[SET COMMENTS]
* Arceus-Ghost's singular Ghost typing gives it a unique presence both offensively and defensively. For the hyper offense structures it fits on, it serves as a check to Extreme Killer Arceus, as well as a spinblocker against Rapid Spin Smeargle. With Ghostium Z, Arceus-Ghost makes for a strong wallbreaker that is able to push past would-be checks such as Zygarde and defensive Ho-Oh.

* However, Dark-types such as Yveltal and Arceus-Dark are a major nuisance for Arceus-Ghost, especially their defensive variants that can take hits with ease. Meanwhile, other Ghost-types, such as Marshadow and Lunala, don't have to worry about them as much due to their superior coverage combined with access to Terastalization.

* Additionally, taking up a Z-Move slot on the hyper offense teams it is mandatory on makes it hard to justify over Ultra Necrozma and Chi-Yu, both of which perform similar roles to it. There's also the issue of it taking up the Arceus slot compared to using Extreme Killer Arceus or Arceus-Ground, both of which are more consistent. Regardless, Arceus-Ghost's combination of offensive and defensive traits, as well as it being naturally Imposter-proof against Ditto, carves it a small niche.

* Swords Dance allows Arceus-Ghost to OHKO Zygarde and defensive Primal Groudon with +2 Never-Ending Nightmare as well as offensive Eternatus with +2 Shadow Force. Alternatively, Dragon Dance allows it to outspeed Chien-Pao, Zacian-C, and Deoxys-A, preventing the former from revenge killing it as easily. Arceus-Ghost can still OHKO defensive Ho-Oh and defensive Primal Kyogre with +1 Never-Ending Nightmare, as well as Necrozma-DM and Giratina-O with +1 Shadow Force, even if its wallbreaking capabilities are limited.

* Shadow Force is mostly used to provide the strongest possible Never-Ending Nightmare for Arceus-Ghost. Its two-turn nature can be awkward, which is why Ghostium Z is needed for circumvent this issue . More notably though, this makes Arceus-Ghost Imposter-proofed against Ditto, since the latter will always outspeed it, thus never hitting it if they both use Shadow Force at the same time.

* Stone Edge allows Arceus-Ghost to snipe Ho-Oh and Yveltal, removing Arceus-Ghost's need to use its Z-Move to OHKO the former to prevent it from phazing. Unboosted Stone Edge OHKOes offensive Ho-Oh and can more reliably OHKO defensive Ho-Oh and specially offensive Yveltal after a boost.

* Alternatively, Brick Break enables Arceus-Ghost to 2HKO Arceus-Dark and Arceus at +1. It also hits more niche targets, such as Chien-Pao, Garganacl, and Kingambit, that may be annoying for Arceus-Ghost to deal with. It should be noted that both coverage options hit Chi-Yu super effectively, although +2 Shadow Force OHKOes it regardless.

* Extreme Speed is a niche option that can snipe Deoxys-A for Swords Dance variants while limiting Yveltal and Chien-Pao's ability to revenge kill it with Sucker Punch, but it is quite weak and only works well against opposing offense teams, not bulkier ones.

* Substitute protects Arceus-Ghost from harmful status conditions, such as burn from Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire and poison from Alomomola's Toxic, and limits Yveltal's and Chien-Pao's ability to revenge kill it with priority moves. Dragon Dance variants also benefit from Substitute limiting Marshadow's ability to pick it off with Shadow Sneak too; however, it can simply outspeed and bypass Substitute with Spectral Thief against Swords Dance variants.

* Alternatively, Taunt denies status moves, whether it be entry hazards from Ferrothorn or opposing setup such as Coil Zygarde and Curse Dondozo, preventing the former from reliably checking it. It also maintains hazards against Ho-Oh and Giratina-O. Recover is a niche option that provides Arceus-Ghost more longevity, but it is much less useful than the other two options.

* The first given EV spread is ideal for Swords Dance variants, allowing Arceus-Ghost to survive Choice Band Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak, and maximum Speed investment lets it Speed tie with Modest Palkia-O and Adamant Mega Salamence, although this may be problematic against Substitute variants of the former.

* Alternatively, the second EV spread is used for Dragon Dance variants. It still avoids the OHKO from Choice Band Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak—now after Stealth Rock—as well as Choice Band Tera Flying Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent and wallbreaker Primal Kyogre's Origin Pulse. However, it also makes Arceus-Ghost significantly slower; it is unable to outspeed fully invested Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, but it does still outspeed Deoxys-A after a boost.

