:ss/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Assassin
Stat Changes: 80/115/60/110/115/100 | BST: 600
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sniper | Merciless (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Toxic Spikes, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Scale Shot, Focus Energy, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, -Recover, Psycho Boost, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Energy Ball,
Reasoning: A setup wall breaker that uses Nasty Plot or Focus Energy to boost Draco Meteor to incredible levels of damage. It has good coverage options for Steel and Fairy, making it pretty hard to wall, although it will have to make some choices between STAB and coverage to hit everything. Physical sets are also a possibility with moves like Knock Off, Extreme Speed, and Superpower.

:ss/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Tank
Stat Changes: 80/110/125/105/105/60 | BST: 585
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Guts | Soul Heart (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Swords Dance, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Hammer, Stored Power, Earthquake, Body Press, -Extreme Speed, Stealth Rock, Spikes,
Reasoning: A stall breaker designed to punish more passive teams by setting up on them. Its typing leaves it susceptible to revenge killing and status, but depending on the set it should be able to pose a problem if it gets in on a defensive pokemon. I think Guts + Swords Dance would be the bread and butter with Iron Defense + Body Press or Calm Mind + Soul Heart sets having the potential to pick different counters if need be.

:ss/deoxys-attack:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Gem
Stat Changes: 60/115/75/115/75/110 | BST: 550
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Life Gem - Increases damage by 30%, but takes 10% damage each time it uses an attacking move
Movepool Changes: +Meteor Beam, Stone Edge, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Scale Shot, U-turn, Explosion, -Thunderbolt, Thunder
Reasoning: A glass cannon with insanely powerful attacks, which should be sufficient to put pressure on defensive teams with pivoting support. It would naturally run Choice items, Z-Crystals, or Power Herb to maximize its immediate damage. Darmanitan-Zen and Crowned Doggos pose an issue for it, although Trick can mess them up. It can also use Spikes on the switch if the opponent has a good wall for it.

:ss/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Germ
Stat Changes: 100/135/90/100/80/80 | BST: 585
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Moxie / Natural Cure | Solar Power HA)
Movepool Changes: +Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Leech Seed, Power Whip, Grassy Glide, Giga Drain, Outrage, Dragon Hammer, Scale Shot, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Weather Ball, Synthesis, -Spikes, Fire Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Recover
Reasoning: Pretty straightforward Dragon Dance or Swords Dance + Scale Shot sweeper. It has great stats and movepool for the role, having good STAB moves, high Atk, solid bulk, and just enough Speed to make it work. The typing is not ideal for the role defensively or offensively, but it has the one massive perk of beating Slowbro, who is an important physical wall.
:Swsh/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys
Stat Changes: 50 / 80 / 85 / 80 / 85 / 110 [BST: 490]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Boomburst, Explosion, Last Resort, Rapid Spin, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes
What Separates it from Other Forms: A fast wall with Eviolite as an Ability. Can set a lot of hazards. STAB Explosion and Espeed are also considerable to use.

:Swsh/deoxys-attack:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Attack
Stat Changes: 50 / 100 / 85 / 140 / 85 / 80 [BST: 540]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes, Venoshock
What Separates it from Other Forms: A wallbreaker that'll either has LO as an Ability or setup sweeper with NP or SD.

:Swsh/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Defense
Stat Changes: 50 / 100 / 125 / 60 / 125 / 80 [BST: 540]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Bulk Up, Freeze-Dry, Ice Hammer, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: A wall with Leftover as an Ability. Also can run Pressure with setup move + Recover.

