- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor / Snarl

[SET COMMENTS]
- Assault Vest patches up Archaludon's low Special Defense, and, when paired with Stamina's Defense boosts and Electro Shot's Special Attack boosts, Archaludon can easily snowball.
- Central to this snowball strategy is Electro Shot, as it allows Archaludon to simultaneously boost while threatening Water-types such as Basculegion and Dondozo. Body Press takes advantage of Stamina boosts, threatening other Assault Vest Pokemon and Dark-types such as Incineroar and Kingambit. Flash Cannon helps Archaludon deal with Fairy-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Whimsicott. Snarl is an option to help mitigate damage from special attackers such as Gholdengo, who may wall Archaludon outside of rain otherwise, and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, as well as hampering other Archaludon, should Body Press not be an issue due to Terastallization or redirection.
- Dragon Pulse is a consistent STAB move, while Draco Meteor without boosts secures OHKOs against other Dragon-types such as Hydreigon and Dragonite without Multiscale, where Dragon Pulse misses out without prior boosts.
- Tera Grass allows Archaludon to avoid Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, as well as resist Ground-type moves from Ursaluna and Garchomp. Tera Bug grants a resistance to both Fighting and Ground while maintaining neutralities to other types such as Ice, which is relevant against Porygon2 and Alolan Ninetales. Tera Fighting grants a resistance to Dark, denying Kingambit its chance to OHKO Archaludon before Stamina comes into play, while also powering up Body Press.
- The EVs focus on making Archaludon bulky while allowing Archaludon to outspeed Modest Pelipper, and the rest is dumped into Special Defense to maximize value from Assault Vest.

[SET COMMENTS]

- With Power Herb, Electro Shot isn't as reliant on Pelipper's rain, allowing Archaludon to use it as a single-turn move once. While the rain is still useful to repeatedly use Electro Shot, Power Herb adds flexibility and doesn't require Pelipper to make an appearance before Archaludon can use Electro Shot. The flexibility and immediate power allows Power Herb Archaludon to actively deal more damage where a bulkier Assault Vest set can sometimes need a turn or two of setup. Sturdy acts as a free Focus Sash, allowing Archaludon to survive at least one attack which in turn lets Archaludon invest fully into its Speed and Special Attack.
- Thunderbolt, combined with Tera Electric, turns Archaludon into a premier Electric-type attacker, threatening common Water-types such as Basculegion and Dondozo. while not having to rely on Electro Shot for repeated Electric damage once Power Herb has been used. Draco Meteor's high base power and the hype offensive nature of this set tends to make it the better option, however Dragon Pulse is still a good option in case Archaludon needs to use its Dragon-type STAB multiple times without losing the Electro Shot boost. Flash Cannon is another STAB option to use against Fairy-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Tera Fairy Dragonite.
- Tera Stellar is an alternate option to Electric when Archaludon opts for Flash Cannon in particular, as Tera Stellar boosts Electro Shot while also boosting its other STAB moves on the first use. While Tera Electric is more useful for repeated boosted Thunderbolts, The Tera Stellar boost to Draco Meteor in particular is notable for scoring OHKOs on bulky threats such as Ursaluna after an Electro Shot boost.
- Timid nature allows Archaludon to outspeed key threats such as Gholdengo, while Modest maximizes damage output. Modest notably guarantees OHKOs on bulkier Nasty Plot Gholdengo with Tera Electric Electro Shot, and most Amoonguss with Tera Stellar Draco Meteor after an Electro Shot boost.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Teambuilding
============

- Archaludon's Electro Shot doesn't require a turn to charge while in Rain, so Pelipper is a staple partner because of its ability Drizzle. Pelipper can help Archaludon deal with Fighting- and Ground-type threats such as Sneasler, Annihilape, Ursaluna, and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon with its STAB moves and provide speed control with Tailwind.
- Basculeigon is a common Swift Swim Pokemon used with Archaludon, mainly due to its synergy with Pelipper. Basculegion offers immediate damage to an otherwise slow-paced core of Pelipper and Archaludon, and can goad Rillaboom into using Grassy Glide into a Stamina Archaludon switch-in.
- Dragonite and Maushold commonly use multi-hitting moves in Scale Shot, Population Bomb, and Beat Up, respectively. These can be used to side target their ally Archaludon to instantly gain multiple Defense boosts with Stamina. Dragonite can provide speed control with Tailwind and pressure targets such as Sneasler and Flamigo who threaten Archaludon with Close Combat.
- Sinistcha and Amoonguss can both heal and redirect dangerous Fighting- and Ground-type attacks away from Archaludon. Sinistcha offers immediate healing on a switch-in and an additional layer of Speed control in Trick Room, while Amoonguss's Spore is generally disruptive and Pollen Puff heals Archaludon for more than Hospitality and Life Dew from Sinistcha. These two Grass-types also benefit from Pelipper's rain as it reduces Fire-type damage.
- Incineroar's Intimdate and Fake Out help with Archaludon's physical weaknesses to Sneasler and Ursaluna, and Knock Off removes items such as Assault Vest and Eviolite, which then allows Archaludon to better combat threats such as Porygon2 and other Archaludon.