* Arceus-Ghost relies heavily on Ghostium Z to maximize its wallbreaking capabilities against Coil Zygarde, defensive Primal Groudon, and support Arceus formes. It should only be used against these bulkier foes and not frailer targets such as Deoxys-A and Mega Mewtwo Y. This is especially true for Swords Dance variants that focus more on wallbreaking early- or mid game than sweeping.

* Dragon Dance variants of Arceus-Ghost should be preserved until late-game where Dark-types such as Arceus-Dark and Yveltal have been worn down significantly either by hazards or by teammates such as Meteor Beam Eternatus and Mega Salamence. Waiting until late-game also minimizes the risk of a sudden Terastalization, such as Tera Dark Ho-Oh and Arceus-Fairy, even if these are niche situations. Arceus-Ghost does not need significant boosts to clean up weakened teams.

* Pokemon that are able to break through Dark-types are greatly appreciated. Zacian-C can use offensive variants of Yveltal and Arceus-Dark as setup fodder due to resisting all their STAB options barring the niche Heat Wave from Yveltal. Meteor Beam Eternatus does well against defensive Yveltal and defensive Arceus-Dark while also sniping Ho-Oh. Both of these partners appreciate Arceus-Ghost's ability to break past common defensive Pokemon, such as Primal Groudon, Zygarde, and Ho-Oh.

* Suicide leads are essential for supporting Arceus-Ghost. Smeargle and Shuckle are great for Swords Dance variants, making up for its low Speed and preventing Chien-Pao and Marshadow from easily revenge killing it. Deoxys-S and Glimmora work well with Dragon Dance variants, making up for its lesser power with hazard support; this also limits Choice Scarf Yveltal's ability to switch into Arceus-Ghost, since it can be OHKOed by +1 Stone Edge after Stealth Rock. They all appreciate Arceus-Ghost discouraging Giratina-O and Ho-Oh from removing their hazards via Defog, if not denying removal entirely with Taunt.

* Its singular Ghost-type gives Arceus-Ghost a unique presence in the tier both offensively and defensively. For the hyper offense structures it fits on, it serves as an answer check to Extreme Killer Arceus, as well as a spinblocker against Smeargle not really a fan of hyping up its ability to spinblock given Mortal Spin is way more common. Combined with Ghostium Z, Arceus-Ghost is able to muscle through a large portion of the metagame due to the shortage of Ghost-type switch-ins barring Arceus-Dark, Yveltal, and Arceus This needs to be reworded as it is implying that most teams don't have a switch-in to Ghost-types when probably 75%+ of teams will have at least one of these and that is excluding Marshadow. However, the former two of which are a major nuisance for Arceus-Ghost, especially their defensive variants which can take hits with ease, which other Ghost-types such as Marshadow and Lunala don't have to worry about as much due to their superior coverage combined with Terastalization. Additionally, taking up a Z-Move slot makes it hard to justify over Ultra Necrozma, Chi Yu, and Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, all three of which do similar things to Arceus-Ghost. Regardless, Arceus-Ghost's combination of offensive and defensive traits, as well as being naturally Imposter-proof against Ditto, carves it a small niche in the tier. Mention it is HO exclusive. I'd talk about Chi-Yu and Ultra Necrozma as competition due to all three relying on the Z crystal and seperately talk about Ekiller + Groundceus competing for the Arceus slot. Groundceus isn't Z reliant and hasn't been seen using it that often on HO recently. When we get around to revamping that analysis we should probably have Earth Plate as the first item. Kinda feel that the Marshadow + Lunala sentence paints an inaccurate picture and could be removed as well.

* Swords Dance provides Arceus-Ghost with a lot of powerthere has to be a better way to phrase this so it isn't just filler, allowing it to OHKO untransformed Zygarde and defensive Primal Groudon with +2 Never-Ending Nightmare after a boost. Since Arceus-Ghost can survive unboosted Judgment, it can afford to setup in front of Calm Mind Arceus-Dark, thus OHKOing it with +4 Never-Ending Nightmare at +4. Alternatively, Dragon Dance provides Arceus-Ghost with speed, allowing it to outspeed Chien Pao, Zacian-C, and Deoxys-A, preventing the former from revenge-killing it as easily. Arceus-Ghost can still OHKO defensive Ho-Oh and defensive Primal Kyogre at +1 with+1 Never-Ending Nightmare, even if its offensive capabilities are limited. Are there any relevant calcs with Shadow Force itself? Arceus-Dark pretty much always runs 341 Speed so I'm not sure how this is getting to +4. If it is slower that means it is likely the defensive set and thus won't be OHKOed.

