(Replay of a match with Curve inside! :P)

Well, we are obviously here for an RMT. But first, the proof of the peak is this (#3) - http://prntscr.com/8alkv5 (Yes both Drayden8437 & Blaze8437 are my accounts on Showdwn!). When I built this team I was actually looking for something that was extremely offensive to the core (Well....almost) and could win matches against almost any team once you're in proper sync with the team as a whole and good with prediction. And I don't think people who like stall-ish teams should even bother reading this.
(Please do note that I may not be the 'first' maker of such a team, I've incorporated various ideas that came to me mind when battling other people's teams and especially those stall-ish teams which I would like to banish even from AG!)
TEAM-BUILDING PROCESS
When I had gotten the hang of the AG tier, and had acquired enough experience I was using a team that could easily defeat any one in the lower rung of the AG ladder (sorry to say so) which was -

(I agree that this team is too stally, well atleast by my standards)
While using this team, I faced a couple of problems -
1. Although I had two 'stallers' like Darkrai and Lugia having Dark Void & Toxic, Whirlwind resp.
I had problems beating teams which had speed boosters such as Blaziken and Scolipeed and moody users such as Smeargle due to no use of Lum berries or entry hazards, lack of extreme speed users to some extent and the fact that Smeargle used Ingrain.
2. The second problem in one word was, Ditto. Although It sounds fairly stupid, Ditto was able to take on my team fairly easily, using the stat buff's it got from 'my' Xerneas. (Also I was easily defeated by Curve. And while no-one every beats Curve, I knew I had to improve to become the best Pokemon Trainer there ever was.)
So, what I did at first was that I removed Lugia, which I had trouble using because of it's stall-ish-ness and put in another Arcues to handle the problems mentioned in (1).
But I found out that this made my team vulnerable to stallers such as Will-o-wisp users as I was extremely dependent on the Arceus to do the job as Xerneas almost never was able to help due to the growing use of Arceus-Steel and Darkrai had lost it's charm because of the large no. of lum berry users.
For the following few days I just analysed what sweepers other people used (and was beat by Curve again) and the Pokemon that came up consistently, mentioned as 'god-like' in the AG Viability Rankings - Smogon was Mega-Ray. And as Xerneas was doing almost nothing and having heard so much how good M-Ray was, I switched to it. Another pokemon I found very interesting was Yveltal (The Special One obviously), it could easily take on a Ditto and crush it to the ground, so I removed Darkrai and in came in Yveltal with taunt to handle Will-o-wisp.

And I think I beat Curve with this team once! (btw, he had lost due a timer count down :P)
I thought my team couldn't be beaten now, but now I faced two new threats, one was Mega-Ray itself, which until now was handled by Xerneas. The second threat was Fairy-Arceus (Calm-Mind set), which could even take hits from my Steel-Arceus after using Calm Mind once. Also, I faced a large number of Klefki teams (I HATE THEM!), which kept using thunder wave again and again reducing my team's effectiveness. So it was time for a reform.... again!
What I did was then is as follows -
1. Switched Steel-Arceus from a special to a physical attacker to handle Fairy-Arceus.
2. Removed an Arceus and brought in a Fairy-Arceus myself, as it was the best counter to M-Ray.
3. Gave Kyogre the move Sleep Talk as a pre-emptive measure against Darkrai.
4. Removed the second Arceus as well to bring in Primal-Groudon to handle klefki and it's Thunder Wave.

Okay, this is the team I've stuck with till now. And yes, I beat Curve (Adrian Veidt) with this team once.
THE TEAM!
Okay, after blabbering all about how the transition took place, here's what the team actually is!

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 56 Def / 88 SpD / 16 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Stealth Rock
Okay, about the EV Distribution, Its been designed to survive a +2 EQ from an Arceus, with enough EVs invested in speed to outspeed other P-Groudons (except Josh's :P). It has Max Attack to maximise power and rest of the EV's in SpD and HP to handle those bulky fairy types.
This move-set is pretty standard, except the fact that Stone Edge has been used in place of Roar to handle Ho-oh. Fire Punch is a stab move which gets boosted even more due to Primal-Groudon's ability and as a matter of fact does more damage than EQ.
Other options - Roar > Stone Edge, Precipice Blades > EQ