Strategy Comments
============
- Assault Vest Archaludon's goal is to gain stat boosts to then sweep with powerful Body Presses or STAB options. Its superb defensive typing makes it worthwhile to switch it in on resisted hits to get a Stamina boost. It is particularly complementary with Pelipper, who resists Fighting and is immune to Ground while Archaludon resists Pelipper's Electric weakness in turn.
- When using a Pokemon such as Dragonite with a multi-hit move, it should be used with caution if Stamina Archaludon is lurking in the backlines. Conversely, Dragonite can help manage a boosted Archaludon with Haze for its partner to then attack without going through multiple Defense boosts or worrying about its damage potential after multiple Electro Shot boosts.
- There are many Fighting-types such as Sneasler and Flamigo that can OHKO Archaludon that don't already have Defense boosts or aren't Terastallized into a different type. Managing Archaludon's Stamina boosts and making sure it stays in range of such moves is key for dealing with Archaludon in this way.
- Special attackers, particularly Ursaluna Bloodmoon and Tera Fighting Tera Blast Porygon2, threaten Archaludon's more vulnerable Special Defense while not taking much damage in return. Archaludon's own Snarl can help keep these threats at bay, particularly when combined with Terastalization.
- Changing the weather on Archaludon preparing an Electro Shot is a good way to reposition around it. Torkoal, Tyranitar, and Alolan Ninetales are the premier opposing weather setters of the format. Athough Archaludon itself can threaten all three with Body Press or an appropriate Special STAB move, their presence alone helps their partners, such as Charizard and Excadrill, handle Archaludon and other members of its rain core. Jumpluff and Whimsicott stand out as common users of Sunny Day, which prevents Archaludon from firing single-turn Electro Shots and has the added benefit of weakening any Water-types paired with Pelipper and Archaludon such as Basculegion. When facing these Pokemon, it is important to preserve Pelipper until such manual sun setters are dealt with.
- Sturdy Archaludon is more straightforward. Outspeed it, deal chip damage to get around Sturdy, then land a powerful Close Combat from Pokemon such as Sneasler, or a strong Special attack, so Tailwind from Pokemon such as Pelipper or Icy Wind from Alolan Ninetales help Archaludon outspeed and KO such threats.

[SET COMMENTS]
- Assault Vest aims to patch up Archaludon's low Special Defense, and, when paired with Stamina's Defense boosts and Electro Shot's Special Attack boosts, Archaludon can easily become a terrifying ball of stat multipliers.
- Electro Shot is Archaludon's most powerful move, and will be the main damaging move of choice while Archaludon is in rain. Even when not very effective, it can be worthwhile to use it anyway for the Special Attack boost to power up its other moves. (This entire bullet feels pretty vague— why is it Archaludon's damaging move of choice? How does Archaludon specifically utilize Electro Shot so well?)
- Body Press uses Archaludon's Defense to attack, and when coupled with Stamina, it can easily gather enough boosts to be dangerous. While boosted, it turns Archaludon into a mixed attacker, threatening other Assault Vest Pokemon such as Rillaboom, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, and other Archaludon. (Similar note to the last bullet point. The two highlighted parts are irrelevant dex info & are not necessary to include. Address how Stamina + Body Press allows you to punish things like Fake Out & boost your own Body Press with side Population Bomb, Bullet Seed, and/or Beat Up. Your point about hitting the specially bulky mons was sound, but cut the dex info!)
- Flash Cannon helps Archaludon deal with Alolan Ninetales, Whimsicott, and other Fairy-types and Tera Fairy Pokemon such as Volcarona who would otherwise disrupt the weather or otherwise set up in front of it.
- Dragon Pulse helps Archaludon hit other Dragon types who resist Electro Shot and any Water moves from its partners. It is especially useful against Dragonite, giving it less opportunities to use Haze to clear any accumulated boosts.
- Draco Meteor is worth consideration, dealing explosive damage against other Archaludon in the mirror, or generally synergizing with Electro Shot to mitigate the Special Attack drops. Archaludon can even continue to attack at reduced Special Attack with any Defense boosts with Body Press. (Look into specific calcs that Draco helps with as opposed to Dpulse over vaguely alluding to them (i.e. "explosive damage"))
- Snarl is an option to help mitigate damage from special attackers such as Gholdengo (worth mentioning that without rain & without snarl Archaludon is walled by Gholdengo) and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, as well as hampering other Archaludon, should Body Press not be an issue due to Tera or redirection. It can also prove useful as a general spread move to break Focus Sashes and slow down Trick Room or Sun cores that rely on Torkoal.

