An Offensively Minded Team

@ Life Orb
Pressure/Jolly
EVs 4hp/252atk/252spd
Stone Edge
Pursuit
Ice Fang
Earthquake

Lead Aerodactyl. Earthquake covers Steel-types like Metagross and is Aerodactyl's most powerful attack against Tyranitar and Rhyperior. Ice Fang offers coverage against Ground-types and Salamence/Dragonite. Pursuit hits slower defensively inept Pokémon such as Gengar and Azelf for what in many cases is a one hit knockout as they try to switch.

Pressure/Impish
252hp/28atk/228def
Ice Punch
Shadow Sneak
Will O Wisp
Pain Split

Tank Dusknoir switches in on sweepers. uses Will O Wisp to Cripple physical sweepers, Ice Punch handles dragons. Shadow Sneak 2HKOs Azelfs and Gengars. Pain Split is for recovery. Also a great rapid spin blocker.

@Choice Specs
Synchronize/Timid
252 Sp.Atk/252 Spd/ 6 Hp
Psychic
Energy Ball
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power Fire

Psychic hit most enemies that don't resist it very hard due to stab, Energy Ball helps the team deal with swampert/bulky water and grounds/ shadow ball takes down ghosts and psychics, and HP Fire deals with Steels notably Scizor

@Leftovers
Natural Cure/Bold
252 HP/Defense, 6 Sp.def
Seismic Toss
Softboiled
Aromatherapy
Ice Beam

Standard Blissey, counters special sweepers uses Seismic Toss and Ice Beam to whittle down enemies. Softboiled keeps its health high and Aromatherapy gets rid of status problems on it and others on the team.

@Leftovers
No Guard/Adamant
252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
Dynamic Punch
Ice Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk

Rest Talking Machamp. It as a good status absorber, and Sleep Talk helps with the low PP of dynamic Punch and Stone Edge. DynamicPunch's confusion works well at forcing switches which works well with Stealth Rock. Ice Punch helps take down dragons and ghosts.

@Life Orb
Blaze/Naive
24 Atk/252 SpA/232 Spd
Flamethrower
Close Combat
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot

Mixape, Close Combat absolutely destroys the usual pokemon that try to counter a fire type eg:Tyranitar and other rock types. After a single Nasty Plot, Grass Knot will OHKO Suicune, Slowbro, and Milotic unless they're running Special Defense.

I also have a Gyarados, Jirachi and Zangoose if you'd think they are better fits for my team.

Hey Mead, decent team you have here.

Few suggestions:

Aerodactyl: This lead is totally fine, but what I would change is the moveset, probably change it into Earthquake , Stone Edge, Taunt , Stealth Rock, Why would you have an offensive lead without SR, when the pokemon can learn SR. Other thing is to take of Life orb and put in Focus sash for the OHKOs that are probably gonna come in handy when you have the sash.

Bronzong: I don't see the use of Bronzong anymore since you've replaced your SR'r with Aerodactyl, and since this is a offensive team, why would you use Zong? So what you probably should change it into CBScizor because it can finish off things with Bullet punch and just phaze out pokemon with UTurn, which does a chunkload of damage to anything that comes in overall it has amazing synergy with your team so here's the moveset and EVs: Bullet Punch / Uturn / Superpower / Pursuit , EVs: 248 HP, 252 Attack , 8 Speed I took off pursuit from Aero and put it on something that can be much more useful with the ability and power against things like Latias, Gengar, Starmie, Rotom, etc.

Alakazam: Not the best pokemon, but since your team probably get swept by and DDer with one Dragon dance for example, Salamence, Gyarados, Kingdra, Dragonite can sweep your team with one dragon dance, so that's the worst part about your team so what I would do if I were you is probably replace Alakazam with ScarfLatias to just destroy any DDer that comes in and just probably the best revenge killer on your team, it also stops your water weakness in your team. So here's the EVs and moveset for Scarf Latias: Draco Meteor, Surf, Thunderbolt, Trick ; EVs will be 6 HP / 252 Sp.att / 252 Spd.

Blissey: Tiny change, probably want to have Thunderwave in replacement of Ice beam since you have enough pokes on your team that could take care of Dragon, Ground, Grass, etc. So why not have Thunderwave to stop pokes who are trying to get a last minute sweep on you. Reduces the speed and you might also win due the the parahax you might get.

Machamp: Something minor you might want to take off the ice attack once again since you have Latias you won't be afraid of dragon types, so why not help on your ghosts and phychics so just have Payback which is on the standard set, helps a lot.

Infernape: Looks 100% fine.

Good luck with the team in the future, and hope my analysis helped.

This team has quite a lot of problems that I can't think how to solve - for example that your Bronzong is the only thing standing in the way of a number of Physical threats and has no recovery. However, I can tell you that a few of your movesets could easily be improved.

-That lead Aerodactyl set will be OHKOed by a large number of leads, and you will do surprisingly little back. The only real reason to use Aerodactyl as a lead is for an almost guaranteed Stealth Rock and a fast taunt - neither of which you have - while surviving attacks with a focus sash, which you also don't have. I would suggest replacing him for a dragonite, since this plays a fairly similar role, but KOs more leads, is more bulky, and packs priority. Here is the set:

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Nature: Quiet
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 232 atk 252spAtk 24 speed
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Earthquake
-Extremespeed

How it fares against common leads:

Azelf: DS Azelf is KOed by DM+Extremespeed, normal azelf by 2 Extremespeeds.

Metagross: Fire Blast + Earthquake KOs occa berry versions. FB OHKOes lum berry versions. You outrun all that run less than 24 speed.

Swampert: DM 2HKOes

Jirachi: EQ/FB + Extremespeed 2HKOes. You cannot flinch due to inner focus.

Aerodactyl: DM + Espeed 2HKOes

Heatran: EQ+Espeed 2HKO

Smeargle: Espeed breaks the sash but it puts you to sleep. You have a cleric though.

Roserade: Espeed breaks the sash as it puts you to sleep/OHKOes with HP ice if it has it.

Tyranitar: you lose - switch out

Hippowdon: DM 2HKO

Gliscor: DM usually OHKOes.

I think you get the idea.

- That alakazam needs trick - this allows it to beat/cripple many dominant special walls such as Blissey. I think, however, that Specs Latias outclasses it. I would, in fact, use a scarf latias though, because you need a revenge killer.

-Since your team is lacking in recovery, and you have a status absorber, you might want to consider WishBliss if you can get it. I recommend Wish/Protect/Flamethrower/Thunder Wave or Toxic. I would use Twave since your team is fairly slow, and it works well with Machamp's confusion.

I would suggest Payback on machamp over ice punch, to hit harder those immune to Dynamicpunch.

Hope I helped. Good luck. EDIT: kinda got beaten by Abutorn - they say great minds think alike...

Could you please increase the length of your Bronzong, Blissey, and Alakazam descriptions. As of now, they're rather short and close to violating rule #3. Thanks!
