Arcanine stands out as the best form of speed control in Mix and Mega due to its powerful form of priority, potent Fire / Fairy STAB combination, and versatile movepool. This Pokemon can perform a wide range of roles such as revenge killing, late-game sweeping, and wallbreaking. Altarianite adds a secondary Fairy typing to Arcanine's Fire typing and allows it to fire off Fairy-type STAB Pixilate Extreme Speed, allowing Arcanine to outpace and deal with a large range of the offensive threats in Mix and Mega. Flare Blitz is Arcanine's secondary STAB option and gives it the ability to blow past Steel-types that resist Extreme Speed. Morning Sun gives provides Arcanine with defensive utility and longevity throughout the game and works well with Arcanine's pre-Mega ability Intimidate. Toxic gives Arcanine a way to wear down defensive counters such as Manectite Mew and Lunala as well as offensive checks like Rhyperior and opposing Arcanine. Will-O-Wisp is an alternative status option that gives Arcanine a means to cripple Toxapex, Rhyperior, Venusaurite Corviknight, and any other affected switch-ins. Psychic Fangs is a niche coverage option that allows Arcanine to immediately damage Toxapex. However, the damage isn't enough to 2HKO Toxapex and limits the amount of Pokemon Arcanine can muscle through. Double-Edge is an obscure option that enables Arcanine to break through Banettite Jellicent quickly and pressure Sablenite Gastrodon. However, Toxic is widely considered the best fourth move because of its widespread effectiveness.

Arcanine struggles the most against some of the premier physical walls like Toxapex, Manectite Mew, and defensive Lunala, so partners that can exploit these Pokemon like Hydreigon, Gengar, Lunala, and Mewtwo are all good partners. Hydreigon is particularly effective because it dismantles Manectite pivots like Mew and Rotom formes and freely switches in on Banettite Toxapex's Prankster Toxic. In turn, Arcanine is the most effective offensive answer to Hydreigon, and Arcanine is capable of checking itself by using Toxic on opposing Arcanine. Lopunnite Zeraora and Lucarionite Terrakion allow Arcanine to wear down and overwhelm shared physical checks like Manectite Mew, opposing Arcanine, and Lunala in combination with Toxic. Sablenite Gastrodon is a solid defensive partner that takes on special attackers that force Arcanine out like Rotom-W, Rotom-H, and Gengar without Energy Ball by fully walling Nasty Plot sets with Amnesia. It can also severely hinder Ground-types that cause Arcanine problems like Rhyperior and Hippowdon and prevent them from setting Stealth Rock. In turn, Arcanine serves as reliable speed control on the balance builds where Gastrodon fits best and is capable of stopping special wallbreakers such as Hydreigon from exploiting Gastrodon.

Pinsirite allows Arcanine to step into a wallbreaking role and exploit checks to Altarianite Arcanine with its devastating Flying-type coverage. It is also capable of revenge killing Pokemon that Altarianite Arcanine struggles against such as Excadrill and Necrozma-DM and is one of the better offensive answers to Altarianite Arcanine. Pinsirite turns Arcanine into a powerful Flying-type attacker that leverages Aerilate STAB Extreme Speed to revenge kill a wide range of weakened offensive threats like Gengar, Lucario, Hydreigon, and Dragapult. Flare Blitz rounds out Arcanine's coverage and allows it to defeat Steel-types like Corviknight, Excadrill, and Necrozma-DM. Morning Sun helps deal with recoil damage that Arcanine suffers from Flare Blitz and Double-Edge and allows it to consistently sponge hits from Altarianite Arcanine. Double-Edge is an Aerilate-boosted nuke that powers through Banettite Jellicent and picks off slightly weakened Toxapex and Gastrodon. Howl is an alternative that foregoes immediate wallbreaking power in favor of becoming a late-game cleaner with Extreme Speed. Toxic is a fringe option that enables Arcanine to poison counters like Rhyperior, Rotom-W, Rotom-H, and Tyranitar. Double-Edge is the most consistent option for Pinsirite Arcanine because the power of this option allows Arcanine to lure in and break through unsuspecting Altarianite Arcanine checks.