- Tera Grass allows Archaludon to avoid Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, as well as Ground-type damage from Ursaluna or Garchomp.
- Tera Bug grants a resistance to both Fighting and Ground while maintaining neutralities to other types such as Ice, which is relevant against the likes of Porygon2 and Alolan Ninetales.
(Address some of the drawbacks of these Tera types— for example both leave you vulnerable to Pelipper Hurricane in the mirror, Bug leaves you vulnerable to Amoonguss, Grass makes you weak to Dire Claw.)
- While Tera Fighting doesn't grant relevant resistances, it does both grant neutralities to Fighting and Ground while also powering up Body Press. This is useful to more effectively threaten common Dark and Normal types such as Kingambit and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon even without prior boosts.

- The EVs focus on making Archaludon bulky, while hitting a bump point for an extra stat point in Special Attack. The Speed EVs allow Archaludon to outspeed Modest Pelipper, and the rest is dumped into Special Defense. (Mention specific calcs, hitting a jump point is not relevant— you could say something more like along the lines of: archaludon has this much investment to OHKO/2HKO xyz mon, this speed investment for modest peli, and the remainder in its bulk in order to maximize its ability to stick on the field (rough outline but you get the idea))

[SET COMMENTS]

- With Power Herb, Electro Shot isn't as reliant on Pelipper's rain, so it can freely use it, at least once, to get the boost and damage.
- While the rain is still useful to repeatedly use Electro Shot, there is the added flexibilty of not needing to have Pelipper on the field first, or even bring it to the match at all.
(phase the first bullet into the second & adjust the wording a bit, you're not really saying enough in the first bullet to have it stand on its own)

- This set trades the longevity of Stamina for the immediate power and speed of Electro Shot, (this is phrased oddly, what are you trying to say here?) while Sturdy makes up for the lost bulk, allowing Archaludon to survive at least one hit.
- Flash Cannon and either Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse round out the the set as STAB options, (allowing it to hit mons like..?) and Protect is for general utility and Sturdy preservation.
- Draco Meteor's high base power and the nature of this set tends to make it the better option, however Dragon Pulse is still a good option in case Archaludon needs to use its Dragon STAB multiple times without losing the Electro Shot boost.
- Sturdy and max Speed and Special Attack make for a fast, powerful, and special defensively frail attacker.

- Tera Electric is used to give Archaludon a boost to its most powerful attack. (what important calcs do you get with tera electric? as is you're not really saying anything)
- Tera Stellar similarly boosts Electro Shot while also boosting its other moves., albeit only once. (dex info) This is more useful if Sturdy Archaludon is used on a team that doesn't also include Drizzle. (elaborate— and again, calcs)

- A Timid nature takes advantage of the lower base Speed stats of Regulation H. If the likes of max Speed Gholdengo, Adamant Annihilape, and bulkier base 100 Speed Pokemon such as Volcarona aren't as much of a concern, a Modest nature generally helps deal more damage. (rephrase this a bit, "A Timid nature allows Archaludon to outspeed..., while a Modest nature sacrifices getting the jump on these threats in order to maximize damage while still getting the jump on... (list a few mons here)")

Pelipper can help Archaludon deal with Fighting- and Ground-type threats such as Sneasler, Annihilape, Ursaluna, and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon with Hurricane and its choice of Water STAB.
- Dragonite and Maushold commonly use multi-hitting moves in Scale Shot, Population Bomb, and Beat Up, respectively. These can be used to side target their ally Archaludon to instantly gain 4-6 Defense boosts with Stamina.
- Dragonite, as well as Pelipper, can use Tailwind to boost Archaludon and themselves to KO faster outspeed and OHKO targets such as Sneasler and Flamigo who threaten it with Close Combat.
- Sinistcha and Amoonguss can both heal and redirect dangerous Close Combats Fighting-type attacks away from Archaludon. Sinistcha offers immediate healing on a switch-in and an additional layer of Speed control in Trick Room, while Amoonguss's Spore is generally threatening and Pollen Puff heals Archaludon for more than Hospitality and Life Dew. - Sturdy Archaludon still very much greatly appreciates Pelipper and especially Tailwind, as it places importance on Electro Shot and fast, Special damage, moreso than the Assault Vest set. (This is fairly vague— make sure to bring up other tailwind setters like Whimsicott & address how it's able to allow Rain teams to play around the weather war)
- Power Herb Archaludon appreciates Fake Out more than Assault Vest, as the turns it creates are more important to it than the slower paced variant. Rillaboom is a stand out partner, as its Fake Out and Grassy Glide can pick off weakened opponents, and its Grassy Terrain can heal off chip damage Archaludon may have taken, helping it preserve Sturdy.

