An OU Rain Team

Hey, so I decided to start playing the BW2 OU Metagame and made a Rain team. It's doing pretty well, but I'd like some advice on how to improve it. Thanks!

Drizzle
Modest Nature
252 HP/252 SpAtk/4 Speed
@Choice Specs
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Focus Blast
Surf

First of all, there's Politoed. Considering he has Drizzle, he's pretty much a necessity for this team. He sets up rain, helping out the rest of the team. I'm running a Choice Specs set for the power, as a Rain Boosted Specs STAB Hydro Pump is going to hurt anything that doesn't resist it. There's also Ice Beam to hit Dragons and Focus Blast to hit things that resist his other moves. Surf is in case I need the accuracy over the power of Hydro Pump.

Download
Naive Nature
4 Atk/252 SpAtk/252 Speed
@Choice Scarf
Thunder
Ice Beam
Bug Buzz
U-Turn

Genesect is a great member on this team. It revenge kills a lot of stuff due to its diverse movepool and Choice Scarf. Although it fails to outspeed +1 base 100s, it is still incredible and always helps me out. Thunder is present because of rain and the fact that it has good coverage. Ice Beam is once again there to hit Dragons. I'm running Bug Buzz over Flamethrower due to the fact that Flamethrower really isn't useful in rain, whereas Bug Buzz is a STAB move and is fairly powerful. U-Turn makes him a great lead and also helps me chip away my opponent's Pokemon. Rain is also very helpful by weakening the Fire moves it fears so much.

Regenerator
Naive Nature
IVs: 28 Def
4 Atk/252 SpAtk/252 Speed
@Life Orb
Hurricane
U-Turn
Superpower
Taunt

Tornadus is an absolute monster in the rain. STAB Hurricane hurts a lot of stuff hard. This is also great when coupled with his amazing speed. The 28 Def IV is there so that Genesect don't get a Special Attack boost from Download upon switching into him. U-Turn is there to maintain and build momentum and chip away my opponents. Superpower is to take care of stuff like Tyranitar and weakened Ferrothorn. Taunt helps out with things who like to set up, making it extremely useful.

Iron Barbs
Relaxed Nature
252 HP/68 Def/168 SpDef
@Leftovers
Spikes
Leech Seed
Protect
Power Whip

Ferrothorn is incredibly useful on this team. He sets up Spikes and can also slowly wear away opponents with Leech Seed. The rain by Politoed helps by weakening Fire moves and thus not making HP Fires as much of a problem for Ferrothorn. Spikes helps my team get extra KOs. Protect helps scout out Choiced moves in addition to helping with Leftovers and Leech Seed recovery. Power Whip helps finished off weakened Pokemon if necessary.

Natural Cure
Timid Nature
252 SpAtk/4 SpDef/252 Speed
@Life Orb
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Thunder
Rapid Spin

Similarly to Genesect, Starmie is also powerful with its awesome coverage. Ice Beam and Thunder hit a lot of things for super effective damage, and have great synergy with each other. STAB Rain Life Orb Hydro Pump also hits things that don't resist it with great power. Starmie also has Rapid Spin to try to keep away hazards from my team.

Arena Trap
Jolly Nature
252 Atk/32 Def/224 Speed
@Life Orb
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Sucker Punch
Substitute

Dugtrio is mainly here to trap opposing weather starters. Arena Trap traps them in and allows him to get some damage on them. This is very useful for winning the weather war. Earthquake is a STAB move making it an obvious choice. Stone Edge, while it isn't the most accurate, has good coverage with Earthquake. Sucker Punch hits some scarfed Pokemon or Pokemon who are weak to Dark. Substitute allows him to possibly kill another Pokemon if he manages to get it up.

Well, there's my team, please comment and make suggestions for this team to improve it. Thanks!
