[SET COMMENTS]

* Flying-type Judgment is what differentiates Arceus-Flying from other Arceus formes like Arceus-Water and Arceus-Dark at its bulky sweeper role, since Flying-resistant Pokemon are much less common in the tier. Its immunity to Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes is also a distinct advantage, with the former immunity being especially useful against hyper offense structures. However, the lack of notable resistances makes it somewhat difficult for Arceus-Flying to reliably set up against strong attackers, especially since many outspeed Arceus-Flying such as Marshadow and Zacian-C, and a weakness to Stealth Rock means that it lacks defensive utility for the bulky offense and hyper offense teams it fits best on, meaning it suffers heavy competition from other Flying-types like Mega Salamence and Yveltal.
* Refresh allows Arceus-Flying to play more aggressively, avoiding the risk of coming into Toxic from Alomomola or Ho-Oh and even Glare from Zygarde. Alternatively, Taunt stops Arceus-Flying from being passive as it sets up against Pokemon like Necrozma-DM, prevents Ho-Oh from using Whirlwind against it, and limits the progress made by Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and support Arceus formes by restricting their entry hazard and status-spreading abilities.
* The given EV spread allows Arceus-Flying to avoid the 2HKO from physical utility Giratina-O's Poltergeist and the OHKO from offensive support Primal Groudon's Overheat, all while 2HKOing Tera Grass Ho-Oh.
* Tera Steel allows Arceus-Flying to remove its Ice and Rock weaknesses, potentially letting it set up on Pokemon like Chien-Pao, changes its Stealth Rock weakness into a resistance, and grants it a Toxic immunity, which is very useful for the less aggressive Taunt variants. Tera Fairy removes these weaknesses too alongside granting a Dark resistance, letting Arceus-Fairy handle Yveltal and Arceus-Dark better and using Taunt to stop the latter from using recovery options, while keeping its Fighting resistance against Marshadow.
* Arceus-Flying is best used mid- or late-game when the opposing team has been broken down enough so that it can clean up after one or two boosts. It should be careful about being statused though, since Taunt variants have no way to remove status, and Refresh variants have to take a turn to remove them, which could lead to the opponent getting a free opportunity to bring in a Pokemon that checks Arceus-Flying such as Zacian-C.
* Arceus-Flying struggles greatly against Flying-resistant foes, and, although there are few in number, Necrozma-DM, Zacian-C, and the more niche Zekrom and Garganacl can all be problems for Arceus-Flying. Ground-types like Primal Groudon and Zygarde can help Arceus-Flying break through these foes, while Arceus-Flying can switch into Ground-type moves for the former.
* Strong physical wallbreakers such as Marshadow, Ultra Necrozma, and the aforementioned Primal Groudon help Arceus-Flying break through special walls like Ho-Oh and Chansey, while Arceus-Flying helps to break through physical walls like Zygarde and support Arceus formes. Gothitelle is able to trap and use Taunt to remove the majority of defensive switch-ins Arceus-Flying has like Chansey, Ho-Oh, and defensive Necrozma-DM.
* Entry hazard support from Primal Groudon, Ferrothorn, and Eternatus can greatly assist Arceus-Flying in wallbreaking, notably letting it 2HKO offensive Primal Kyogre at +1 after Stealth Rock damage. Hazard control from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh is also appreciated to help alleviate Arceus-Flying's Stealth Rock weakness. Suicide leads like Glimmora and Smeargle can do both of these roles, making them good options for hyper offense builds.

* Flying-type Judgment is what differentiates Arceus-Flying from other Arceus formes like Arceus-Water or Arceus-Dark, since Flying-type resists are much less common in the tier. It's immunity to Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes is also a distinct advantage, the former being especially useful against opposing hyper offense structures. However, the lack of notable resistances make it somewhat difficult for Arceus-Flying to reliably setup against strong attackers, and a weakness to Stealth Rock means that it lacks defensive utility for the bulky offense and hyper offense teams it fits best on. It might be worth mentioning that it is outsped by many offensive Pokemon such as Marshadow and Zacian-C
* Refresh allows Arceus-Flying to play more aggressively, avoiding the risk of coming into Toxic from Alomomola or Ho-Oh, or even Glare from Zygarde. Alternatively, Taunt is able to prevent Arceus-Flying from being passive as it sets up against Pokemon like Necrozma-DM, as well as preventing Ho-Oh from using Whirlwind against it. Taunt also preserves and prevents opposing mons from making progress. I.e. Ferro setting spikes or using Leech Seed, Chansey using Heal Bell, ect.
* Tera Steel allows Arceus-Flying to avoid its Ice- and Rock-type weaknesses, potentially letting it setup on Pokemon like Calyrex-I andCB Lance still comes close to 2HKOing so Arceus-Fairy will be out of Recovers or die to a crit. Chien Pao, changing its Stealth Rock weakness into a resistance, and gaining a Toxic immunity, which is very useful for Taunt variants that wouldn't be able to play as aggressively as Refresh variants. Tera Fairy removes these weaknesses too, alongside gaining a Dark-type resist, letting Arceus-Fairy handle Yveltal and Arceus-Dark better, while keeping its Fighting-type resistance against Marshadow. It sounds like Tera Fairy should be used with Taunt if these are the mons it wants to handle.
* Arceus-Flying is best used in the mid-to-late game, where the opposing team has been broken down enough, so that Arceus-Flying can clean up after one or two boosts. It should be careful about taking status conditions though, since Taunt variants have no way to remove them, and Refresh variants have to take a turn to remove them, which could lead to the opponent getting a free opportunity to bring in something that checks Arceus-Flying.
* Arceus-Flying struggles greatly against resists, and although there are few in number, Necrozma-DM, Zacian-C, and the more niche Zekrom and Garganacl, can all be problems for Arceus-Flying. Ground-types like Primal Groudon and Zygarde can help Arceus-Flying break through these resists, while Arceus-Flying can switch into Ground-type moves for the former. Strong physical wallbreakers such as Marshadow, Ultra Necrozma and the aforementioned Primal Groudon help Arceus-Flying break through specially defensive walls like Ho-Oh or Chansey, while Arceus-Flying helps to break through physically defensive walls like Zygarde and support Arceus formes. Gothitelle can trap most of these so it is worth mentioning.
* Hazard support from Primal Groudon, Ferrothorn and Eternatus can greatly assist Arceus-Flying in wallbreaking, notably letting it 2HKO offensive Primal Kyogre at +1 after Stealth Rock. Hazard control from Giratina-O or Ho-Oh is also appreciated by Arceus-Flying to help its Stealth Rock weakness. Suicide leads like Glimmora or Iron Treads can do both of these roles as well, making them good options for hyper offense builds with Arceus-Flying.
