A test team I made that turned out to be pretty good.
The Plan: Ninjask spreads speed boosts around while using SD when it can. Once I have enough boosts I send in my sweepers. With Wish support and Rapid Spin Ninjask can be used multiple times. This may seem simple but all of my wins were usually 4-0 and losses were usually 0-2. Never did i have Ninjask as my last poke. It usually fainted due to bad prediction, or due to my walls being knocked out.
Ninjask@Leftovers
Jolly
EVs: 252 HP/ 156 Def/ 100 Spd
-BP
-Sub
-Protect
-Swords Dance
This guy's the key member of the team. Simply use protect and sub in unison while swords dancing whenever I get the chance. After a few boosts I switch BP to the appropriate poke. The EVs let it outspeed the slower scarfers, though I'll usually lead with protest just in case. I know that I have no way to attack with this guy but i have yet to be in a situation in which he was my last guy.
Tentacruel@Black Sludge
Calm
Abilit:Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/ 120 Def/ 136 SDef
-Surf
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Knock Off/ Ice Beam
Tentacruel is in here mainly for Rapid Spin. If my opponents sets up Stealth Rock Ninjask's ability to switch in and use sub is pretty much gone. Toxic Spikes simply spreads poison around and Surf is for some damage. Knock Off can be usefull and so can Ice Beam. As far as coverage goes Ice Beam isn't needed due to the fact that I'll usually set up, use rapid spin and switch, but Knock Off doesn't really fit in too well with what i'm doing here.
Vaporeon@Leftovers
Bold
EVs:252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SAtk
-Surf
-Sub
-Wish
-BP
Vaporeon is very key in my team. Wish support helps out Ninjask quite a bit. Due to Vaporeon's low speed, It'll usually take the hit before I use BP.
Sub passing helps out also but usually isn't used that often. Surf is here for STAB.
Salamence@Life Orb
Mild
EVs: 16 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 240 SAtk
-Draco Meteor
-Earthquake
-Flamethrower
-Outrage
One of my team's sweepers and an excellent poke for speed passing aswell as atk. Most people automatically assume he's an all out physical sweeper and get hit by the unexpected Draco Meteor. With a +2 in atk he becomes almost impossible to wall. Max in SAtk lets him use draco and flamethrower to the fullest extent. Because I'll usually be giving him a boost in speed Naive isn't needed. I went with 252 in Spd anyway so that he can effectivley sweep even without Ninjask.
Metagross@Life Orb
Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
Metagross is my best poke for BPing to once I've managed boosts in both stats. The moves allow it to have great coverage and hit everything for at least nuetral damage(I think) while dealing super effective to some of the biggest threats in OU. Life Orb is good but I have been in situations in which it killed me so leftovers is considered.
Swampert@Leftovers
Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Atk/ 4 Spd
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Ice Punch
-Stealth Rock
Swampert fits in really well here. With above average defences it can switch in fairly easily. After one or two boosts in speed he ends up being quite a threat. The moves here provide pretty good coverage. SR is usually used once I get walled or predict a switch. Ice Punch is used over Avalanche since I usually go before my opponent. The EV spread seems fine but any advice is much appreciated.
So that's the team. Feel free to give any advice you want just make sure to provide reasons for your claims.