:Swsh/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Speed
Stat Changes: 50 / 90 / 85 / 90 / 85 / 140 [BST: 540]
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Pressure | Power Core (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): + Fire Blast, Fire Lash, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Overheat, Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: A fast setup sweeper. It also has Boots as an Ability, so it's considerable to be used over Pressure.
Name: Power Core
Effects: This Pokemon's stat stages can't be raised or lowered by any effect.
- If Deoxys(-Base), this Pokemon's Defense and Sp. Def are 1.5x.
- If Deoxys-Attack, 1.3x attack power, and loses 1/10 max HP after the attack.
- If Deoxys-Defense, heals 1/16 max HP at the end of every turn.
- If Deoxys-Speed, this Pokemon is unaffected by hazards on its side of the field.
Short Description: This Pokemon's stat can't be raised or lowered. If Deoxys Form, has different effect for each Form respectively.
:ss/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-The Rock
Stat Changes: 80/110/130/70/75/85 (550 BST)
Typing Changes: Fighting/Rock
Ability Changes: Defiant
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Close Combat, Stone Edge, Bulk Up -Psychic Moves, Meteor Mash, Extreme Speed, Throat Chop
What Separates it from Other Forms: a bulky, kinda slow set up sweeper Deoxys thats not frail enough to be OHKO'd by most attacks.

:ss/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Stealth
Stat Changes: 70/80/95/90/105/110 (550 BST)
Typing Changes: Dark
Ability Changes: Illusion
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Night Daze, Darkest Lariat, Parting Shot, Work Up, -Nasty Plot, Superpower
What Separates it from Other Forms: fast speedy pokemon that can attempt to sweep with Calm Mind, or do big damage with Choice Specs. Illusion gives it a surprise factor, and Parting Shot gives it a way to pivot out quickly.

:ss/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Magician
Stat Changes: 95/75/75/110/110/105 (570 BST)
Typing Changes: Psychic/Normal
Ability Changes: Magic Guard
Movepool Changes (If Any): -Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot
What Separates it from Other Forms: with Extreme Speed and Nasty Plot gone, it still has alot going for it due to its movepool with wide coverage, but its stats keep it from beeing too strong for the meta. its a good Calm Mind sweeper.
Screw trying to keep faithful to the original concept! (well, mostly anyway)

:bw/deoxys:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Wood
Stat Changes: 100/105/80/105/90/60 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Flower Veil, Triage (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Horn Leech, +U-turn
+Giga Drain, +Leaf Storm, +Secret Sword, -Psycho Boost
+Bulk Up, +Leech Seed, +Synthesis, -Nasty Plot, -Recover, -Spikes, -Stealth Rock, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Strong attacker that can use priority recovery moves with Triage and healing for good bulk, or can soak up status with Flower Veil to stallbreak and pivot. Because of this, Deoxys-Wood ends up being a good stallbreaker and revenge killer. Priority in strong attacks like Horn Leech, Giga Drain, and Drain Punch allow it to revenge kill common sweepers, like Dugtrio, Darmanitan, and the Silvally forms that use Choice Items, like Silvally Water or Silvally Ground, or practically any of the Choice users that don't have any priority. Flower Veil alternatively, as stated before, can soak up status well and allows Deoxys-Wood to be a surprisingly decent Stallbreaker, with reliable recovery and Bulk Up it can set up in the face of walls and force them to switch in fear of gaining a lot of power.

:bw/deoxys-attack:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Gem
Stat Changes: 100/50/80/110/110/90 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Solid Rock, Unburden (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Rapid Spin
+Meteor Beam, +Moonblast, +Power Gem, -Psycho Boost
+Moonlight, -Nasty Plot, -Recover, -Spikes, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Semi-fast Unburden mon that pairs well with Meteor Beam and has utility with Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock. Can make use of Solid Rock to take a more specially defensive wall approach. These unique characteristics give it 3 distinct niches; a decent Stealth Rock setter, a good wall with it's unique type combination, Recovery, and utility with Rapid Spin, and an excellent Set-Up Sweeper with Meteor Beam. Unburden turns it's paltry speed of 306 (252+ Timid Nature) to 612 upon the activation of the ability, which allows it to outspeed the entire unboosted meta, and combined with Meteor Beam gives it incredible sweeping potential.