Because Arcanine is 4x weak to Stealth Rock, the greatest threats to it are Pokemon like Rhyperior and Tyranitar that are capable of switching in on all of its moves and immediately setting Stealth Rock the following turn. Therefore, Pokemon that can remove or block entry hazards like Latiosite Excadrill, Latiasite Rotom-W, and Sablenite Gastrodon support Arcanine well. Because Pinsirite Arcanine can struggle to break Toxapex, Sablenite Gastrodon, Lunala, and Manectite Mew if they aren't weakened, Hydreigon is a useful partner for this Arcanine set as well. Hydreigon can also force heavy chip damage on the previously mentioned Rock-types with Earth Power or Surf so that Arcanine can muscle past them later. In turn, Pinsirite Arcanine checks the best revenge killer to Hydreigon, Altarianite Arcanine, and harasses other Hydreigon counters like Clefable. Ampharosite Clefable is a potential support partner that provides Heal Bell and Stealth Rock support while also being able to switch into bulky Water-types and some offensive Electric-types that pressure Arcanine. In turn, Arcanine can pressure Steel-type Pokemon that take advantage of Clefable like Necrozma-DM and Excadrill, as well as other Fairy-types like Altarianite Arcanine and opposing Clefable.

Toxic gives Arcanine a way to wear down defensive counters such as Mew, Jellicent, Rotom-Heat, and Hippowdon as well as offensive checks like Rhyperior, Rotom-Wash, and opposing Arcanine. I don't know if Rotom-W will retain offensive sets with the new moves dropping, but it is a possibility. I'm not sure where you'd place Lunala, but I think it deserves a mention, too. Will-O-Wisp is an alternative status option that gives Arcanine a means to cripple Toxapex, Rhyperior, and any other affected switch-ins. Psychic Fangs is a niche coverage option that allows Arcanine to pressure Toxapex and other Poison-types. Double Edge is an obscure option that enables Arcanine to break through Banettite Jellicent quickly and pressure Sablenite Gastrodon. However, Toxic is widely considered the best fourth move because of its widespread effectiveness.

Arcanine struggles the most against bulky Water-types so partners that can exploit these Pokemon like Hydreigon and offensive Electric-types like Zeraora, Zekrom, Dracozolt, Toxtricity and Rotoms are good partners. Hydreigon is particularly effective because it dismantles Manectite pivots like Mew and Rotoms and freely switches in on Banettite Toxapex's Prankster Toxic. In turn, Arcanine is the most effective offensive answer to Hydreigon and Arcanine is capable of checking itself by Toxicing the opposing Arcanine. When pairing Arcanine with Electric-types, be wary of bulky ground types like Sablenite Gastrodon and Hippowdon as these Pokemon are capable of defeating both at once. The combination of Arcanine and Zeraora requires wearing down shared checks like Manectite Mew and opposing Arcanine so it is important to utilize Toxic to cripple these checks early. Sablenite Gastrodon is a solid defensive partner that takes on offensive Poison-types that threaten Arcanine like Gengar and Glalitite Toxtricity. It can also severely hinder Ground types who cause Arcanine problems like Rhyperior, Mamoswine, and Hippowdon. Lastly, Gastrodon promises to be a solid answer to Rotom-Wash and Rotom-Heat by fully walling Nasty Plot sets with Amnesia. In turn, Arcanine is capable of stopping special breakers such as Hydreigon and Noivern from fully exploiting Gastrodon.
I'm considering adding Lunala: Arcanine pressures Lunala's counters (Mandi, Gyarapex, Hydreigon), and Lunala takes on Rotoms, Toxtricity and Manec Mew.

Pinsirite allows Arcanine to step into a breaking role and exploit checks to Altarianite Arcanine with its devastating Flying-type coverage. It is also capable of revenge killing Pokemon that Altarianite struggles against and is one of the better offensive answers to Altarianite Arcanine. Pinsirite turns Arcanine into a powerful Flying-type attacker that leverages Aerialate STAB Extreme Speed to revenge a wide range of weakened offensive threats like Gengar, Lucario, Chandelure, Hydreigon, Dragapult and Mamoswine. Idt Chandy is as relevant as the others, post Home, but I might be wrong. Flare Blitz rounds out Arcanine's coverage and allows it to defeat Steel-types like Corviknight and Excadrill. Morning Sun helps deal with recoil damage Arcanine suffers from Flare Blitz and Double Edge and allows it to consistently sponge hits from Altarianite Arcanine. Double Edge is an Aerialate boosted nuke that powers through Banettite Jellicent and picks off slightly weakened Toxapex and Gastrodon. Howl is an alternative that foregoes immediate breaking power in favor of becoming a late-game cleaner with Extreme Speed. Toxic is a fringe option that enables Arcanine to poison counters like Rhyperior, Rotom-Wash, Rotom-Heat, and Tyranitar. Double Edge should almost always be the fourth move on Pinsirite Arcanine because the power of this option allows Arcanine to work around matchups that may be problematic for Altarianite and without this option it loses a significant portion of its niche. Hmm not sure I agree on DE being significantly better than Howl. I feel like they offer different roles to Arc (breaker vs sweeper). Not saying the breaker role isn't more consistent, I'd just rephrase the last sentence to not be as categoric.

