastly, Gholdengo checks Breloom and Iron Valiant, appreciates Alomomola dealing with Cinderace and Great Tusk, and provides stall with a setup sweeper to break down balance teams with Nasty Plot.

Alomomola is a defining aspect of stall teams. kinda fluffy, see next comment Its great physical bulk allows it to check and absorb Knock Off from common Pokemon such as Great Tusk and Iron Treads, preserving its teammates' Heavy-Duty Boots. In addition, Alomomola's huge HP stat and unique combination of Wish and Regenerator let it keep itself healthy while repeatedly pivoting out to and healing its teammates, reducing their reliance on low-PP recovery moves. i think this works better in the opening sentence, just flows better methinks. can also mention what water type + good defense stat helps to beat in another sentence. Whirlpool further enhances Alomomola's pivoting abilities, letting it trap switch-ins and pivot out to the appropriate answer. In conjunction with Protect, Whirlpool also racks up passive damage on offensive Pokemon and walls such as Rotom-W and Ting-Lu that lack recovery. Chilling Water makes Alomomola a more self-sufficient physical wall, reducing its passivity against sweepers such as Roaring Moon, Ceruledge, and Bulk Up Great Tusk. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Alomomola to avoid hazard damage before getting struck by Knock Off, which is especially important against teams with Toxic Spikes. Minimizing Alomomola's Speed allows it to underspeed Corviknight, so that when Corviknight pivots out with U-turn, Alomomola will instead hit the switch-in and avoid wasting PP due to Pressure. Tera Flying improves Alomomola's matchup against Great Tusk, lets it wall Meowscarada, and makes it immune to Spikes, turning it into an even better Knock Off absorber. It also allows Alomomola to wall Breloom and take less passive damage from Salt Cure. put the tusk meow loom stuff in one sentence and the passive damage stuff in another

Alomomola's presence benefits all of its teammates on stall teams why?. Toxapex is an exceptional partner that forms a strong Regenerator core with Alomomola. Together, they can stall Garganacl out of Salt Cure PP and pivot around strong physical attackers such as Breloom, Choice Band Dragapult, and Roaring Moon. Dondozo handles physical sweepers too powerful for Alomomola to deal with, such as Kingambit, Baxcalibur, and Azumarill, and greatly appreciates Wish support due to its lack of reliable recovery. Ting-Lu checks special attackers like Dragapult and Iron Moth and, alongside Clodsire and Toxapex, sets entry hazards that can quickly wear down offensive teams and let Alomomola apply more pressure with Whirlpool. Like Dondozo, it also greatly appreciates Wish support to reduce its reliance on Rest. Talonflame and Corviknight both carry Defog to account for Alomomola's vulnerability to hazards after taking Knock Off. In addition, Talonflame checks Breloom while Corviknight checks Meowscarada, which stops these threats from forcing Alomomola to Terastallize currently reads a bit clunky, perhaps just saying "which lets alomomola preserve its tera" or smthn among those lines would do. Lastly, Gholdengo checks Breloom and Iron Valiant, appreciates Alomomola dealing with Cinderace and Great Tusk, and provides stall teams with a compelling wincon due to Nasty Plot why is having a wincon important?.

In conjunction with Protect, Whirlpool also racks up passive damage on offensive Pokemon and walls such as Rotom-W and Ting-Lu that lack recovery. Should mention the applications of protect; it lets you play around teams that try to break with Future Sight + Chilly reception since you can typically go Alo and protect while taking like 40 from future sight and it gives you a very important scouting tool vs strong breakers. Talonflame and Corviknight both carry Defog to account for Alomomola's vulnerability to hazards after taking Knock Off. It's worth noting that typically Corviknight will be the one absorbing knock offs coming from tusk / meow / valiant so that alo never has to lose its boots. In addition, Talonflame checks Breloom while Corviknight checks Meowscarada, which lets Alomomola preserve its Tera against them. Lastly, Gholdengo checks Breloom and Iron Valiant, appreciates Alomomola dealing with Cinderace and Great Tusk, and provides stall with a wincon to break down balance teams with Nasty Plot.

You need to mention that Corviknight resists CB glaive rush from baxcalibur when talking about why its is a good teammate as well. Not sure how you want to word it but just make sure that gets brought up.
