Epic Stall!

This is my stall team redux! I've changed alot to cover most of my weaknesses. I still have a really hard time with Breloom though.

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

At first I had Hippowdon here but Sandstorm really screwed with the team canceling out Leftovers on half of the team. Which is counter productive to a stall. So now I have Donphan. Because he's physical though I still have a hard time with Zapdos as he doesn't really counter and still takes huge damage from Heat Wave.

Dusknoir (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Will-o-wisp
- Pain Split
- Shadow Sneak
- Protect

A standard on all of my stall teams though I replaced Substitute with Protect. This set works way better because of that one tiny change and has been known to stall 3+ pokemon into a KO before (at which point most people Rage Quit).

Roserade (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/6 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Energy Ball
- Leech Seed
- Spikes

Roserade replaces Tangrowth here..... who I really miss. But spikes are really hard to get rid of. Much harder than Toxic Spikes as Toxic Spikes can be removed simply by switching in any Poison type that isn't a Flying or has Levitate. Most people panic and go for a quick kill once they see me setting up Spikes so I rarely get all 3 up. That compounded with Roserade also being my team's cleric slows that process down even more. I almost always get at least one out though and that really helps :D .

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Toxic

Takes the place of the team's token Breloom counter.... a strategy that still doesn't work as well as I'd like. Breloom is vicious and still manages to tear giant holes in Skarmory. In fact in most cases if a team carries Breloom that usually means the end for me. I got off a lucky ice beam once with Empoleon and managed to win.... but I've still only ever killed 1 Breloom with my stall teams.

Empoleon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/6 Spd/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Surf
- Roar

Empoleon rocks for all sorts of reasons. Able to kill Starmi w/ Thunderbolt and survive, Dragon Counter, Surf kills Scizor without Superpower (or on the switch if I predict right). Empoleon is all kinds of awesome :D . Still have a little trouble with Dragons though because Empoleon is Specially Defensive and Dragon Danced up Dragons can cause big problems for Empoleon if I don't manage to get a Roar in early.

Hitmontop (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP/6 Spd/252 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Protect
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Mach Punch

Another pkmn that manages to work out much better than I originally thought. Mach Punch get's a much appreciated boost from Technician + STAB and works great for pounding on Heatran (who being immune to all status that causes passive damage except Leech Seed remains my stall team's only other counter). Otherwise he's still Epic Win in most cases.

Threat List
Breloom remains the bane of my existence! He consistantly and reliably tears through my team every time.

Zapdos with Thunderbolt and Heatwave causes major problems for this team. A sweep is almost guarnteed!

Jirachi & other Para-flinch users slowly dismantle my team one pkmn at a time. Most of my team is slower than Para-flinchers and thus remains in a perpetual state of defenslessness... especially in Jirachi's case.

Anybody want to give me some feedback on my team?

I need ideas on a good Phazer. I'd also like to keep a cleric on the team, and I need a Breloom counter.

Any help would be appreciated :) .
 
Weezing can counter Breloom better than Muk, has a useful Ground immunity and can use Haze if you need it (although RestTalk with Sludge Bomb and WoW is probably better). Then drop Dusknoir for something like Whirlwind Skarmory or Roar Suicune. Power Whip would be a better option than Energy Ball on Tangrowth.
 
Okay, I like the idea of Weezing... but if I drop Dusk then I have no Rapid Spin blocker. Also I'd like to keep Dusknoir and Tangrowth so I'm thinking about dropping Forretress and instead getting a different Stealth Rocker maybe on the special wall side.... but I need to look at some things and assess my options. Also it would be kind of nice to have another Will-o-wisper as I've noticed that if Dusk goes down early there are alot of pkmn that I just can't beat. Also was thinking about replacing Vappy with Suicune. Bulkier stats and also has alot of the same stalling tools including roar.

Edit: So why isn't anyone replying to my RMT? It's gotten plenty of views. Do I really *FAIL* that bad?
