An Unconventional Sandstorm Team

This is my old 4th gen team that I converted into a 5th gen team early on and I have began to use it again. It is not your standard team but it is deffinatly not novelty sets. All comments are apreciated and wanted.

Tyranitar@ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SDef
Careful
- Curse
- Crunch
- Sleep Talk
- Rest
This set has won me many battles. It can take a lot from the special side and is almost a sort of special wall. I can almost hear people scream when they get me down to wear one more hit can kill me then a rest back up to full health waste there many turns and puting me in a postion wear I can sweep or take out a huge cunch and put them into a potion they have no hope of recovering from. I am looking into the possibility of changing it to more "standard" t-tar since this team could do with some stealth rocks and a little more concistancy.

Dusknoir@ Leftovers
Ability Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 28 Atk / 228 Def
Impish
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
This maybe out classed devinsivly by duskclops but not offensivly. Most people do forget that it is nice attack and it can ko pokes that have the ground and ice weaknesses ( I am considering switching to fire punch for ferrothorns). It does well deffensivly and in the sand the leftovers are better than having the higher defenses and that constent damage knawing away at it.

jirachi.jpg

Jirachi@ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 80 SAtk / 176 Spd
Timid
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
This is my favourite jirachi set. It can come in one tons of walls and then sub on the status then calm mind as they try to break the sub then they will most likely switch out to something to kill as I calm mind again (if they don't switch, +6 here I come) then i most likely kill them as they break my sub. More than half my wins were thankes to jirachi (halk of them again were rage quits :P). Most common one is coming on ferro as they set up spikes, subing one leech seed or thunder wave then it is all down hill from there. Krookodile does completly wall this set as it is immune to both attacks but is extremly rare as it is outclessed by so many others.

Ditto@ Choice Scarf
Trait: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP
Adamant Nature
- Transform
(ivs for hp rock so I can get the easy ko on Volcarona, considering changing for better coverage)My teams revange killer. Saved me countless times from sweeps and then going on its own miny counter sweep. Looking into possibly switching. This is the only poke tying me to dream world.

Empoleon.png

Empoleon@ Choice Specs
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Modest
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Aqua Jet
This set has so much raw power with the hydropump and can ko most pokes that are neutral to it (bar chancey and the like) and tons to any switch in (also baits ferrothorn in which my jirachi loves). Aqua jet may seem wierd but it is just to break exadrils balloon so that ditto can copy it and be able to eqrthquake it back, but not much use outside of that. Also it is quite bulky and can live most things bar some super effectives and usualy it can live them with torrent range and ko back. Very nice counter for rain teams as it can abuse the rain and hydro pump and do tons of damage even tho it is resisted.

landorus.jpg

Landorus@ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
- Hammer Arm
This set is much like Empoleon as it has so much raw power, tho this set swaps bulk for speed. Good for revenge killing as nothing will apreciate an EQ unless it is immune. Sand force is an awsome ability and that extra power is always appreciated on any poke. I am pretty upset that areodactly didn't get Sand Force as it would of made a whole let better after nintendo basicly killed its ability as lead.

your grammar and speeling suck, its really hard to rate a team when i cant even read what you are saying without wanting to smack you. like seriously "This maybe out classed devinsivly by duskclops but not offensivly"??? and "a postion wear I can sweep or take out a huge cunch and put them into a potion"? come on man, fix you grammar before you fix your team

I suggest replacing that Dusknoir for Jellicent. Jellicent is overall a much better Ghost-type Pokemon compared to Dusknoir. It has higher defensive capabilities, a better priority for recovery (Recover). Even has that nice Water Absorb ability. It also has higher speed, which is very crucial in outspeeding many common slow stalling Pokemon that Dusknoir is unable to outspeed due to it's low speed. Not only that, Jellicent also gets access to Taunt, completely stopping many bulky Pokemon slower than it. Here's the set:

Jellicent @ Leftovers - Water Absorb
Nature: Bold - EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spd
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Scald

LOL at your grammer and "speeling" LOL Maybe check your own post before dogging someone elses.

Auto-pwned.

On-topic:
Another viable option for your sandstorm team is Cradily, yes, Cradily...

Cradily@ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpD
Modest
- Toxic
- Recover
- Energy Ball
- confuse Ray

Switch on Water-type foes and watch them raise your Special Attack, Crady gets Special Defense boost from Sandstorm so don't fear Ice Beams or HP Ice, they're not going to OHKO or 2HKO. Annoy your enemy with Confuse Ray and Toxic and hit things with Energy Ball, a PKMN with x4 weakness to Grass is OHKO by Crady.

You should get rid of Ditto.