Because Arcanine is 4x weak to Stealth Rocks, its greatest threats are Pokemon like Rhyperior and Tyranitar that are capable of switching in on all of its moves and immediately setting Stealth Rock the following turn. Therefore, any answer to these Rock-types is a useful partner to have but Pokemon that can remove or block hazards like Latiosite Excadrill, Latiasite Rotom-Wash, and Sablenite Gastrodon support Arcanine well. In turn, Pinsirite Arcanine checks the best revenger to Hydreigon, Altarianite Arcanine and harasses other Hydreigon counters like Clefable and Sylveon.
Also, maybe Amphy Clef? I'm suggesting this for Heal Bell and Arc beating Fairy Type attackers and Steels for it, when Clef can switch into Electric Types and Bulky Waters.

The Morning Sun sentence gives the impression that it's only useful because you can use it when in regular form. It would be better to first say that Morning Sun helps it stay healthy to consistently check threats over the course of a game, and then mention potentially staying in regular for Intimidate in the next sentence.

Definitely mention Manectite Mew and Lunala as the two defensive threats for Toxic to hit, they're by far the most important. Rhyp and Arcanine are already good enough as mentions for offensive checks.

Mention Venu Corvi in the Wisp point.

This Psychic Fangs mention will be confusing to readers since you just said Wisp cripples Pex; to be more clear, I would say that Psychic Fangs gives you more immediate damage on Toxapex, and then mention in a follow-up sentence that it's generally not preferable due to having a smaller range of targets. Make sure to cut the mention of other Poison types too since you're p much never hitting those with Psychic Fangs.

Lunala is able to pressure multiple Arcanine checks like Manectite Mew, Rotoms, Jellicent, and Glalite Toxtricity while Arcanine exploits Dark-types like Mandibuzz and Hydreigon that bother Lunala.
Bulky waters aren't really a big thing post-home outside of Pex so I'm going to suggest this paragraph to be restructured a bit. Instead of saying Arcanine struggles against bulky waters just say it struggles against physical blanket checks (Pex, Mew, Defensive Lunala), then you can say that Special attackers that are capable of exploiting those pokemon such as Hydreigon, Gar and maybe offensive Lun or Mewtwo are good partners. After that you can mention that Toxic Arcanine can make some progress against Mew and Lunala so pairing it with physical attackers like Lop Zera and Luc Terrak can work to overwhelm those blanket checks.

I'd leave out the Lunala mention since things that cover the likes of Manec Mew will be talked about earlier in the paragraph.

If you're going to mention Ground types separate to Rotoms at least mention that Gastro can prevent them from getting Rocks. I'd also cut Mamo from that point it's really hard for Gastro to come in on that.

I would cut the Poison types point and group in Gengar with the Rotoms as special attackers that can force Arcanine out.

For the last sentence Arcanine finds it a lot harder to come in on Noivern than Hydreigon and Noivern is also less relevant. Instead mention that Arcanine acts as a reliable method of speed control for the balance builds that Sab Gastro fits on, being able to take on threats like Hydreigon.

Double Edge is the most consistent option for Pinsirite Arcanine because the power of this option allows Arcanine to work around matchups that may be problematic for Altarianite with Howl rarely being able to exploit those same matchups despite being its ability to sweep.
The revenge killing point can be adapted slightly to say that Arcanine takes on a slightly different range of threats (Excadrill, DD DM)

Like Gman said cut Chandelure, I'd actually just stick to Gengar Lucario Hydrei and Pult here, since there's a lot of other revenge killers for Mamoswine.

The last sentence could be rephrased a tiny bit, just to say that Double-Edge is the best option because of its ability to lure unsuspecting Alt Arc checks.