* Shadow Force is used to provide the strongest possible Never-Ending Nightmare for Arceus-Ghost. Its two-turn nature can be awkward for Arceus-Ghost though, which is why Ghostium Z is needed for circumvent this issue entirely. More notably though, it makes Arceus-Ghost Imposter-proofed against Ditto, since the latter will always outspeed with Shadow Force, thus never hitting Arceus-Ghost if they both use Shadow Force at the same time. This can be merged with the previous bullet.

* Stone Edge allows Arceus-Ghost to snipe Ho-Oh and Yveltalit doesn't even OHKO LO after Stealth Rock, preventing the latter from safely switching into Arceus-Ghost, while removing Arceus-Ghost's need to OHKO the former with its Z-Move to prevent it from phasingit would be clearer if you followed the order you listed them in. Alternatively, Brick Break enables Arceus-Ghost to hit Arceus-Dark for super-effective, being able to 2HKO Calm Mind Arceus-Dark after at +1ngl this sounds very not worth it, phrasing issue, and Ekiller should be mentioned. It also hits more niche targets, such as Chien-(ah)Pao, Garganacl, and Kingambit, that may all be annoying for Arceus-Ghost to deal with. It sShould be noted that both coverage options hit Chi-(ah)Yu for super effectivlye, although +2 Shadow Force OHKOes it regardless. Extreme Speed is a niche option that can snipe Deoxys-A for Swords Dance variants, while still limiting Yveltal and Chien Pao's ability to revenge kill it with Sucker Punch, but it is quite weak and only works well against opposing offense teams, not bulkier ones. Clarify the Ho-Oh sets as unboosted Stone Edge OHKOes offensive Ho-Oh while it is a very low roll for defensive.

* Substitute protects Arceus-Ghost from harmful status conditions, such as burn from Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire, or bad poison from Alomomola's Toxic and. It limits specially offensive Life Orb Yveltal's, Marshadow's, and Chien Pao's ability to revenge-kill Arceus-Ghost with priority moves. It also protects Arceus-Ghost from Smeargle's Nuzzle and Spore, thus walling it completely, granting it free setup. Alternatively, Taunt denies status moves, whether it be hazards from Ferrothorn, or opposing setup such as Coil Zygarde and Curse Dondozo, preventing the former from reliably checking it. Recover is a niche option which provides Arceus-Ghost more longevity, but it is much less useful than the other two options. With the default set Marshadow just clicks Spectral Thief. So clarify which moves go better with each boosting option. Taunt maintaining entry hazards should be mentioned as well.

* The first given EV spread is ideal for Swords Dance variants, since it allows Arceus-Ghost to survive avoid the OHKO from Tera Ghost Choice Band Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak, while maximum Speed investment lets Arceus-Ghost Speed tie with Modest Palkia-O and Adamant Mega Salamence, letting Arceus-Ghost avoid taking hits from them with Shadow Force? It is a coinflip?, although this may be problematic against Substitute variants of the former. Alternatively, the second EV spread is used for Dragon Dance variants, but it still avoids the OHKO from the previously mentioned Choice Band Tera Ghost Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak—now after Stealth Rock—as well as Tera Flying Choice Band Tera Flying Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent and offensive support fully invested Primal Groudon's Overheatthis feels way too niche to matter; however, it also makes Arceus-Ghost significantly slower, with it now being unable to outspeed fully invested Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, although it does still outspeed Deoxys-A after a boost. Being outsped by Yveltal and Chi-Yu matters a lot as well. You could probably just say Eruption Primal Groudon.

* Arceus-Ghost relies heavily on its Z-Move to wallbreak successfully, meaning it is definitely not worth using on foes such as Necrozma-DM, Giratina-O, and Mega Mewtwo Y, all of which are manageable enough with just Shadow Forcethe wording is very clunky. Ghostium Z is necessary for breaking through Zygarde, Primal Groudon, and even Calm Mind Arceus-Dark, meaning wasting it will leave Arceus-Ghost struggling to break through these bulkier walls. Using Substitute to predict switches is heavily encouraged, since it prevents Arceus-Ghost from wasting its Z-Move on already weakened foes, or on foes that are immune to Ghost, such as Arceus and Chansey. I'm not really sure what the point in this bullet is other than to say don't waste your Z.