:bw/deoxys-defense:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Charm
Stat Changes: 145/120/125/80/55/35 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sticky Hold, Mind Over Body* (HA)
This Pokemon becomes immune to status moves, however this Pokemon's Attack stat is halved.
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Press, +Play Rough
+Moonblast, -Psycho Boost
+Iron Defense, +Toxic Spikes
What Separates it from Other Forms: Deoxys-Charm is a big wall that can set up hazards, status, and is bothered little by Knock Off. It's one of the only Pokemon in the entire meta that has access to Stealth Rock, Spikes, and Toxic Spikes, and it's able to set itself apart from other walls by being able to absorb Knock Off and being able to use Trick Room effectively. Deoxys Charm is used as a Trick Room setter, as it is a rare mon that can fit Trick Room onto it's moveset and can include 3 attacking moves since it has the power to take advantage of it and the bulk to set it up. Mind Over Body allows it to become an excellent wall, as it becomes immune to both status and Taunt, however it's forced into passivity, relying on Body Press as it's sole way of dealing damaging due to it's Attack stat being halved, and having to run Toxic to chip down the opponent, or running a Special set in response to the attack drop. It also can no longer tank Knock Off.

:bw/deoxys-speed:
New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Sludge
Stat Changes: 90/80/110/80/80/100 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Corrosion, Prankster (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Body Press, +Gunk Shot, +Pursuit, +Sucker Punch, +U-turn
+Sludge Bomb, +Snarl, +Venoshock, -Psycho Boost
+Baneful Bunker, +Bulk Up, +Obstruct, +Parting Shot, +Slack Off, +Swords Dance, +Toxic Spikes, -Recover, -Stealth Rock, -Teleport
What Separates it from Other Forms: Fast and somewhat bulky physical wall, as it has Slack Off and U-Turn for pivoting and it can use mind games with Obstruct + Pursuit and is one of the fastest spikes setters in the meta at the moment. Deoxys-Sludge now becomes a premiere stallbreaker, as its immune to Toxic and can absorb Toxic Spikes and is decently bulky with a fast Taunt and a fast Parting Shot for pivot usage. This Pokemon uses predictions with Obstruct, or conversely with Baneful Bunker to either Poison or lower the opponent's defense in combination with Venoshock or Pursuit (or some other strong Physical attack). Prankster gives it greater reliability in setting status and wearing Pokemon down. As stated before, it can use Corrosion alternatively to spread status around combined with Venoshock. As it has Nasty Plot, it can end up being a massive threat on a worn down or statused team, and can end up sweeping if the conditions are right.

New Pokémon Name: Deoxys-Borealis
Stat Changes
: 105 / 115 / 75 / 115 / 75 / 115 (600)
Typing Changes: View attachment 363187 View attachment 363195
Ability Changes: Limber, Clear Body | Borealis (HA)
This pokemon sets Aurora Veil if Hail is active. This pokemon is immune to Hail damage.
View attachment 363190 + Hydro Pump, Surf, Scald, Water Pulse, Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Weather Ball, - Psycho Boost, Psychic, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psyshock
View attachment 363191 + Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Flip Turn, Waterfall, Icicle Spear, - Pursuit, Zen Headbutt, Fire Punch
View attachment 363192 + Hail, Bulk Up, - Nasty Plot, Spikes, Stealth Rock, Teleport
Description: I wanted to make a pokemon that can take advantage of Hail offensively while also not having to waste a slot on Aurora Veil. I know it sounds strange but I think this way Rotom-Frost can support its team using Defog instead of wasting a slot on Aurora Veil if Deoxys is your main Hail Abuser. Deoxys-B can take advantage of opposing pokemon's Hail to setup Veil too, which can give it more survivability if it wants to set up. I think water is a pretty cool type to have on hail since it gives you more coverage against Fire or Rock type pokemon which can prove to be pretty fatal towards the type that hail teams generally comprise of; Ice. I chose water/fighting because I think it supports Hail pretty defensively and offensively, and Deoxys just has a lot of fighting type moves to begin with.
My Votes

:Deoxys: Scoopapa, Deviation, Lapzaplerq
:Deoxys-Attack: Deviation, Scoopapa, Lapzaplerq
:Deoxys-Defense: Scoopapa, Regic Boat, Deviation
:Deoxys-Speed: Lapzaplerq, Scoopapa, Regic Boat

Good luck to everyone who participated!

And a hint towards next slate....expect Weather Wars and Alolan Forms!

In addition to these new winners, our S rank has been nerfed and our D ranks have been buffed.

