This team has been doing pretty well for me on shoddy battle, but I feel like it could be tightened up a bit. I'll note which parts I feel are strong or weak.

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Naive 4 atk/252 speed/252 sp atk
-Explosion
-Fire Blast
-Psychic
-Stealth Rock

A normal lead. Tries to drop stealth rock, then blows himself up. Does his job, but I'm wondering if something else could do it better.

Gyarados @ lefties
Adamant 156 HP/108 atk/100 def/144 speed
-Dragon Dance
-Taunt
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge

Bulky Gyara. My response to heracross. Used to cover whatever magnezone can't. Also my go-to pokemon when when I get a chance to set up.

Jolten @ Choice Specs
Timid 4 def/252 speed/252 sp atk
-Thunderbolt
-Shadowball
-HP Ice
-Baton Pass

Covers Gyara's glaring weakness and gets in a hard hit. Takes out a lot of problem pokemon. Baton Pass lets me scout if I had to put him in too early.

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Hasty 4 hp/252 speed/252 sp atk
-Thunderbolt
-HP Fire
-Flash Cannon
-Explosion

Custom Magnezone set meant to absolutely ensure the destruction of all Scizor variants. Completely wrecks many other steel types as well. It has been suprisingly effective for me.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Adamant 44 hp/252 atk/212 speed
-Focus Punch
-Spore
-Leech Seed
-Substitute

Messes up a lot of walls and generally does quite well. It's amazing how many people on shoddy battle don't know how to counter it.

Cresselia @ lefties
Bold 252 hp/252 def/4 sp atk
-Reflect
-Moonlight
-Ice Beam
-Charge Beam

My wall and only sure-fire gyara counter. Doesn't do much else though.

Okay, metagross or jirachi or even heatran all outclass the suicide leads, they would do a much better job at getting stealth rock up. Also, that magnezone isn't really custom, and it needs choice scarf to stop scizor, as scizor outspeeds and ko'es.

Also, I would just want to tell you that pherhaps a gander at rule #3 would help...

Rule 3 said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

All your descriptions need a bit of work. If you get proper descriptions for your team members, PM me the changes and I'll open your thread.
