:ss/genesect:
New Pokémon Name: Genesect
Stat Changes: 75/105/105/120/80/100 (585 BST)
Typing Changes: Bug/Steel
Ability Changes: Mirror Armor
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Shift Gear, -Extreme Speed +Volt Switch, +Flip Turn, +Poison Jab, +Icicle Crash, +Recover
What Separates it from Other Forms: with moves from all of the other forms, its good stats let it do different things, while also keeping it from beeing too strong. it doesnt have the same longevity as some of the other forms, but it dos have Recover to help with that.

Techno Blast
BP: 90
PP: 16
Category: Special
Accuracy: 90%
Effect: Changes Category to match User's highest attacking stat. matches User's secondary typing.
:bw/genesect:
New Pokémon Name: Genesect-Molten (Burn)
Stat Changes: 70/80/135/90/95/50 (520 BST)
Typing Changes: Bug/Fire
Ability Changes: Drought/(Flash Fire)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Fire Blast, +Flare Blitz, +Flame Burst, +Lava Plume, +Morning Sun, +Mystical Fire, +Rapid Spin, +Will-o-Wisp, -Blizzard, -Energy Ball, -Ice Beam
What Separates it from Other Forms: Genesect-Molten uses its interesting defensive typing to deal with some of the format's physical attackers such as Zacian-Crowned and Rotom-Mow. It uses Morning Sun as its recovery which heals more health when sun is up thanks to Genesect-Molten's Drought, but will heal less in other weathers and also only has 8 power points when compared to other recovery options. It has some utility options in the form of U-Turn to keep up momentum, Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers and Rapid Spin to relieve hazard pressure. It also has Mystical Fire which lowers opponent's special attack, which could potentially allow it to wall special attackers despite its lower bulk. It uses Drought to weaken its water weakness and boost its recovery. Its 4x weakness to rock makes it a mediocre sun setter for sun teams, though it's probably useable.
:ss/genesect-chill:
New Pokémon Name: Genesect-Freezer
Stat Changes: 100/115/75/60/75/115 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Mountaineer
Megahorn, Attack Order, Triple Axel
Icy Wind
Defense Order, Heal Order, Sticky Web
Blaze Kick, Iron Head, Metal Claw
Flamethrower, Shock Wave, Thunder, Thunderbolt
Iron Defense, Metal Sound, Shift Gear
What Separates it from Other Forms:

Technoblast is 90 BP now and it goes from the user's higher attack stat. Steel-type for the normal forme.
They need no drives lol

Edit 1: Lowered their BST by 10 points each and removed Quiver Dance
Edit 2: Gave base form Quiver Dance and redistributed stats from Water Gun and base
:ss/genesect douse:
New Pokémon Name: Genesect-Password (Douse)
Stat Changes: 85 / 110 / 75 / 110 / 75 / 110 (555 BST)
Typing Changes: Steel / Bug
Ability Changes: Private Wi-Fi
This Pokemon's secondary type changes correlating to the Drive it is holding. If the opponent share's a type with this Pokemon, this Pokemon and the opposing Pokemon have their respective highest stat raised.
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Shift Gear
What Separates it from Other Forms: Password makes the user think more about their plays and switches, but with its high offenses and the bulk to live at least one hit, Password has the possibility to end a game the moment its sent out. While the ability is powerful, the opponent also gets a stat boost in their highest stat, making it a risky Pokemon to send in.
There is a tie between Lapzaplerq and ViZar for shock form, so please vote for which variant you would like to see win with a single vote. In the meantime, our next slate is here.

The weather Legendaries are here! Powerful metagame defining Ubers are now gonna take a crack at settling into our metagame, so please balance them to do so! Key note here is the Primals as well, as I am interested to see how users will design the base and primal forms to viably co exist alongside each other. Good luck!

:bw/Kyogre:
New Pokémon Name: Kyogre
Stat Changes: 90/65/80/105/100/85 (525)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Swift Swim/ Water Veil/ Hydration (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Water Spout, +Life Dew, Orgin Pulse*
85 bp. Water. 15 pp. Sets rain if succseful. 100% Acc. Special.

What Separates it from Other Forms: Rain abuser that can also set rain without wasting a turn. Slowking walls this thing so it might want to opt for earthquake on it but besides that solid breaker that uses orgin pulse to gain speed and water damage making it kinda like a set up sweeper but not really.