Nerf
:ss/darmanitan-zen:
Loses Parting Shot, -10 HP, -10 Def, +20 Atk
Darmanitan-Zen quickly filled in the gap left by Rotom-Fan as the primiere defensive Steel type, with its outstanding bulk and immunity to status, it quickly took advantage of a very balance heavy metagame and ruled it with an iron fist. It sat on every SpA outaide of Landorus, and could stop physical attackers with Will O Wisp. Parting Shot sealed the deal, providing not only a pseudo Teleport thanks to its speed, but one that made its wall partners even harder to break through. So a small defensive bulk reduction will take place + the removal of Parting Shot. With those + the currently evolving meta, it should be easier now more than ever to screw around the mon.

Buffs
:Ss/silvally-poison:
Poison Point --> Corrosion, +Taunt, +Earth Power, +Toxic Thread, Venoshock, new stat spread 95/95/95/105/95/115
Silvally-Poison was outclassed on all fronts, both offensively and defensively by other poison types and other Silvallies. So we decided to restructure it, turning it from a weird wallbreaker into a fastish stallbreaker, being able to cripple threats with a fast Corrosion Toxic. Taunt helps screw over passive walls as well.

:ss/pikachu-rock-star:
+Plasma Fists, +Drain Punch, +Nasty Plot, +Swords Dance, +Bullet Punch, +Snarl, +Sparkling Aria, +10 Atk
Rock Star's biggest flaw is that it lacked the power to do much versus the biggest defensive pivots in the meta, which in such a balance heavy metagame is akin to a death sentence. Giving it Dual set up and buffing its overall mediocre physical sets may finally give it an established niche to explore.

And after all of that, time for the next slate

Stat Changes

Typing Changes:
1628531269861.png
1628531275418.png

Ability Changes: Illuminate | Slush Rush
Movepool Changes (If Any):
1628530533466.png
+Zing Zap, Thunder Punch, Wild Charge | - Steel Roller
1628530542324.png
+Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Freeze Dry, Electro Ball, Parabolic Charge | - Steel Beam
1628530546773.png
+Electric Terrain, Charge, Pain Split, Nasty Plot
What Separates it from Other Forms: Semi-Fast Hail abuser that can provide coverage for its team with its stab Electric/Ice combo. Even though freeze dry exists, Electric can still be handy at times especially to hit Rotom-Fan for at least neutral damage. It's got SD, Rapid Spin, Hazards and Volt Switch, what more could you ask for?
Design: Sandslash utilize the Ice crystals that form on it to refract light and blind their targets. Due to its blinding speed, it is difficult to predict where it may strike next, or even tell where it is mid-battle. This pokemon is at its peak potential during a Snowstorm.
:ninetales-alola:

New Pokémon Name: Ninetales-Haze
Stat Changes
: 100 / 65 / 75 / 100 / 100 / 110
Typing Changes:
1628533433160.png
1628533897406.png

Ability Changes: Filter, Unaware | Shield Dust
Movepool Changes (If Any):
1628530533466.png
+ U-Turn, Ice Shard, Fake Out
1628530542324.png
+ Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave | - Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Draining Kiss
1628530546773.png
+ Haze, Recover, Corrosive Gas, Poison Gas
What Separates it from Other Forms: A brand new type combination that acts as utility and bears a high speed tier to take advantage of. Its weaknesses are pretty exploitable so Filter is there ease the amount of pressure it may be facing. It can also be used to prevent certain pokemon from completely sweeping the rest of its party.
Design: Basically the same as Ninetales-A but the concept is that its tails are surrounded by toxic gases that are also very chilling. As it moves it leaves clouds of it behind to whither away its foes or prey. It prefers to play on the defensive, eating away at a pokemon's life force.

