What type of bug are you reporting? Unsure

What is the bug?
Whenever I try to log in to my account, it says incorrect password but I know it isn’t incorrect because I just reset my password. Same thing for if I try to make a new account, I get a message saying “Someone already has that name” even though I was just using the name and tried to set a password for it

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Every time I try to set a new account since I can’t ladder or log in to my former-mentioned account
 
This is almost certainly a result of using Apple iCloud Private Relay, which functions as a proxy/VPN and is known to cause issues with logins. Disabling that will likely fix your issue.
