An Attempt at No Weather

Hello thre anybody that cares to read this, this is my first rmt on smogon.
This an attempt at a non-weather oriented team. I think this team has potential, but is squandering it.
Sorry for no Pictures, at the moment.

JelloPudding (Reuniclus) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Psyshock
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Focus Blast

Reuniclus is awesome. The way this team is set up, it always seems i get off 6 calm minds which is always nice. With Calm mind and max Defence, Reuniclus can take hits surprisingly well. Focus Miss....I mean Blast deals with those pesky steel types that would otherwise wall Reuniclus. Recover is just nice to have. I have Physhock over Physcic, to deal with special walls like blissey and Gastrodon.

Heatran (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Toxic

Sp. Def Heatran works much better as a specail wall then flinchrachi. She is able to set up my stealth rocks which is always nice. Lava Plume is a nice STAB move which can burn. Protect is to scout moves and for leftovers recovery. Toxic is for tose bulky water types that think they can wall Heatran. Flash Fire is always nice for sun teams.

LookPimpin' (Skarmory) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind

Skarmory is awesome, his riduclous defence is just awesome. Since i already have a Stealth Rocks user, i have Roost instead, which is amazing on slow pokemon. Whirlwind + Spikes+Stealth Rocks is so much fun. Finally Brave Bird is to kill fighting types and any pokemon that has tooken a lot of entry hazard damage. Nothing much to say, Skarmory is fun and awesome.

SuperShellos (Gastrodon-East) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Recover
- Scald
- Toxic
- Earth Power

Gastrodon is my generic Special Wall and my Drizzle counter, since Storm Drains Water Moves and Thunder doesn't do any damage to it. With Toxic and Recover is nice, so i can poison stall the opponent. Scald is a good move, since it has the ability to burn major threats. Lastly, Earth Power is another good STAB move.

Scrafty (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Crunch

Scrafty, my pimpin' gecko with pants. Dragon Dance never felt so good. I have Drain Punch over Hi Jump Kick because ghost switch in is very bad and that I can heal a little bit before the life orb damage. Ice Punch is for Gliscor. Crunch is a nice STAB move for things like Reunclus. Moxie is really nice.

LibertyBell (Bronzong) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Bronzong is my main dragon counter with its awesome defences. Toxic is to bring down things like Gastrodon and others. Earthquake is nice to have for rock types. Gyro Ball is the coup de grace. With 2 Speed IVs, it makes it a monster. Hidden Power Ice is basically for Gliscor, even with its average Sp. Attack. Gliscor won't appreciate a 4x effective move. As I said before, Bronzong is my main dragon counter, besides Haxourus with Mold Breaker. Latios and Latias will either get Toxiced or Gyro Balled thanks to there allergies to status and High Speed Stat. Same goes for Salamence, Dragonite, and Hydregon. Exept Toxic will be more common on Dragonite, since it doesnt have the greatest speed stat.

Counters: After testing this team for awhile, Baton Pass teams give this team troubles. I have also noticed with Terrakion, this team has a bit of a problem. Since the only counter to it is Bronzong. But a Close Combat is not appreciated well. Any other noticable counters and ways to deal with them are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for looking at my RMT, as I said before, any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Conk

Standard Conkeldurr doesn't lose to standard gliscor.

Subtecting/Stall Gliscor beats him but he could potentially do the same to Scrafty.

Stick with Conk IMO/

Skarmory can't deal with Excadrill if he's the last pokemon left.

Conk is a great bait for Psychic's and Ghost's. After +1 a payback will be doing some pretty hefty damage to switch in Psy/Gho.

You have a solid team. Just need to learn how to really capitalize on your pokemon right. Conk will bait a Reuni almost everytime. Try to get that switch in payback. Your Reuniclus can get into a CM war and hit it with Psychock. You have ways to take those two down.

I would personally opt for payback. Flying type's cant touch you after a Bulk Up or two and Payback can get the job done fairly well against most flying types. Payback has saved my butt so many times hitting Lati@s/Gengar/Reuni when they switch in for a Super Effective double base power Payback. Gives me a boner everytime.

Is there a specific reason to have both Hippow and Skarm? Gliscor could serve both purposes of walling and can handle Excadrill better than the both of them.
I'd find it more beneficial to run the Gliscor set of Swords Dance, Ice Fang, Earthquake, Taunt/Protect
and then run a Deoxys-S. Most non-weather teams run these pokes. Conk manhandles Sand, Gastro rapes Rain, DeoS(with hazards) poop on Sun.
Now that I look closer I'd also switch Jirachi out for something like a SpDef Heatran. Heatran will rip apart opposing Sun teams(that lack Dugtrio).

With a Glisc/Gastro/Heatran core serving as a pretty solid defensive core. I can see this being a real pain to weather teams. While Conk(anti-sand), Reuni(destroys everything), and possibly a DeoS.

Just out of curiosity I want to look at the combined lists of resistances on these suckers(Glis, Gastro...)
Fighting, Ground, Electric, Grass, Water, Fire, Bug, Steel, Dark, Psychic, Ghost, Ice, Normal, Poison.

I wouldn't consider Dragon and Flying because Heatran can't really take those hits unless those poke's are burned. Plus no one really uses Flying type attacks except for Skarmory and the random Staraptor. SKarm is forced out and most Star's are banded so I'd go with Gliscor for the switch.

You could run SR on heatran and forget about DeoS. That would leave you a spot for anything that would cause problems.

I highly suggest a steel type that could handle dragons. Most likely Scizor. Maybe Bronzong if you want those defensive measures.

Just to expound upon how much a SpDef Heatran could help:
After a burn from lava plume your Gliscor will have loads of stress let off him.
Toxic can cripple incoming bulky waters that may run Toxic for opposing waters. If you toxic a bulky water when they come in on Heatran Gastro won't have to worry about toxic wars.
Heatran destroys Sun.

Sorry if i re-routed your team to much.

I'd also run Ice Beam over Earth Power to hit Thundurus.

Hey there.

First off, one thing that can really cause you problems is a Nasty Plot Celebi. With Hidden Power Fire / Earth Power, it can destroy your Jirachi and take out the rest of your team; investing in speed on Jirachi won't really work because NP Celebi runs a ton of speed nowadays. Sun teams can cause you problems as well, as pokemon like Venusaur and Volcarona can basically devastate you; same with a Calm Mind Jirachi that carries Psyshock. Jirachi really isn't doing much for your team, so I suggest that you replace it with a Heatran in order to handle sun teams in general better; as well as to destroy NP Celebi.

Specially Defensive Heatran
Heatran @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Protect
- Roar

Specially defensive Heatran will round out your team very well. It forms a very good core with Gastrodon an Skarmory (arguably the best defensive core), and absolutely destroys Volcarona and non-EQ Venusaur. Roar allows Heatran to phaze out Volcarona and rack up SR and Spikes damage.

Now a Swords Dance + Taunt Gliscor will basically annihilate your entire team. To fix all of these issues, replace Hippowdon, who really isn't doing too much for your team, with a Quagsire.

Defensive Quagsire
Quagisre @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Recover
- Toxic

Toxic allows Quagsire to hinder bulky waters, as well as enemy pokemon such as Latiasthat would otherwise wall Quagsire. Quagsire absolutely destroys Calm Mind Jirachi, as well as Gliscor.

Finally, definitely run Payback over Stone Edge on Conkeldurr, as destroying pokemon like Jellicent and Celebi really helps.

Overall, nice team. Hope I helped, and good luck!
