An Anti-weather team that is usually beaten by weather

So after constant beatings from weather teams, I decided to research Antiweather pokemon and tried to build a team around them. Using the Team Builder on Marriland, this team seems balanced, but what usually ends up going down is I'll come across a weather team that will A) Stall me for 200 turns or until I just give up and make bad moves just to end it.
or B) take me out in 6-20 turns with minimal/no casualties.

So the best course of action is either A) copypaste a generic weather team from RMT B) Deal with it until I can get into a tutoring program or C) Get my team rated. Anyways, my team:

Team building process
Started with Virizion, since it's a good Rain/Sand check(from what I've read)

Next I chose Heatran, because Heatran resists most of Virizion's Weaknesses while resisting most attacks from Sun teams

Chose Latias for her Immunity to ground(for Heatran) and Resistance to Psychic (Virizion) as well as being a rain check

Next I chose Gastrodon for his Immunity to Electric and his ability to absorb water attacks

Needed something that could force out Conkeldurr (and Reunclus to a lesser extent) so I chose Spiritomb

Next I wanted something to take out Excadrill, so after some thinking, chose Conkeldurr

Heatran@ Air Ballon
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252Spatk/252spe
Moves: Stealth Rock
Earth Power
Flamethrower
Dark Pulse

Overview: Heatran is usually my lead. The plan is to SR (or switch out to Gastrodon/Spiritomb) and attack my way to victory. Dark Pulse is mainly to trick people into thinking it's speced/scarfed (Yes I know Balloon shows up in chat, It only really works if I didn't use SR or used it and switched out and then only on people worse than me) and bring in Scizor/other setup mon weak to flamethrower expecting to set up, only to get flamethrowered in the face.

Latias@ Leftovers
Ability:Levitate
Nature:Timid
Evs: 252 HP/ 252 Spe
Moves: Calm Mind
Recover
Dragon Pulse
Substitute

Overview: the plan with Latias is to come in on a ground attack and sub to scout for Super effective moves. If there are none to worry about, start Calm Minding followed by Dragon Pulse. Recover helps heal up if I've had to make alot of subs.

Virizion@ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 252 Att/ 252 Spe
Moves: Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
Stone Edge
Sacred Sword

Overview: The plan is to switch in on any dark moves aimed at Latias. If I believe they will switch out, Swords Dance, if I think they will stay and try to KO Virizion, I will attack with whatever STAB isn't resisted, or stone edge if both are resisted. Jolly to outspeed adamant Infernape/ other mustketeers. Chose Sacred Sword over Close Combat because Virizion is frail enough without losing defense after each Close Combat..

Gastrodon@ Leftovers
Ability: Sticky hold( Storm Drain)
Nature: Calm
Evs: 252 HP/ 252 Spdef
Moves: Ice Beam
Toxic
Earth Power
Recover

Overview: The plan is to switch into a water type attack to get the storm drain bonus and follow up with a toxic. If I think they think I will use Earth Power and switch to Gliscor/Landorus/Dnite (it happens alot more than you'd think) I'll Ice Beam instead of Toxic. Recover to heal off damage, and earth Power for a STAB attack.

Spiritomb@ Spell Tag
Ability: pressure
Nature: Quiet
Evs: 248 HP/48 Att/208 Spatt
Moves: Shadow Ball
Shadow Sneak
Pursuit
Pain Split

Overview: The plan here is to switch into a Fighting or Psychic move and laugh. Reunclus cannot touch Spiritomb and usually switches out, only to be pursuited. Conkeldurr can use stone edge or payback, but Spiritomb is slow enough that payback doesn't hurt that much and stone edge hits like payback. Shadow Ball is the attack of Choice. If I think the opponent will switch out, Pursuit Spam. If the opponent uses Subdisable gengar, Pursuit on the sub, Shadow Sneak before the disable, and pursuit as he tries to leave. With only one resist, Pain split is used as a Hillbilly healthcare plan to fix cuts and bruises. Spell Tag because he is sporting two ghost attacks

Conkeldurr@Leftovers
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 120 HP/252 att/136 Spe
Moves: Bulk Up
Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Stone Edge

Overview: I hate this pokemon so much. Just SOOOOO much. It's just the standard Bulk up Conkeldurr. Out of all the games I've had, not just with this team, but any time I've use Conkeldurr, he never pulls his weight. It's almost like starting every match with only 5 pokemon. I will take any sugesstion for a conkeldurr replacement.

Anyways, that's my antiweather team. Pick it apart.

Just an overall suggestion, methinks the best way to fight weather is to actually CHANGE it. Honestly, if that is your goal, put a Rain Dance Ludicolo on your team. Heck, Hail Tentacruel will do the job. I think it's silly to try and stop weather without actually ending the weather. Just my two cents.