* As mentioned before, Arceus-Ghost despises Dark-types, such as Yveltal and Arceus-Dark, that limit its wallbreaking capabilities significantly. Thus, Pokemon that are able to break through these are greatly appreciated. Zacian-C can use offensive variants of either as setup fodder due to resisting all their STAB options barring the niche Heat Wave from Yveltal, while still breaking past even without Play Roughthe play rough bit doesn't feel like it needs to be mentioned. Meteor Beam Eternatus does fantasticuse a different word or proper grammar against defensive Yveltal and defensive Arceus-Dark, while also sniping Ho-Oh for Arceus-Ghost. Both of these partners appreciate Arceus-Ghost's ability to break past common defensive Pokemon, such as Primal Groudon, Zygarde, and Ho-Oh.

* Suicide leads for the hyper offense teams that Arceus-Ghost fits on, are essential for supporting it. Smeargle and Shuckle are great for Swords Dance variants, making up for the minimal speed it has, preventing Chien Pao and Marshadow from easily revenge-killing itpresumably Arceus-Ghost perfers Taunt on webs?. Deoxys-S and Glimmora work well with Dragon Dance variants, making up for its lesser power with hazard support; this prevents Choice Scarf Yveltal from recklessly switching into Arceus-Ghost? It outspeeds it at +1 and OHKOes while not dying to stone edge. They all appreciate Arceus-Ghost discouraging Giratina-O and Ho-Oh from removing their hazards via Defog. This bullet should go first or change the structure generally.

This is great 1/2. Not going to do gp stuff, but I think there are one or two words left over from editing. I think it'd be worthwhile mentioning how an Arceus ghost team can break stall as Arceus ghost is more of a balance breaker, but that can be done in QC2

* As mentioned before, Arceus-Ghost despises Dark-types, such as Yveltal and Arceus-Dark, that limit its wallbreaking capabilities significantly. Thus (RC) cutting down repeated information Pokemon that are able to break through these Dark-types are greatly appreciated. Zacian-C can use offensive variants of either Yveltal and Arceus-Dark as setup fodder due to resisting all their STAB options barring the niche Heat Wave from Yveltal. Meteor Beam Eternatus does well against defensive Yveltal and defensive Arceus-Dark (RC) while also sniping Ho-Oh for Arceus-Ghost. Both of these partners appreciate Arceus-Ghost's ability to break past common defensive Pokemon, such as Primal Groudon, Zygarde, and Ho-Oh.

* Suicide leads for the hyper offense teams that Arceus-Ghost fits on (RC) are essential for supporting it Arceus-Ghost. Smeargle and Shuckle are great for Swords Dance variants, making up for the minimal its low Speed it has (RC) and preventing Chien-Pao and Marshadow from easily revenge-killing revenge killing it. is this true when they both have prio that bypasses? Deoxys-S and Glimmora work well with Dragon Dance variants, making up for its lesser power with hazard support; this also limits Choice Scarf Yveltal's ability to switch into Arceus-Ghost, since it can be OHKOed by +1 Stone Edge after Stealth Rock. They all appreciate Arceus-Ghost discouraging Giratina-O and Ho-Oh from removing their hazards via Defog, if not just denying removal entirely with Taunt.

* Additionally, taking up a Z-Move slot on the hyper offense teams it is mandatory on makes it hard to justify over Ultra Necrozma and Chi-Yu, both of which (RC) alongside Marshadow and Lunala (RC) perform similar roles to it. (those 2 are already mentioned above, so unless they're all z move reliant it doesn't rly fit here} There's also the issue of it taking up the Arceus slot compared to using Extreme Killer Arceus or Arceus-Ground, both of which are more consistent. Regardless, Arceus-Ghost's combination of offensive and defensive traits, as well as it being naturally Imposter-proof against Ditto, carves it a small niche in the tier.

* Swords Dance allows Arceus-Ghost to OHKO Zygarde and defensive Primal Groudon with +2 Never-Ending Nightmare (RC) as well as offensive Eternatus with +2 Shadow Force. Alternatively, Dragon Dance provides Arceus-Ghost with Speed, allowing allows it to outspeed Chien-Pao, Zacian-C, and Deoxys-A, preventing the former from revenge killing it as easily. Arceus-Ghost can still OHKO defensive Ho-Oh and defensive Primal Kyogre with +1 Never-Ending Nightmare, alongside as well as Necrozma-DM and Giratina-O with +1 Shadow Force, even if its wallbreaking capabilities are limited.