Pokémon Name: Sandslash-Permafrost
Typing:

Abilities: Snow Warning / Snow Squall*
Snow Squall is a hail counterpart to Desolate Land and Primordial Sea. Ice-type moves do 1.5x damage under Snow Squall.
Base Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 80 Def / 80 SpA / 80 SpD / 120 Spe [BST: 530]
Notable Moves:
+Scale Shot, +Dragon Claw, Triple Axel, Knock Off, Rapid Spin / -Earthquake, -Drill Run

+Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Aurora Veil
:sandslash-alola:
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance/Dragon Dance)
Sandslash-Permafrost could work as either a Swords Dance/Scale Shot user, or simply use Dragon Dance to setup. Hail isn’t the best of the weather archetypes, but Snow Squall would give it more offensive utility. The damage boost would allow moves like Triple Axel to hit a lot harder.
:ss/sandslash:
Pokémon Name: Sandslash-Lustrous
Typing:

Abilities: Sand Rush / Pixilate
Base Stats: 79 HP / 125 Atk / 75 Def / 69 SpA / 85 SpD / 97 Spe [BST: 530]
Notable Moves:
+Quick Attack, +Fake Out, +Play Rough, +Fire Punch, Earthquake, Rapid Spin, Knock Off

Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Spikes
:sandslash:
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance) / Hazard Clearer
Sandslash-Lustrous would be a great hazard clearer and could make use of Swords Dance/Rapid Spin sets. It would be able to use Rapid Spin without getting blocked, and the speed boost would become a lot more useful considering it could use Rapid Spin as STAB. It also has Stealth Rock and Spikes which could also make it a good hazard setter.
:ss/ninetales-alola:
Pokémon Name: Ninetales-Vapor
Typing:

Abilities: Cloud Nine / Vaporize*
Vaporize - Fire-type moves become Flying-type. Affected moves do 1.2 damage.
The flavor for this submission strives from the idea of this Ninetales form being a vaporized version of its Kanto form.
Base Stats: 79 HP / 100 Atk / 75 Def / 70 SpA / 80 SpD / 126 Spe [BST: 530]
Notable Moves:
+Liquidation, +Flip Turn, +Fire Lash, +Flame Charge, +Flare Blitz, +Knock Off / -Fairy Moves
+Scald
+Defog
:Ninetales-Alola:
Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker / Offensive Pivot (Flip Turn)
Ninetales-Vapor would be a great physical wallbreaker with moves like Flying-type/damage boosted Flare Blitz, and Liquidation. It has an interesting tool through Fire Lash which effectively turns into a 90 BP Flying-type move that lowers the defensive of foes. This would allow it to break through walls that could have originally been able to stall it out through recovery. It also gains access to Flip Turn which would allow it to run Band/Scarf sets with proficiency.
:ss/ninetales:
Pokémon Name: Ninetales-Mischievous
Typing:

Abilities: Flash Fire / Stakeout
Base Stats: 85 HP / 70 Atk / 80 Def / 120 SpA / 80 SpD / 95 Spe [BST: 530]
Notable Moves:
+Knock Off
+Fiery Wrath, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Psyshock, Energy Ball
Calm Mind / -Nasty Plot
:Ninetales:
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker
Ninetales-Mischievous would be a great special wallbreaker. What really makes it stand out is its ability Stakeout. It would be able to force out Pokémon who are weak to it while simultaneously punishing switch-ins. While using Ninetales-Mischievous, you would really need to focus on predicting your opponent properly and finding opportunities to pressure/punish. It gets strong STAB like Fire Blast/Flamethrower and Fiery Wrath, and gets decent coverage with Psyshock and Energy Ball.

Slush Rush allows it to become a Lategame sweeper once its checks are gone or weakend. Carousel lets it use moves like Rapid Spin, Ice Ball and Gyro Ball more effectively since it makes up for their lower power, something like Steel Roller becomes an incredible strong move against Terrain Abusers.

I'm speedrunning this
I think alot of these customs are pretty pointless and are also broken.

Firstly, I don't get the movepool removals for regular Sandslash. It's not a big deal to keep those moves. Back to the customs.

Maniac is wack. Its just an auto +2. Confusion isn't the big nerf it is in Gen 8. Miracle Eye is pretty wonky, but I think its the mon and not the ability itself. Ninetales is jusy way too strong and the ability just limits the very little switchins it has.

Necromancer is completely broken, I do not have no idea why you thought the fastest Pokémon in the meta is also the most powerful to an absurd degree. Ability needs to go.

