Hello, everyone! This year, the winter team tour will once again auction based, but with six smaller teams instead of four larger ones. Like in most team tours, these teams will face each other once each during a five-week round-robin period, with the best performing team moving straight to the finals and the teams in second and third facing off once again to determine who moves on to the final fight. This puts the estimated end of the tournament in mid-March, so make sure you can be active until then if you wish to participate!

- Multigen Best of 3 (USUM AG / SS AG / SV AG)

Other details
- This tournament will be hosted by me and Concept.
- Team managers may elect (and are recommended) to have a co-manager.
- Teams must have a minimum of 10 players (8 starters and 2 substitutes).
- Each team has a 100,000 credits budget.
- Team managers and co-managers may self-purchase prior to the auction, with the first purchase costing 15,000 credits and the second costing 18,000.
- The auction will be held on Pokemon Showdown!
- Replays will be mandatory throughout the tournament.
- Being a team tour, this will not give any AG tournament circuit points.


We shall start by selecting the team managers, which have important responsibilities such as drafting a team, submitting weekly lineups, and making sure their players are prepared and scheduling games. As mentioned above, managers are recommended to have a co-manager; you may decide on a co-manager after you have signed up, or if you cannot find a co-manager before the auction begins, you may select one from from the pool of players you draft. No joke signups or unrelated posts please—only post in this thread if you are serious about managing, and do so in the following format:

Your accomplishments: Adhiraj8202 has won UMPL and AGPL in quick succession. He has been an active member of the community for a good amount of time now. Myself, I've been part of every AG team tournament recently. I have also been an active member of the community for a while now and I'm also in SV council.
Why would you make a good manager?: Adhiraj8202 managed in last Anything Goes Winter League as well. I myself have managed in a few tournaments. Both Adhiraj8202 and I have, and will continue to be active members of the community. We have a good knowledge about the tiers and the playerbase. Both of us are confident in our ability to field a good team and keep things in order.

We're familiar with the Anything Goes playerbase and tour performance of players. We are both very active in the AG room, and we are confident in our ability to draft and put together a good team. We’re also good friends who understand eachother & work well together.

Since I began managing Smogon tournaments in March 2023, I’ve had the honor of leading the France team in the UU and NU World Cups, reaching both time the quarter finale. Claiming the championship in UU FPL 2023 and NFE PL 2024, and reaching the finals of Español PL 2023 before winning the title in 2024. Additionally, I've managed tournaments like BSS PL, UU SD, HPL, PTPL, and UMPL.

Swas is a well-known player in the AG scene, with experience competing in prestigious tournaments such as AGPL and UMPL. In addition to being an active and engaged member of the AG community, Swas brings extensive knowledge of the player base. I also bring strong knowledge of the tier, gained through my experience managing team during the last UMPL.

Why would you make a good manager?: We believe deeply in the potential of every players. We know that motivation and mutual support are the true keys to our success. As a manager, We put everything into ensuring our players are performing at 100%

Regarding my management experience, I have managed AAAPL I (Playoffs) , OMFL V (1st place) , NFEPL VII, NDOTSL II (Playoffs) , AAAPL II and OMWC VII (Playoffs). Only ever missed playoffs twice in the PL that I've managed. I also went positive in the last AGWL. Moreover, Murphy Lawden has managed OMFL V and NDOTSL II and has been playing AG for years, especially the old gens of AG. He also played in the last AGPL and knows the playerbase very well.
Why would you make a good manager?:
I and Murphy Lawden have been teammates in many teamtours, which means we understand each other well and can work well together in teamtours specifically. We are motivated and will be invested if we're picked. I bring a unique blend of creativity and enthusiasm to their managerial role, making them an invaluable asset to any team in the AGWL. While Murphy's innovative approach to strategy often leads to the development of unexpected and effective tactics that give their team a competitive edge. Known for their high energy and motivational presence, we both have a natural ability to inspire and uplift their teammates, fostering a spirited and determined team culture. My primary focus is on creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere where every team member feels valued and motivated. I take pride in my organizational skills, ensuring that practices, schedules, and strategies are meticulously planned. This approach helps our team stay well-prepared and cohesive. My passion for the game and dedication to our team's success drive me to put in the effort needed to develop detailed game plans and maintain supportive communication with all members. We strive to remain calm under pressure, which allows us to make well-considered decisions, guiding our team effectively through high-stakes matches. Team name: The Electro Drifting Miradons
Your accomplishments: I have played in multiple team tour including AGWL where we reached the finals meanwhile 0.5 Mirror aka MirrorSaMa has played AGPL V, won UMPL III, AGWL I, and AGPL VI, the first two of which they didn't do very well because they where new to the game, and the third one was 3-3. They have also been in some summer seasons, top 16, top 8, etc., runner-up in AG Homefield, aglt quarterfinals, and the ag champ Circuit they are playing now, they are in the top 4 currently
Why would you make a good manager?: I am currently shadow managing UUbersPL for the Soul Strikers therefore i can motivate everyone while holding a calm environment meanwhile 0.5 Mirror also has a lot of experience in AG and can help the team succeed