Arceus-Fairy @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def /16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Judgment
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Refresh
Pretty standard Set for a bulky Arceus. If allowed to set up, even a Physical Arceus-Steel won't be able to do anything. This thing alone has won quite a few matches when all others in the team failed (for details contact White Lion18 :P). It's a Physical wall in the sense that it can take a hit from even a Dragon-Danced M-Ray. It has 0 Attack IVs to handle Klefki's Swag-play in a much better way (BURN KLEFKI BURN!)
Other options - Earth Power > Refresh

Arceus-Steel @ Iron Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 56 HP / 252 Atk / 36 Def / 36 SpD / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Stone Edge
- Defog
- Extreme Speed
Again, I don't think it's the standard move-set nor the standard EV distribution, but this thing works for me. It has enough EVs invested in speed to out-speed max speed P-Groudons, as I've met 2-3 myself, max attack to take out Fairy-Arceus with ease and enough EVs invested in HP and Defenses to atleast take a hit with no attack boost (Not from P-Groudon though, nor Mega Mewtwo X). Defog because it's immune to toxic spikes and takes very less damage from stealth rocks and spikes. This thing should be used to take out Clefable which the ability Unaware.
Other options - Earth Quake/ Stone Edge > Swords Dance (Stone Edge for handling Ho-oh in particular)

Yveltal @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 72 Atk / 252 SpA / 184 Spe
Rash Nature
- Oblivion Wing
- Dark Pulse
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt
Hmm, again it's not the standard distribution, but that's not always necessary. Maximised SpA, with enough EVs invested in Speed to outspeed Arceus Forms with no or 4-8 EVs invested in speed and most Geomancy Xerneas so they can be taunted if the need arises. With 8 EVs in HP and rest in Attack to maximise the effectiveness of Sucker Punch.
The move-set is pretty standard though. Oblivion Wing to gain back health, Dark Pulse to take advantage of the Dark Aura Boost and Sucker Punch to take out Mega Mewtwo Y in specific. It holds a Life Orb to maximise power. Use it to decimate Lugia (after using taunt though). (BURN LUGIA BURN!)

Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
Ability: Primordial Sea
EVs: 8 HP / 156 Def / 252 SpA / 56 SpD / 16 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Sleep Talk
Okay, again.... not the standard distribution. It has 8 EVs in HP because I like the no. 8, 156 EVs in Defence to survive a +2 Extreme Speed from a Silk Scarf-ed Arceus, Max SpA to maximise power and some EVs in Speed to out-speed other Primal-Kyogre and a little investment in SpD to tackle Xerneas better or another P-Kyogre.
If you're wondering why I chose Surf over Origin Pulse read the heading. Sleep talk to handle 'Sleep users' such as Darkrai or even Smeargle. Rest, I think, is pretty understandable.
Other options - Origin Pulse > Surf

