Anyone want to help me make a team?

Not sure where this should go because it's not an actual team so please don't infract me for this.

I need a team in like one day...I would like to have a MixKing (Nido) and a PerishTrapping Gengar on the team as well.Any help is appreciated.

Well it depends on what you want to do. Do you want an all out offensive team or something? Or a theme team like taking the use of Gengar or Nidoking?

Gengar is a bit fragile to be PerishTrapping.

Not really it has a chance of surviving a 339 Attack (Jolly) Choice Banded Weavile Pursuit if it doesn't switch out. It also has a high speed and 3 immunities which is really nice.

There are more awesome things about it. lol Like being unpredictable and makes people switch into Blissey. Yay! Now you can Perish Trap it.

Well if you want to use those 2 I suggest using a Psychic resist like a Steel or Dark type because Alakazams can really hurt you with STAB Psychics.

Good idea, thanks.I just need to find something with a movepool that can work well with those two.Any suggestions?Also, I want to add in a Gallade as a physical sweeper.And I have an awesome Modest Bidoof I could use in my team.

EDIT: Could you EV train the Bidoof for me?

A "chance" is rarely enough in competetive battling, especially considering that Weavile is faster and is likely to hit Gar again with pursuit before times up. There are far better options for PerishTrapping, although it is unpredictable, I'll give you that...

Archer, Block, then Hypnotize, then Perish.You do have to survive two turns, unless you want you entice a switch and hypnotize first and then block.

* If you want to use Gallade, Gengar, Nidoking you'll need a Ghost/Psychic counter, mainly a Gengar counter because it OHKO's Gallade with 48 HP / 252 Atk / 210 Spe or the one you got from Everstone (Yeah I saw you offering for it lol), OHKO's Gengar, and has a chance at OHKOing Nidoking (Max: 96%)
if it has switched in on Stealth Rock, which is 6.25% I believe.

Is the question is directed at me. No, as I'm breeding.

Well a Choice Banded Pursuit does...
* 86.25% - 101.25% on a flawless Gengar with 236 HP / 22 Def / 252 Spe
* 84.71% - 99.68% on a flawless Gengar with 214 HP / 44 Def / 252 Spe

And if it's a lead, which a lot carry Focus Sash a lot less.

* Calcs done on Metalkid.

Any comments on the 5 I just posted and ideas on what to put in as the counter?

Lol, I saw a sweeper I liked and went for it.

Again just watch out for Timid Life Orb Gengar.

Dewgong (+SpD, 252 HP/252 SpD) is 2HKOed by Thunderbolt and Focus Blast
Gallade (Neutral, 60 HP) OHKOed by Shadow Ball
Probopass (+SpD, 252 HP/252 SpD) OHKOed by Shadow Ball
Gengar (Neutral, 252 HP) is OHKOed by Shadow Ball
Nidoking (-SpD) can potentially be OHKOed by Shadow Ball (Max: 96) and Hidden Power Ice 93.73% - 110.23% with Stealth Rock.

* Calcs done on Metalkid.

I might take out Gallade and replace it with Weavile to counter Gar.

Again watch out for Gengar lol. Especially Modest ScarfGars who are played a lot. It would mean that you can only switch in on HP Ice and Shadow Ball. Or else you OHKOed or 2HKOed.

Snorlax and Jibaku's CBTar are great counters. Although they may be weak to Focus Blast, x2 and x4 respectively. Snorlax (Curselax set) takes 48.11% - 56.66% and Tyranitar takes 84.16% - 99.01%. And both can OHKO with Crunch or Tyranitar with Pursuit. Thoough never switch them in on a Focus Blast. It will outspeed you and can 2HKO Tyranitar and possibly 2HKO Snorlax though it can 3HKO so you can Crunch it after the second Focus Blast.

mmm, Mismagius would be better if it got Hypnosis...

Gengar@Focus Sash/Wide Lens
Careful | 156 HP, 136 Atk, 216 Spd
~ Hypnosis
~ Perish Song
~ Mean Look
~ Explosion

Focus Sash - Chance to put a faster foe to sleep.
Wide Lens - Don't want Hypnosis missing...

Here's the perish trapping gengar i used to run, it works nicely.

Gengar@Wide Lens
Timid 252 HP/252 Speed, 4 in whichever defense you want..
-Hypnosis
-Mean Look
-Perish Song
-Destiny Bond

Gengar @ Black Sludge/Wide Lens/Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 236 HP / 22 Def / 252 Spe or 214 HP / 44 Def / 252 Spe
224 HP / 44 Def / 242 Spe (Outspeeds + Speed Nature Infernape)
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk) / Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Hypnosis
- Substitute/Destiny Bond
- Perish Song
- Mean Look

Wide Lens to help the accuracy of Hypnosis and better at the likes of Garchomp in Sand Storm. Black Sludge for healing and so if Pokemon use Trick/Switcheroo they get hurt. Focus Sash is great with Destiny Bond.

Substitute helps take a Sub so they can't hit you while you set up. This is a pretty good set imo.

Mr.Darkrai - >_< Damn Gengar...I might keep the Gallade but switch Dewgong to Lax.

Blak - I already have a good Nosepass in my thread

Mr.Darkrai - That's the set I planed on using when I first decided to make a PerishTrapper.

Mr.Darkrai - >_< Damn Gengar...I might keep the Gallade but switch Dewgong to Lax.

He already switched Dewgong for Snorlax.

Just using ordinary Normal types to counter Gengar isn't good, remember it learns Focus Blast. Using Special Defense oriented ones are great just like what I mentioned, Snorlax who also packs Crunch and Pursuit, but not only that resist Fire and Ice Attacks and can absorb status. But this doesn't mean you can't use Ambipom, Porygon-Z, and such, there great Pokemon too use. He just really needs a Gengar counter.

Also I might mention you might need a CBWeavile or SD Weavile (If you ever seen IggyBot's RMT you'll see it does a lot of damage) counter, as Probopass can be OHKOed by Brick Break, Gallade doesn't like taking a Night Slash(although it does survive), Nidoking hates Ice Punch.

But Curselax can do a number with Body Slam and Perish Trap Gengar can take a hit.

Gengar? Go for Mismagius instead. Same type, better defenses. I gained interest in PerishTrappers a few weeks back, and am currently breeding a nice Missy.

I mainly want Gengar because I already have an awesome one EV trained and everything.This team is for the WiFi tournament PabloMeza is hosting.
