Why this set deserves to be on site:
-Walls common ubar threats
-Easy to set up with
-Very hard to take down
-Once set up it is very dangerous.
-With the given spread at +1 Scarfogre cannot 2hko with Thunder
Teammates and counters:
-Kyogre is needed to set up rain as this set is meant to be used in rain
-Dialga should be taken care of because this set has a hard time taking it down.
-Toxic spikes support is nice since Arceus is difficult to take down it can stall Toxic out.
-Scarfchomp can aborb the Twaves and such aimed at arceus as well as take Trick from Darkrai and friends.

-Has trouble dealing with Dragons AND kyogre, but it can deal with either one fine.
