ok this is semi competetive i play against my friends who are also quite good and i am getting wifi soon


1.Donphan Impish @Leftovers (Rapid Spinner and Stealth Rocker)
EVs 252 HP, 252 DEF, 4 ATK

Sets up stealth rocks and spins them off

2.Jolteon Timid @Leftovers (Baton Passing Gyarados Shunner)
EVs 4 HP, 252 SP.ATK, 252 SPD
Electric Volt Absorb
Thunderbolt
Baton Pass
Substitute
Wish (Breed with Smeargle)

Good baton passer works well sets up a sub and baton passes away wish for healing thunderbolt for gyarados

3.Heracross Jolly @Choice Band (Physical Sweeper)
EVs 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPD
Bug/Fighting Guts
Megahorn
Close Combat
Stone Edge/Facade
Pursuit (Breed with Beedrill)

standard used as my physical sweeper usually late game

4.Sceptile Modest @Choice Specs (Special Sweeper)
EVs 4 HP, 252 SP.ATK, 252 SPD
Grass Overgrow
Grass Knot
Focus Blast
Dragon Pulse
Leaf Storm

special sweeper causes some damage and leafstorm if all else fails

5.Grumpig Calm @Leftovers (Special Wall and ResTalker)
EVs 252 HP, 156 DEF, 96 SP.DEF
Psychic Thick Fat
Rest
Sleep Talk
Psychic
Focus Blast

ResTalker serves as a good special wall as well focus blast is for power but could be replaced

6.Torkoal Relaxed @Leftovers (Physical Wall and Double Status)
EVS 252 HP, 252 DEF, 4 SP.ATK
Fire White Smoke
Protect
Flamethrower
Toxic
Will-o-Wisp

i love these decent physical wall and unexpected protect for scouting and works in accordance with eq in double battles flamethrower for reliability and toxic and will o wisp hence double status.

so whwt do u think want ur honest opinions
 
My honest opinion would be to scrap torkoal and grumpig at least.

Donphan can serve as your wall with wish support, which you have.

Get a snorlax or a blissey, slowking works as a good substitute if you like psycic types.

Replace torkoal with another solid Psweeper.
 
Cmon man, it's against his friends... I'm pretty sure they're not all bog-standard Smogonites who use six out of the top ten OU on their teams. Grumpig isn't as bad as you think either; it's pretty durable, and with Thick Fat it makes a good special sponge.

If he wants to use UU pokemon, he can. It's not like they're total crap, they're just outclassed. Unless there is a reason to remove them (glaring weakness?) then he should let them stay.


I don't know what they teach you on Serebi, but a counter for something has to be able to switch in. Jolteon can threaten to Thunderbolt Gyarados, but EQ or Waterfall hurt Jolteon terribly. Porygon2 on the other hand can switch in easily, thanks to tracing Intimidate, and threaten to OHKO with Thunderbolt. Or it can recover off the damage.



Anyways, looks pretty good, but you lack a solid switch-in to Mamoswine. You might be able to beat it with prediction, but I would get Bronzong, Skarmory, Uxie, Weezing, Cressilia, or Gyarados to patch up this weakness. Uxie could replace Grumpig... it's cool, not really OU, and it can double status and counter Gyarados and Infernape.

Since you have SR on Donphan already, try this:

Thunder Wave/U-Turn
Yawn
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Counters Mamoswine, Infernape, and Gyarados easily. Can't really do much to Mamoswine expect Psychic, but that's a 3HKO... Mamoswine is tryng to 5HKO you back with Ice Fang.
 
yawn turning is pretty awesome with uxie. i even made a team outa it. the strategy fails if they have a sleep talker but otherwise it can be great for stat ups.
 
i cant use uxie i hate absolutely despise legendaries sorry none of my mates have a mamoswine and the jolteon isnt a gyarados counter its just the only pokemon i have with an electric move but if you have got any other suggestions please tell me i just can not use legendaries thanks