In turn, Pinsirite Arcanine checks the best revenger to Hydreigon, Altarianite Arcanine and harasses other Hydreigon counters like Clefable and Sylveon. Ampharosite Clefable is a potential support partner that Heal Bell and Stealth Rocks support while also being able to switch into bulky Water-types and some offensive Electric types that pressure Arcanine. In turn, Arcanine can pressure Steel-type Pokemon that wall Clefable like Corviknight, and Excadrill as well as other Fairy-types like Altarianite Arcanine and opposing Clefable.
Make sure to stress the importance of not letting Rock types get SR up. I'd just stick to mentioning those pokemon instead of saying all checks to Rock-types are useful partners.

Cut the Sylveon mention since that's not really great rn.

I'd swap out the Corviknight mention for NDM, and say that Arcanine beats pokemon that take advantage of Clefable (as opposed to ones that just wall it).

Arcanine struggles the most against some of the premier physical blanket checks ("blanket checks to physical attackers" / "physical walls") like Toxapex, Manectite Mew, and defensive Lunala, (AC) so partners that can exploit these Pokemon like Hydreigon, Gengar, Lunala, and Mewtwo are all good partners. Hydreigon is particularly effective because it dismantles Manectite pivots like Mew and Rotoms Rotom formes and freely switches in on Banettite Toxapex's Prankster Toxic. In turn, Arcanine is the most effective offensive answer to Hydreigon, (AC) and Arcanine is capable of checking itself by Toxicing the using Toxic on opposing Arcanine. Lopunnite Zeraora and Lucarionite Terrakion allow Arcanine to wear down and overwhelm shared physical checks like Manectite Mew, opposing Arcanine, and Lunala in combination with Toxic. Sablenite Gastrodon is a solid defensive partner that takes on special attackers that force Arcanine out like Rotom-Wash, Rotom-Heat, and Gengar without Energy Ball by fully walling Nasty Plot sets with Amnesia. It can also severely hinder Ground-(AH)types who that cause Arcanine problems like Rhyperior and Hippowdon and prevent them from setting Stealth Rock. In turn, Arcanine serves as reliable speed control on the balance builds where Gastrodon fits best and is capable of stopping special wallbreakers such as Hydreigon from exploiting Gastrodon.

[SET COMMENTS]
Pinsirite allows Arcanine to step into a wallbreaking role and exploit checks to Altarianite Arcanine with its devastating Flying-type coverage. It is also capable of revenge killing Pokemon that Altarianite Arcanine struggles against such as Excadrill and Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Necrozma-DM and is one of the better offensive answers to Altarianite Arcanine. Pinsirite turns Arcanine into a powerful Flying-type attacker that leverages Aerilate STAB Extreme Speed to revenge kill a wide range of weakened offensive threats like Gengar, Lucario, Hydreigon, and Dragapult. Flare Blitz rounds out Arcanine's coverage and allows it to defeat Steel-types like Corviknight, Excadrill, and Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Necrozma-DM. Morning Sun helps deal with recoil damage that Arcanine suffers from Flare Blitz and Double-(AH)Edge and allows it to consistently sponge hits from Altarianite Arcanine. Double-(AH)Edge is an Aerilate-(AH)boosted nuke that powers through Banettite Jellicent and picks off slightly weakened Toxapex and Gastrodon. Howl is an alternative that foregoes immediate wallbreaking power in favor of becoming a late-game cleaner with Extreme Speed. Toxic is a fringe option that enables Arcanine to poison counters like Rhyperior, Rotom-Wash, Rotom-Heat, and Tyranitar. Double-(AH)Edge is the most consistent option for Pinsirite Arcanine because the power of this option allows Arcanine to lure in and break through unsuspecting Altarianite Arcanine checks.

Because Arcanine is 4x weak to Stealth Rock, its the greatest threats to it are Pokemon like Rhyperior and Tyranitar that are capable of switching in on all of its moves and immediately setting Stealth Rock the following turn. Therefore, Pokemon that can remove or block entry hazards like Latiosite Excadrill, Latiasite Rotom-Wash, and Sablenite Gastrodon support Arcanine well. In turn, Pinsirite Arcanine checks the best revenger revenge killer to Hydreigon, Altarianite Arcanine, (AC) and harasses other Hydreigon counters like Clefable. Ampharosite Clefable is a potential support partner that provides Heal Bell and Stealth Rock support while also being able to switch into bulky Water-types and some offensive Electric-(AH)types that pressure Arcanine. In turn, Arcanine can pressure Steel-type Pokemon that take advantage of Clefable like Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Necrozma-DM (RC) and Excadrill, (AC) as well as other Fairy-types like Altarianite Arcanine and opposing Clefable.
