edit: tapler for tiebreaker
New Pokémon Name: Wormadam-Sandy
Stat Changes: 80 / 109 / 145 / 69 / 75 / 66 (544)
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Thick Fat / Dry Skin /
Overcoat (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +First Impression, Taunt, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, High Horsepower, Drill Run, Shore Up, Sticky Web, U-Turn, Crafty Shield
What Separates it from Other Forms: Wormadam-Sandy can act as a check to many water types such as Rotom-Wash or Primal Kyogre with its Dry Skin ability, and setup hazards to punish them. Thick Fat is also really well for tanking hits from Manustorm and Darmanitan-Galar. I think it'd be a great addition to have a bulky webs user, so here's one.
New Pokémon Name: Wormadam-Trash
Stat Changes: 50 / 100 / 135 / 100 / 135 / 24 (544)
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Sturdy / Regenerator /
Overcoat (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Body Press, Explosion, Self-Destruct, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Knock Off, Thunder Wave, Steel Beam, Crafty Shield
What Separates it from Other Forms: Wormadam-Trash acts as a hazard + Explosion lead, that it can utilize Sturdy + Explosion for success. It's very bulky, and has Regenerator which allows it to switch back in and set more hazards when it needs too. I thought having a complete hazard-stacking pokemon would be cool.
New Pokémon Name: Wormadam
Stat Changes: 80 / 69 / 75 / 109 / 145 / 66 (544)
Typing Changes:
Ability Changes: Flower Veil / Own Tempo /
Overcoat (HA)
Movepool Changes (If Any): +Petal Dance, Sticky Web, Floral Healing, Flower Shield, Aromatherapy, Powder, Parting Shot, Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Apple Acid, Weather Ball, Leech Seed, Earth Power, Crafty Shield
What Separates it from Other Forms: Bug/Grass is a pretty awkward typing offensively and defensively, however, there are some interesting things you can do with it. For one, having Flower Veil allows it to setup more reliably, without having to worry about damage from status conditions. Being designed with flowers over it, I thought giving it Sleep Powder would make it even more threatening to face since wormadam is pretty bad, though it can still be walled by defensive checks like Rotom-Fan. If you decide to go on the full offensive, Own Tempo and Petal Dance can deal some pretty high damage without the drawback of confusion, and Apple Acid works well for a pokemon without much coverage, allowing it to chip its foes more easily.
