XY OU Any needed improvements?

This is the team I am working on getting into my Y version currently. I just have Clefable left. The other team members are ready to be EV trained and/or IV breed.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Crunch
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
Should Ice Beam be replaced with Fire Blast? I have taken out Dragonites with this move.

Charizard (M) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 144 HP / 252 Atk / 112 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
Standard Bulky Dragon Dancer.

Gengar (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 28 HP / 148 SpA / 80 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
This set was the one I found on the Strategy Pokedex. Pretty standard.

Azumarill (F) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Superpower
She has swept teams because people expect her to be choice banded. I think she is a keeper on my team.

Clefable (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Moonblast
- Protect
- Wish
Support Clefable. She has crippled set-up sweepers.

Excadrill (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
Typical Rapid Spinner Set. I wasn't able to get Iron Head on Excadrill, so would X-scissor be a good coverage move for Psychic types? Sand Rush works well with Tyranitar.

I need some suggestions for improvements. I don't feel comfortable having two fairy types, but they get the job done. Thanks!

Not a bad team. I do have a few suggestions regarding movesets, however.

For starters, I would go ahead and replace Ice Beam with Fire Blast on Tyranitar. Both of your Fairies can handle Dragonite as well as other Dragons. Plus, it gives you something to do against Ferrothorn.
Secondly, your Gengar set is a little peculiar. I wouldn't really bother giving it any bulk, as you just need it to hit hard. If you want to run Sub, go ahead and run the SubDisable set. As far as Will-o-wisp goes, if you really need to burn something, make your Charizard X a bulky variety and give it Will-o-wisp, Roost, and two STAB moves.
Having two Fairies isn't really a problem, as their weaknesses are pretty much covered and they play two very different roles.
Finally, Sand Rush isn't the most reliable ability for Excadrill, as the Sand only lasts five turns, and it can't really switch into anything that threatens Ttar. Mold Breaker is, in my experience the better ability, as it allows you to OHKO some Rotom-W sets.

That's my five cents, though. Great team!