:ss/Kyogre-Primal:
New Pokémon Name: Kyogre-Primal
Stat Changes: 115/75/65/75/90/45
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Snow Warning/Ice scales/Thick Fat (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Frost Reset*
Status. Ice. 10 pp (16)Heals 50% of users hp. Removes hazards and screens.
What Separates it from Other Forms: Say it with me kids, BEEEG FEEESH. Behemoth special wall similar to avaluggs physical walling. It just eats special hits for days. I gave it frost reset for some more hazard control and heals. However, it isn't all sunshine and rainbows for kyogre primal. Kyogre primal suffers from ice-typing disorder restricting him to boots for the rest of life and fearing most other types. They also suffer from little utility and lack of pivoting. But hey, eat special hits. (Furscales confirmed?!) Good partners include zacian, darm-zen, etc as they help with status. Calm mind also exists.

:bw/groudon:
New Pokémon Name: Groudon
Stat Changes: 100/120/90/80/79/77
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Dry Skin
Movepool Changes (If Any): N/A
What Separates it from Other Forms: Eats yo water up and does regular don things outside of that.

Tiebreaker goes to Lapzaplerq

For the tiebreaker, I vote for Lapzaplerq.

:ss/groudon-primal:
New Pokémon Name: Groudon-Primal
Stat Changes: 110/125/110/125/65/65 (600)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Desolate Land

Tar Shot
Precipice Blades
Typing:

Category:

BP: 110
Accuracy: 85%
PP: 10
Description: Non Rock-type foes loose 1/16 HP of their max HP for 4 turns.
What Separates it from Other Forms: Groudon-Primal has good physical bulk and great attacking stats alongside a sun boost for its Fire STAB and removed 4x weakness in Water. On top of that, its new signature move is a weaker version of G-Max Vocalith. Those are really good traits, but it has some serious downsides. Its Special Defense and Speed are really bad and it is Stealth Rock weak with no recovery. And while Desolate Land removes one 4x weakness, it doesn't remove the other. Ground moves are everywhere in this meta, so it is threatened by every corner. It has really extremely good traits, which are balanced out by its very bad traits.

PP: 10
Description: The user cannot move on the next turn. Summons Grassy Terrain.
What Separates it from Other Forms: Kyogre-Primal has well-rounded stats to go alongside its wide movepool and good typing. There is a lack of Grass-types right now, with the only ones being Silvally-Grass and Rotom-Mow. Kyogre-Primal has a niche over them as a Grass-type that isn't weak to Fire and Ice and can beat the former and is immune to it thanks to Primordial Sea. Furthermore, it is more specially oriented and does a better job than the other two, due to Silvally's bad coverage on the special side and Rotom's physical nature. Of course, there are some drawbacks to Kyogre-Primal. It isn't resistant to Grass and Electric and it is the slowest Grass-type. It also lacks recovery and great boosting moves, so Silvally will outlast it with its Terrain and Recover while Rotom can boost up more effectively.

Ability Changes: Natural Cure/Tough Claws/Drought (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Shore Up, +Precipice Blades*
85 BP, 16 PP, 100% accuracy, 40% chance to decrease opponent's spatk by 1.
What Separates it from Other Forms: bulky Shore Up user that can annoy defensive teams with natural cure letting it cure itself of status such as burn or poison. and can annoy high Sp. Atk mons with precipice blade's effect. overall, bulky mon with recovery and other good things to it.

What Separates it from Other Forms: good Morning Sun user because well... it has Desoland, Fire Lash is good for annoying high defense mons by lowering their defense to KO them. Flare Blitz for huge damage, and Power Gem so it has a good rock move for special/mixed sets.

Movepool Changes (If Any): +Crunch, +Psychic Fangs, +Thunder Fang, +Origin Pulse*, +Close Combat
85 BP, 16 PP, 100% Accuracy, based on user's highest attacking stat.
What Separates it from Other Forms: a pokemon that normally can't hit water types, that now has a way to sorta deal with them with thunder fang. its Hunter ability is great, allowing it to hit water types for huge damage, with 110 Atk keeping it from straight up OHKOing them. also a rain setter. dos huge damage with its fang moves thanks to strong jaw. good coverage breaker