* Shadow Force is mostly used to provide the strongest possible Never-Ending Nightmare for Arceus-Ghost. Its two-turn nature can be awkward, which is why Ghostium Z is needed for circumvent this issue entirely. More notably though, this makes Arceus-Ghost Imposter-proofed against Ditto, since the latter will always outspeed it with Shadow Force, thus never hitting it if they both use Shadow Force at the same time.

* Stone Edge allows Arceus-Ghost to snipe Ho-Oh and Yveltal, removing Arceus-Ghost's need to use its Z-Move to OHKO the former with its Z-Move to prevent it from phazing. Unboosted Stone Edge OHKOes offensive Ho-Oh and can more reliably OHKO defensive Ho-Oh and specially offensive Yveltal after a boost.

* Alternatively, Brick Break enables Arceus-Ghost to hit 2HKO Arceus-Dark and Arceus super effectively, 2HKOing both at +1. It also hits more niche targets, such as Chien-Pao, Garganacl, and Kingambit, that may all be annoying for Arceus-Ghost to deal with. It should be noted that both coverage options hit Chi-Yu super effectively, although +2 Shadow Force OHKOes it regardless.

* Extreme Speed is a niche option that can snipe Deoxys-A for Swords Dance variants while still still doesn't rly make sense because there's no other move that does that on this set limiting Yveltal and Chien-Pao's ability to revenge kill it with Sucker Punch, but it is quite weak and only works well against opposing offense teams, not bulkier ones.

* Substitute protects Arceus-Ghost from harmful status conditions, such as burn from Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire and poison from Alomomola's Toxic, and limits specially offensive wouldn't sub limit all yvel sets from the sucker revenge kill? Yveltal's and Chien-Pao's ability to revenge kill it with priority moves. Dragon Dance variants also benefit from Substitute limiting Marshadow's ability to pick it off with Shadow Sneak too; however, it can simply outspeed and bypass Substitute with Spectral Thief against Swords Dance variants. Substitute also protects Arceus-Ghost from Smeargle's Nuzzle and Spore, thus walling it completely, granting it free setup (RP) you mentioned cutting on discord

* The first given EV spread is ideal for Swords Dance variants, since it allows allowing Arceus-Ghost to survive Choice Band Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak, and maximum Speed investment lets Arceus-Ghost it Speed tie with Modest Palkia-O and Adamant Mega Salamence, although this may be problematic against Substitute variants of the former.

* Alternatively, the second EV spread is used for Dragon Dance variants. It still avoids the OHKO from Choice Band Marshadow's Tera Ghost Shadow Sneak—now after Stealth Rock—as well as Choice Band Tera Flying Rayquaza's Dragon Ascent and wallbreaker Primal Kyogre's Origin Pulse (RSC). (AP) However, it also makes Arceus-Ghost significantly slower (RC); (ASC) with it now being is unable to outspeed fully invested Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre, although but it does still outspeed Deoxys-A after a boost.

* Arceus-Ghost relies heavily on Ghostium Z to maximize its wallbreaking capabilities against Coil Zygarde, defensive Primal Groudon, and support Arceus formes. It should only be used against these bulkier foes (RC) and not frailer targets such as Deoxys-A or and Mega Mewtwo Y. This is especially true for Swords Dance variants that focus more on wallbreaking early- or mid game than sweeping (RC) due to the lesser Speed yet greater Attack. a;ready covered in evs

* Dragon Dance variants of Arceus-Ghost should be preserved until late-game where Dark-types such as Arceus-Dark and Yveltal have been worn down significantly either by hazards or by teammates such as Meteor Beam Eternatus and Mega Salamence. Arceus-Ghost does not need significant boosts to clean up weakened teams (RP) Waiting until late-game is also useful, since it minimizes the risk of a sudden Terastalization, such as Tera Dark Ho-Oh and Arceus-Fairy, even if these are niche situations. Arceus-Ghost does not need significant boosts to clean up weakened teams. (AP)

* Pokemon that are able to break through Dark-types are greatly appreciated. Zacian-C can use offensive variants of Yveltal if it can set up on offensive, can it not set up on defensive too? and Arceus-Dark as setup fodder due to resisting all their STAB options barring the niche Heat Wave from Yveltal.