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 8 HP / 252 Atk / 76 Def / 76 SpD / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
Okay, are you ready? Here comes THE BEAST!
Now, this is not the EV distribution that is usually used with Rayquaza and most people won't advise such a distribution but hear me out. It has enough EVs invested in SpD to take survive 'an Ice Beam' whomever the user may be (without Stealth rock damage though in most cases), enough EVs invested in Speed to out-speed almost all Xerneas that use Geomancy, 8 EVs in HP, enough EVs invested in Defence to survive a +2 Extreme Speed from a Jolly Natured Arceus and Attack has been maximised because that's what makes it a sweeper. It is holding a Life Orb to further increase its power but beware of Will-o-wisp users. It's EQ can take out even a P-Groudon, except the much bulkier versions, but if they're so desperate to save their Groudon then let 'em be. After it has used Dragon Dance once it can take out anything in one move except really bulky versions of Arceus and as mentioned above P-Groudon & Skarmory and Ferrothorn ofcourse.
The rest of the set is pretty standard and I think that doesn't need any explaining.
Other options - V-create > Earthquake (V-create should be used if you encounter Ferrothorn or Skarmory often)
THREATS
(All Klefki and possibly the all Darkrai team as well are not acceptable)
Klefki: Well, one or two klefki are not that big a threat to this team. This team can quite easily handle from about 2 Klefkis but against an all Klefki team, you will need some luck, just like any other team. If it's an Klefki team, the first thing you should do is take out as many as possible using P-Groudon then Kyogre should be able to take out one atleast or two with a bit of luck, after this, try setting up Fairy-Arceus. Once set-up properly it could easily take out the remaining Klefki.
Darkrai: While Darkrai has been taken care of by P-Kyogre one would say, it's a very big threat to the team in the sense that it learns double team, and can almost never be beaten once set up. When you switch in to your Kyogre when Darkrai comes into the battlefield, your opponent does get the hint that it might be running sleep, and may even switch out to something that nullifies the advantage you get, such as a P-Groudon and the only move in the move-set that can hit him is Ice Beam and it will take atleast 3 turns to go down, so you're forced to switch in a way. So, when facing Darkrai, it's advised that you set-up rocks ASAP and then proceed to increase the pressure on the opponent, by setting up Mega-Rayquaza ASAP.
Lugia: While Lugia can be easily handled by Yveltal, the opponent sure tries to save Lugia for the end of the battle and it is advised that you protect your Yveltal as much as possible and set-up stealth rocks to discourage switching pokemon.
Will-o-wisp Users: Will-o-wisp Users such as Giratina and Sable Eye, should be handled with Fairy-Arceus. An Arceus with a 3x Attack boost may still not be able to kill them in one move and Sable Eye with the ability prankster will hit you with will-o-wisp before you're able to do anything. Other Will-o-wisp Users I've encountered are Ghost-Arceus, Bulky Arceus and Lugia (No, I'm not joking, I've battled one).
Baton-Pass teams: Now, Baton Pass teams do not pose a threat to this team, but I thought I'll include them in due to the fact that they are very annoying. Most Baton-pass teams have their lead as Drifblim which proceeds to use Minimise. Being part ghost it can't be hit by Aura Sphere, so what comes up eh?
The Thunder we're running on P-Kyogre can easily deal with this issue right away as thunder in Rain bypasses Accuracy (in other words it'll hit, no matter what happens).
Skarmory: Well, one of the things your sweeper will have real issues dealing with is Skarmory. With it having huge defense and a typing that resists Mega-Rayquaza's stab, it completely nullifies Mega-Ray's effectiveness unless it has V-Create. You should switch directly to P-Groudon/ Yveltal if you're not running V-Create. Switching to P-Groudon is advisable, but you could switch to Yveltal if the opponent has no Fairy-Types or something with very good SpD such as Ho-oH.
Ferrothorn: Another one who can't be OHKOed by Mega-Rayquaza, Ferro-thorn can be extremely annoying as it runs Leech Seed, Gyro Ball and Protect and has the ability Iron Barbs. Still it's not as big a nullifier of Mega-Rayquaza as Skarmory is. If Rayquaza has used Dragon Dance once it should do about 65-75% damage, but with Gyro Ball, Ferrothorn can almost take-out (if not directly kill) Mega-Ray and it can then itself faint due to the usage of Life Orb. So, what's suggested is that you switch to either P-Groudon/ Yveltal if you don't have V-create for obvious reasons. Yveltal could be switched to because Ferrothorn can't use Leech Seed after it's been taunted.
Arceus Ground: Arceus ground is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, threat to this team. Even though with the presence of Kyogre on this team, it can seem stupid for it be stated as the biggest threat, but yes it is! My Advice? Proceed with caution against this thing, if it is a physical attacker, it can sweep two-third of your team with it's stab Earthquake and even Fairy-Arceus won't be able to stop one with a 2x attack boost. A SpA centred Ground-Arceus is even more difficult to handle, as it generally has the set - Calm Mind, Ice Beam, Judgment and Recover. After a 2 Calm Minds, this beast can sweep the complete with the exception of nobody! Even Kyogre won't be able to do anything although it has a pretty high SpD stat. Try and wear this thing down slowly and PATIENTLY, and try to trap this thing and save Kyogre for the end to finish this thing up.

EDIT
Hey, if you guys are thinking, "Why such stupid EV distributions?", I finally have an answer (I wasn't able to remember before... :P).
I've distributed EVs to All three stats Def, SpD and Health rather than putting all of 'em in HP so as to make the pokemon more effective against 'HP stealers' such as Oblivion Wing Yveltal and all.
You see, having more HP and less defences actually helps these HP stealers gain back HP pretty easily, I've designed the EV especially for such this situation, hope this further deepens your understanding of 'EV Distribution'.