New Pokémon Name: Groudon
Stat Changes: 120/120/120/60/80/50 (550 BST)
Typing Changes: Rock/Dragon
Ability Changes: Solid Rock
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Draco Meteor, +Dragon Hammer, +Outrage, +Shore Up, -Bulk Up, -Eruption, -Fire Blast, -Flamethrower, -Heat Crash, -Incinerate, -Lava Plume, -Precipice Blades, -Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Goodbye Darm. Groudon is a very fat wall with a mediocre typing but great bulk and access to Solid Rock to make up for it. It also has Stealth Rock and Recovery as well as a solid attack stat to make it not passive and Dragon Tail for phazing utility. While purely defensive sets will probably be the best, I could see this running Assault Vest despite lacking regenerator. Its overall bulk with vest is pretty incredible and it has some scary attacking moves and a high attack stat to pair with it while Dragon Tail also offers phazing utility. However, it loses access to rocks and recovery. Anyway, Groudon is a fat wall despite its mediocre defensive typing.

Precipice Blades here, the effect naturally would not work because you can't hit what you would want to smack down. Even if it did work, we would run into the problem of having Thousand Arrows clones running around. I shouldn't have to explain why thats a bad idea. So I suggest retooling that (or retyping it).

Groudon-Solar imo is just too much. It trades the Uber level stats that Primal has for literally every single tool Groudon would love to abuse, from Desolate Land to Fire Lash to Morning Sun. Its way too overtuned here, so I think it needs a rebalancing.

Particularly for the Primals. I appreciate the concept, but I think they definitely need some help in the stat department, because the abilities are not as great as you think they are. Groudon is either too slow OR too frail to ever get going. In fact its too slow regardless but but it needs plenty more speed or some speed and plenty more bulk to pull off what it wants. Kyogre is somewhat similar, but less necessary. Needs a little more speed, but only a slight bump in power.

Groudon base here feels like worse DarkVally with a rock type weakness.

Once these concepts are fixed / fleshed out, ping me on Discord so I'll start voting immediately after.

Expect a VR update soon!

What Separates it from Other Forms: A CM sweeper with Magic Guard LO (let me know if this is too much as I aware of) + Light of Ruin. Adaptability probably got overshadowed by Magic Guard, but LO Adapt actually hit harder with STAB.

For the tiebreaker, I vote for Lapzaplerq.

:ss/groudon-primal:
New Pokémon Name: Groudon-Primal
Stat Changes: 110/125/110/125/65/65 (600)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Desolate Land

Typing:

BP: 160
Accuracy: 90%
Slate 12 will be departing from the established pattern somewhat, as recent concerns about the overwhelming state of Balance and lack of efficient means of stall/wall breaking, so this slate will be featuring...

:ss/deoxys: :ss/deoxys-attack: :ss/deoxys-defense: :ss/deoxys-speed:
In Ubers, only one Deoxys (the Attack variant) is good. While in OU, only Defense is balanced. Your challenge here is too make all of them balanced for this metagame, while still being able to healthily compete against each other. Good luck!

New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Assassin
Stat Changes: 80/115/60/110/115/100 | BST: 600
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sniper | Merciless (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Toxic Spikes, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Scale Shot, Focus Energy, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, -Recover, Psycho Boost, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Energy Ball,
Reasoning: A setup wall breaker that uses Nasty Plot or Focus Energy to boost Draco Meteor to incredible levels of damage. It has good coverage options for Steel and Fairy, making it pretty hard to wall, although it will have to make some choices between STAB and coverage to hit everything. Physical sets are also a possibility with moves like Knock Off, Extreme Speed, and Superpower.

:ss/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Tank
Stat Changes: 80/110/125/105/105/60 | BST: 585
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Guts | Soul Heart (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Swords Dance, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Hammer, Stored Power, Earthquake, Body Press, -Extreme Speed, Stealth Rock, Spikes,
Reasoning: A stall breaker designed to punish more passive teams by setting up on them. Its typing leaves it susceptible to revenge killing and status, but depending on the set it should be able to pose a problem if it gets in on a defensive pokemon. I think Guts + Swords Dance would be the bread and butter with Iron Defense + Body Press or Calm Mind + Soul Heart sets having the potential to pick different counters if need be.

:ss/deoxys-attack:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Gem
Stat Changes: 60/115/75/115/75/110 | BST: 550
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Life Gem - Increases damage by 30%, but takes 10% damage each time it uses an attacking move
Movepool Changes: +Meteor Beam, Stone Edge, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Scale Shot, U-turn, Explosion, -Thunderbolt, Thunder
Reasoning: A glass cannon with insanely powerful attacks, which should be sufficient to put pressure on defensive teams with pivoting support. It would naturally run Choice items, Z-Crystals, or Power Herb to maximize its immediate damage. Darmanitan-Zen and Crowned Doggos pose an issue for it, although Trick can mess them up. It can also use Spikes on the switch if the opponent has a good wall for it.

