[SET COMMENTS]
With Flip Turn, Alomomola differentiates itself from the abundance of bulky Water-types as an excellent defensive pivot with Regenerator and a premiere Wish passer, supporting a myriad of different team archetypes by providing longevity to bulky pokemon that lack reliable recovery, such as Mega Tyranitar, Ting-Lu, and Heatran. Heavy-Duty Boots is the standard item for Alomomola; however if a team lacks a way to punish contact moves and has sufficient hazard removal, then Rocky Helmet should be considered. Tera Dragon allows Alomomola to check Mega Charizard Y and Tapu Koko missing Dazzling Gleam, while Tera Fairy improves its matchup against Choice Band Zamazenta, Baxcalibur, and Mega Lopunny, and Tera Poison provides a Toxic immunity and checks Iron Valiant. Common Pokemon unhindered by Toxic use Alomomola as setup fodder, such as Gliscor, Substitute variants of Zamazenta, and Mega Scizor. Rocky Helmet users such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory can punish the use of Flip Turn, along with Water Absorb Pokemon such as Ogerpon-W and some Clodsire variants can prevent the move from having any effect. Spikes, in conjunction with Knock Off from users like Mega Scizor, Hisuian Samurott, and Ferrothorn can also be extremely lethal to Alomomola. Knock Off can be used to cripple Pokemon that heavily rely on Heavy-Duty Boots or Leftovers, such as Zapdos, opposing Alomomola, Heatran, and Landorus-T, or Scald to threaten Kartana and Mega Scizor; but it should be noted that not using Toxic gives free setup turns to dangerous foes like Volcarona and Baxcalibur. Running a Sassy nature allows Alomomola to check Mega Diancie, while a Relaxed nature helps Alomomola pivot around Great Tusk. Teammates such as Ting-Lu and Heatran both take great advantage of Alomomola's support and can help shore up some of Alomomola's weaknesses, checking Tapu Koko, Zapdos, and Volcarona, while more offensive partners like Zapdos and Ursaluna-B can cover some of these weaknesses while also offsetting Alomomola's passivity, the former answering Kartana, and Zamazenta while the latter helps with Tapu Koko and Zapdos.

With newly gained access to Flip Turn courtesy of the Teal Mask DLC, Alomomola is able to utilize its excellent bulk and low speed to be a premiere Wish passer and defensive pivot in the National Dex OU tier. Aiding in this endeavor are Alomomola’s Regenerator ability, meaning that it is not solely reliant on Wish to keep itself healthy throughout a game, and its outstanding base 165 HP stat, allowing it to pass massive Wishes. With access to Flip Turn, Alomomola differentiates itself as an excellent defensive pivot and premiere Wish passer, supporting a myriad of different archetypes. Regenerator allows Alomomola to stay healthy throughout the course of a game without relying solely on Wish, while its massive HP turns it into an incredibly effective Wish user in conjunction with a slow Flip Turn. (rehauled this entire part because it read like a spotlight instead of an analysis, you had the right idea just had to be formatted a little different) These unique qualities allow Alomomola to provide invaluable support for bulky pokemon lacking reliable recovery, such as Great Tusk, Ting Lu, Heatran, and Mega Tyranitar, while also being a powerful defensive piece, being able to check many threats such as Dragonite, Urshifu-R, Mega Swampert and Mega Lopunny, threatening them with Toxic, Scald, or Flip Turn Toxic or pivoting out with Flip Turn to bring in a revenge killer teammate freely. Terastalizing into the Dragon type allows it to check Mega Charizard Y and non Dazzling Gleam Tapu Koko. ***included some reasons in the set details above about tera fairy being a solid option, include that in a separate sentence here*** All of this being said, Alomomola still has some major flaws, mainly owing to its extreme passivity, which allows common Toxic immune pokemon to utilize Alomomola as setup fodder, such as Gliscor, Gholdengo, Manaphy, Substitute variants of Zamazenta and Mega Scizor. Additionally, Rocky Helmet pokemon, such as Ferrothorn, Skarmory and occasionally Toxapex can punish the use of Flip Turn, or Ogerpon-Wellspring before Terastalizing and Water Absorb variants of Clodsire can outright prevent the move from having an effect. Spikes can also be extremely lethal to Alomomola, especially when Gholdengo's presence makes it so challenging to remove them reliably and with pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Mega Scizor and Samurott-Hisui can so easily force easily able to force Alomomola to take a Knock Off. Teammates such as Ting Lu and Heatran both take great advantage of Alomomola's support and can help shore up some of these weaknesses (to what? add ex), or more offensive partners like Zapdos and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon can cover some of these weaknesses (see above, be particular) while also helping offset Alomomola's passivity. Alomomola also greatly appreciates Mega Lopunny's ability to so effortlessly revenge kill most setup sweepers, and Mega Lopunny appreciates Wish support to offset the chip damage from Rocky Helmet it is so often forced to take (good point, but add who mlop takes this chip from specifically). Alternatively, Scald and Knock Off can help against some of these pokemon and apply more immediate pressure, although Alternatively, Knock Off can be used to cripple targets reliant on Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots such as Heatran and Tornadus-T, but it should be noted not using Toxic gives free setup turns to the dangerous Volcarona and Baxcalibur. (AP) , and not using Protect can make Alomomola extremely reliant on Regenerator to stay healthy, exacerbating its vulnerability to Spikes. Max Def and SpD is used over the more conventional max HP + Def/Spd spread as Alomomola's naturally high HP stat means that further investment into it will yield significantly less return than investing into its defenses. (talking about EVs is good, just update it with details from new spread as I mentioned in the notes for set details. Or just keep this as is if you opted to keep physdef bias) Heavy-Duty Boots is the standard item, however if a team is lacking a way to punish contact moves and has sufficiently reliable hazard removal, then Rocky Helmet should be considered.

Okay before giving this GP 1/1, it's still pretty long. I would probably look to cut another sentence out of the teammates section, or maybe heavily shorten the Zapdos / Ursaluna sentence, but that's worth discussing with you / the QC team as to what is least important.

not an error, but when adding a hypen, make sure to add a comment or something so it's more visible
the first mention of "entry hazards" in a paragraph should always be "entry hazards"; subsequent references can just be "hazards"
for "Toxic-immune" make sure they're actually immune to Toxic (Gliscor and Manaphy aren't, they just either don't care or can heal themselves)
The while -> along with change was incorrect

Approving the GP side, might ask sealoo if anything too important was lost QC side

quality looks good here

Tera Fairy improves its matchup against Choice Band Zamazenta, Baxcalibur and Mega Lopunny, and Tera posion provides a Toxic immunity and checks Iron Valiant.
Little GP thing I noticed while going through here, there should be a comma after Baxcalibur while Poison is spelled wrong & should be capitalized asw. Rest looks fine