What Separates it from Other Forms: Rather than taking advantage of Sand Stream, Sandslash can be used as an immediate setter for it. It has pretty decent bulk combined with sandstream's Spdef boost. It can fufill some gimmicky sets such as Meteor Beam, CM + ID Stored Power or even Body Press. And if you want to go all out, pair it with a weakness policy.
Design: It is rumored that Sandslash have fallen from space. Similar to Clefable, they are easily startled and tend to roll away when a trainer spots one. Because of this, it is recommended that these pokemon are caught in quick balls.

Movepool Changes (If Any):

What Separates it from Other Forms: Fast Wallbreaker that can slowly deal chip damage using Leech Seed and Will-o-Wisp and launch of powerful Fire Blasts or Solar Beam thanks to it's Drought.
Design: Trainers prefer to keep Ninetales-I indoors to bring a refreshing scent to their homes. Ninetales do not rely on plants to survive, but they can burn away aromatic material to keep the scent's going. One must be careful though, as giving it too many plants to burn may start a fire.
Not a fan of either of these simply because we already have 2 sand setters AND 2 sun setters. I can't technically veto these mons because they aren't broken, but I am asking to rework them.

:ss/sandslash-alola:
Pokémon Name: Sandslash-Permafrost
Typing:

Abilities: Snow Warning / Snow Squall*
Snow Squall is a hail counterpart to Desolate Land and Primordial Sea. Ice-type moves do 1.5x damage under Snow Squall.
Base Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 80 Def / 80 SpA / 80 SpD / 120 Spe [BST: 530]
Notable Moves:
+Scale Shot, +Dragon Claw, Triple Axel, Knock Off, Rapid Spin / -Earthquake, -Drill Run

+Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Aurora Veil
:sandslash-alola:
Intended Role: Setup Sweeper (Swords Dance/Dragon Dance)
Sandslash-Permafrost could work as either a Swords Dance/Scale Shot user, or simply use Dragon Dance to setup. Hail isn’t the best of the weather archetypes, but Snow Squall would give it more offensive utility. The damage boost would allow moves like Triple Axel to hit a lot harder.
I'm not comfortable with what is essentially Ice type Transistor on a mon that can set up and has plentiful coverage. I am fine with a secondary Hail setter because A) Hail is a shit weather and B) The current Hail mon doesn't use it, it's its worst ability option.

Custom Elements:
Spin, Roll and Wheel moves do 2x damage.
Rapid Spin, Fire Spin, Flame Wheel, Rolling Kick, Steel Roller, Steamroller, Rollout, Ice Ball, Gyro Ball, Aura Wheel
I think this is too fast, not becausebits broken, but more like because it encroaches Silvally alot.

+Bulk Up, -Stealth Rock, -Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Magic Guard Fire-Type that can use Flare Blitz as much as it can and is immune to Toxic, Burn, and Hazards. Is a powerful wallbreaker that becomes a fast revengekiller in sand with it's other ability Sand Rush. It still has Rapid Spin for utility and can subsequently still use Spikes effectively as it can come in on hazards unfazed which frees up the item slot for HBD.

Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Slush Rush, Skill Link (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Bullet Seed, +Head Smash, +Rock Blast, +Stone Edge
...
+Bulk Up, -Spikes, -Swords Dance
What Separates it from Other Forms: Skill Link user that can deal a lot of damage at once with both of it's STAB Rock Blast and Icicle Spear moves. Is a powerful wallbreaker that becomes a fast revengekiller in hail with it's other ability Slush Rush. This mon, while frail and is weak to hazards, has a lot of potential power if you allow it to set up properly. Skill Link turns these usually unreliable moves into amazing attacks that can deal a lot of explosive damage in a very short time. Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock still exist to grant it utility and a way to increase it's Speed for sweeping purposes.

Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Flip Turn
+Eruption, +Hydro Pump, +Surf, +Steam Eruption, +Water Spout
+Teleport, +Trick, -Morning Sun, -Pain Split, -Toxic, -Will-O-Wisp
What Separates it from Other Forms: Pokemon that uses the normally incredibly defensive ability in Regenerator primarily for offensive usage as it replenishes it's own health to stay at Full HP to take advantage of Water Spout or Eruption. Alternatively, it becomes a powerful special attacker and sweeper with Queenly Majesty since it denies priority attacks. Ninetales-Steamwork has no utility options to it's name, so it's 100% forced to use Regenerator more offensively than defensively. Of course, it's still a good option to heal back health over the course of the game, but this mon uses Regenerator differently than usual.

Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Knock Off
+Expanding Force, +Flamethrower, +Psychic, +Psyshock
+Defog, +Lovely Kiss, +Moonlight, +Taunt, +Teleport, +Trick, -Morning Sun, -Nasty Plot
What Separates it from Other Forms: Ninetales-Snowdrift when combined with Unaware is a mon that relies on it's utility and it's variety of options to shutdown Setup-Sweepers, check offensive threats, and force switches. It has an excellent speed tier which combined with a bevvy of support moves allows it to run both an offensive set and support sets, it has access to coverage in Flamethrower, Taunt against Stall, reliable recovery, Defog, Trick in conjunction with Choice items, Teleport for pivoting, Knock Off, and Heal Bell for status support. Alternatively, it becomes a powerful special attacker and sweeper with Dazzling since it denies priority attacks.

Pokémon Name: Ninetales-Vapor

Vaporize - Fire-type moves become Flying-type. Affected moves do 1.2 damage.

Movepool Changes: -
What Separates it from Other Forms: Sandslash serves as a Sand Abuser, Rapid Spinner and general offensive threat. It competes with Dugtrio, Silvally-Ground and Groudon as a Physical Ground-type, but it has some advantages over them. For example, Normal and Ground have amazing coverage together and one of the Normal STABs, Rapid Spin, adds team utility while also making it harder to deal with.

Custom Elements:
Spin, Roll and Wheel moves do 2x damage.
Rapid Spin, Fire Spin, Flame Wheel, Rolling Kick, Steel Roller, Steamroller, Rollout, Ice Ball, Gyro Ball, Aura Wheel

Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sand Rush, Magic Guard (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any):
+Fire Punch, +Flame Charge, +Flare Blitz, +Head Smash
...

Stat Changes: 95/120/90/40/100/95 (540)

New Pokémon Name: Ninetales-Steamwork
Stat Changes: 80/70/80/120/90/100 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Queenly Majesty, Regenerator (HA)

Stat Changes: 80/70/70/100/100/120 (540)
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Dazzling, Unaware (HA)

Stat Changes: 80/90/105/120/130/75 | BST: 600
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Slush Rush / Air Lock | Snow Warning (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Snowstorm*, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Earth Power, Will-o-Wisp, Taunt, Recover, Iron Head
Snowstorm: Ice-type Magma Storm, 100% Accuracy in Hail, 50% Accuracy in Harsh Sun
Reasoning: Bulky trapper with multiple forms of passive damage, and an Aurora Veil setter. Air Lock + Freeze Dry also makes for a good counter to Primal Kyogre.

Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Sand Rush / Infiltrator | Poison Point (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Morning Sun, Weather Ball
Reasoning: I can't seem to remember why but I remember that I keep wanting a SpD-oriented Fire type to put on teams. This one is also a Sand abuser; it doesn't have the most power at first but with superb bulk and Nasty Plot it can become dangerous very fast.

:ss/sandslash:
New Pokémon Name: Sandslash
Stat Changes: 70/140/120/50/120/70 | BST: 570
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Swift Swim | Tough Claws (HA)
Movepool Changes: +Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Scale Shot, Liquidation, Flip Turn,
Reasoning: A rain abuser and a pretty solid overall support pokemon. Tough Claws is held back by its typing and mostly gives it a very strong Knock Off, Flip Turn, or Dragon Tail (but you can spam Outrage if you want).

New Pokémon Name: Sandslash-Alola
Stat Changes: 65/120/180/45/100/60 | BST: 570
Typing Changes:

Ability Changes: Iron Barbs / Slush Rush | Snow Warning (HA)
Movepool Changes: Spikes,
Reasoning: Set up Swords Dance behind Aurora Veil and hopefully sweep. With 180 base Def and AV up you can avoid getting bodied by Body Press.