:ss/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Germ
Stat Changes: 100/135/90/100/80/80 | BST: 585
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Moxie / Natural Cure | Solar Power HA)
Movepool Changes: +Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Grassy Glide, Giga Drain, Outrage, Dragon Hammer, Scale Shot, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Weather Ball, Synthesis, -Spikes, Fire Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Recover
Reasoning: Pretty straightforward Dragon Dance or Swords Dance + Scale Shot sweeper. It has great stats and movepool for the role, having good STAB moves, high Atk, solid bulk, and just enough Speed to make it work. The typing is not ideal for the role defensively or offensively, but it has the one massive perk of beating Slowbro, who is an important physical wall.

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Bulk Up, Freeze-Dry, Ice Hammer, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Swords Dance

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Fire Blast, Fire Lash, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Overheat, Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: A fast setup sweeper. It also has Boots as an Ability, so it's considerable to be used over Pressure.
Name: Power Core
Effects: This Pokemon's stat stages can't be raised or lowered by any effect.
- If Deoxys(-Base), this Pokemon's Defense and Sp. Def are 1.5x.
- If Deoxys-Attack, 1.3x attack power, and loses 1/10 max HP after the attack.
- If Deoxys-Defense, heals 1/16 max HP at the end of every turn.
- If Deoxys-Speed, this Pokemon is unaffected by hazards on its side of the field.
Short Description: This Pokemon's stat can't be raised or lowered. If Deoxys Form, has different effect for each Form respectively.

New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-The Rock
Stat Changes: 80/110/130/70/75/85 (550 BST)
Typing Changes: Fighting/Rock
Ability Changes: Defiant
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Close Combat, Stone Edge, Bulk Up -Psychic Moves, Meteor Mash, Extreme Speed, Throat Chop
What Separates it from Other Forms: a bulky, kinda slow set up sweeper Deoxys thats not frail enough to be OHKO'd by most attacks.

:ss/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Stealth
Stat Changes: 70/80/95/90/105/110 (550 BST)
Typing Changes: Dark
Ability Changes: Illusion
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Night Daze, Darkest Lariat, Parting Shot, Work Up, -Nasty Plot, Superpower
What Separates it from Other Forms: fast speedy pokemon that can attempt to sweep with Calm Mind, or do big damage with Choice Specs. Illusion gives it a surprise factor, and Parting Shot gives it a way to pivot out quickly.

:ss/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Magician
Stat Changes: 95/75/75/110/110/105 (570 BST)
Typing Changes: Psychic/Normal
Ability Changes: Magic Guard
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot
What Separates it from Other Forms: with Extreme Speed and Nasty Plot gone, it still has alot going for it due to its movepool with wide coverage, but its stats keep it from beeing too strong for the meta. its a good Calm Mind sweeper.

Screw trying to keep faithful to the original concept! (well, mostly anyway)

:bw/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Wood
Stat Changes: 100/105/80/105/90/60 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Flower Veil, Triage (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Horn Leech, +U-turn
+Giga Drain, +Leaf Storm, +Secret Sword, -Psycho Boost
+Bulk Up, +Leech Seed, +Synthesis, -Nasty Plot, -Recover, -Spikes, -Stealth Rock, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Strong attacker that can use priority recovery moves with Triage and healing for good bulk, or can soak up status with Flower Veil to stallbreak and pivot. Because of this, Deoxys-Wood ends up being a good stallbreaker and revenge killer. Priority in strong attacks like Horn Leech, Giga Drain, and Drain Punch allow it to revenge kill common sweepers, like Dugtrio, Darmanitan, and the Silvally forms that use Choice Items, like Silvally Water or Silvally Ground, or practically any of the Choice users that don't have any priority. Flower Veil alternatively, as stated before, can soak up status well and allows Deoxys-Wood to be a surprisingly decent Stallbreaker, with reliable recovery and Bulk Up it can set up in the face of walls and force them to switch in fear of gaining a lot of power.

:bw/deoxys-attack:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Gem
Stat Changes: 100/50/80/110/110/90 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Solid Rock, Unburden (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Rapid Spin
+Meteor Beam, +Moonblast, +Power Gem, -Psycho Boost
+Moonlight, -Nasty Plot, -Recover, -Spikes, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Semi-fast Unburden mon that pairs well with Meteor Beam and has utility with Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock. Can make use of Solid Rock to take a more specially defensive wall approach. These unique characteristics give it 3 distinct niches; a decent Stealth Rock setter, a good wall with it's unique type combination, Recovery, and utility with Rapid Spin, and an excellent Set-Up Sweeper with Meteor Beam. Unburden turns it's paltry speed of 306 (252+ Timid Nature) to 612 upon the activation of the ability, which allows it to outspeed the entire unboosted meta, and combined with Meteor Beam gives it incredible sweeping potential.

:bw/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Charm
Stat Changes: 145/120/125/80/55/35 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sticky Hold, Mind Over Body* (HA)
This Pokemon becomes immune to status moves, however this Pokemon's Attack stat is halved.
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Press, +Play Rough
+Moonblast, -Psycho Boost
+Iron Defense, +Toxic Spikes
What Separates it from Other Forms: Deoxys-Charm is a big wall that can set up hazards, status, and is bothered little by Knock Off. It's one of the only Pokemon in the entire meta that has access to Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes, and it's able to set itself apart from other walls by being able to absorb Knock Off and being able to use Trick Room effectively. Deoxys Charm is used as a Trick Room setter, as it is a rare mon that can fit Trick Room onto it's moveset and can include 3 attacking moves since it has the power to take advantage of it and the bulk to set it up. Mind Over Body allows it to become an excellent wall, as it becomes immune to both status and Taunt, however it's forced into passivity, relying on Body Press as it's sole way of dealing damaging due to it's Attack stat being halved, and having to run Toxic to chip down the opponent, or running a Special set in response to the attack drop. It also can no longer tank Knock Off.

:bw/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Sludge
Stat Changes: 90/80/110/80/80/100 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Corrosion, Prankster (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Press, +Gunk Shot, +Pursuit, +Sucker Punch, +U-turn
+Sludge Bomb, +Snarl, +Venoshock, -Psycho Boost
+Baneful Bunker, +Bulk Up, +Obstruct, +Parting Shot, +Slack Off, +Swords Dance, +Toxic Spikes, -Recover, -Stealth Rock, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Fast and somewhat bulky physical wall, as it has Slack Off and U-Turn for pivoting and it can use mind games with Obstruct + Pursuit and is one of the fastest spikes setters in the meta at the moment. Deoxys-Sludge now becomes a premiere stallbreaker, as its immune to Toxic and can absorb Toxic Spikes and is decently bulky with a fast Taunt and a fast Parting Shot for pivot usage. This Pokemon uses predictions with Obstruct, or conversely with Baneful Bunker to either Poison or lower the opponent's defense in combination with Venoshock or Pursuit (or some other strong Physical attack). Prankster gives it greater reliability in setting status and wearing Pokemon down. As stated before, it can use Corrosion alternatively to spread status around combined with Venoshock. As it has Nasty Plot, it can end up being a massive threat on a worn down or statused team, and can end up sweeping if the conditions are right.

New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Borealis
Stat Changes
: 105 / 115 / 75 / 115 / 75 / 115 (600)
Typing Changes:
1628214670908.png
1628215965036.png

Ability Changes: Limber, Clear Body | Borealis (HA)
This pokemon sets Aurora Veil if Hail is active. This pokemon is immune to Hail damage.
1628214910765.png
+ Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Water Pulse, Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Weather Ball, - Psycho Boost, Psychic, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psyshock
1628214915252.png
+ Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Waterfall, Icicle Spear, - Pursuit, Zen Headbutt, Fire Punch
1628214919074.png
+ Hail, Bulk Up, - Nasty Plot, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Teleport
Description: I wanted to make a pokemon that can take advantage of Hail offensively while also not having to waste a slot on Aurora Veil. I know it sounds strange but I think this way Rotom-Frost can support its team using Defog instead of wasting a slot on Aurora Veil if Deoxys is your main Hail Abuser. Deoxys-B can take advantage of opposing pokemon's Hail to setup Veil too, which can give it more survivability if it wants to set up. I think water is a pretty cool type to have on hail since it gives you more coverage against Fire or Rock type pokemon which can prove to be pretty fatal towards the type that hail teams generally comprise of; Ice. I chose water/fighting because I think it supports Hail pretty defensively and offensively, and Deoxys just has a lot of fighting type moves to begin with.