Strategy Comments

- Assault Vest Archaludon's goal is to passively or actively gain stat boosts to then swing with huge Body Presses or STAB options.
- Its superb typing makes it worthwhile to switch it in on resisted hits to get a Stamina boost. It is particularly complementary with Pelipper, who resists Fighting and is immune to Ground while Archaludon resists Pelipper's weaknesses in turn.

Simply focusing on Archaludon's teammates and leaving its Defense unboosted is a viable tactic for handling it. (this is definitely not always the case, though— electro shot allows it to boost itself even when it is not being targeted & directly punishes you for ignoring arch)
- Special attackers, particularly Ursaluna Bloodmoon and Tera Fighting Tera Blast Porygon2, threaten Archaludon's more vulnerable Special Defense while not taking much damage from unboosted Body Presses.
- Changing the weather on Archaludon preparing an Electro Shot is a good way to reposition around it. Once a weather setter switches in and Archaludon readies Electro Shot, it will be stuck in that charging state, unable to switch or Terastalize. (dex info)
- Torkoal, Tyranitar, and Alolan Ninetales are the premier opposing weather setters of the format. - Assault Vest Tyranitar in particular enjoys dealing with Archaludon lacking Body Press. (Address some additional defensive counterplay into it as well (i.e AV Bloodmoon, opposing AV arch, gholdengo once power herb has been used), ttar is definitely not the only thing worth mentioning here.)

- Electro Shot is Archaludon's most powerful move, boosting itself before attacking with a powerful 150 base power move. The drawback of requiring a turn to charge is negated if it is used in rain, so when paired with Pelipper, Archaludon can freely boost and deal damage at the same time.
- Body Press uses Archaludon's Defense to attack, and when coupled with Stamina, it can easily gather enough boosts to be dangerous. allows Archaludon to boost its damage output and defensive utility simultaneously. Pokemon such as Incineroar and Rillaboom are hesitant to Fake Out Archaludon, and Maushold and Dragonite are not so willing to click their Population Bomb and Scale Shot while Archaludon might switch in for a free stack of Stamina boosts. Other resisted attacks such as Grassy Glide and Rock Slide are less tempting when Archaludon is around to soak them up. While boosted, Body Press turns Archaludon into a mixed attacker, threatening other Assault Vest Pokemon such as Rillaboom, Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, and other Archaludon.

- Draco Meteor without boosts secures OHKOs against other Dragon-types such as Dragonite with any amount of chip to break Multiscale, Garchomp, and Hydreigon where Dragon Pulse misses out without prior boosts. Draco Meteor also allows Archaludon to deal enough damage to Amoonguss to allow a partner Modest Pelipper to KO it with Hurricane without activating its Sitrus Berry. (excellent pull here!)
- Archaludon can continue to attack at reduced Special Attack with any Defense boosts with Body Press.
- Snarl is an option to help mitigate damage from special attackers such as Gholdengo, who may wall Archaludon outside of rain otherwise, and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, as well as hampering other Archaludon, should Body Press not be an issue due to Tera or redirection. - Tera Bug grants a resistance to both Fighting and Ground while maintaining neutralities to other types such as Ice, which is relevant against the likes of Porygon2 and Alolan Ninetales.
- Notably, all of these Tera types leave Archaludon vulnerable to Flying-types, particularly Pelipper in the mirror match. Tera Grass and Bug may leave Archaludon vulnerable to Fire-type damage even within rain, and Tera Bug, while useful against the aforementioned threats, does leave Archaludon vulnerable to Spore. These factors and team composition should be taken into consideration when choosing the appropriate type.

- The EVs focus on making Archaludon bulky while allowing Archaludon to outspeed Modest Pelipper, and the rest is dumped into Special Defense to maximize value from Assault Vest.

It might be a little overwhelming, so please make these changes in set comments before I check the whole thing. Generally speaking and for future reference, try to cut down on the length, and instead focus on the most basic relevant information and calcs/relation to metagame Pokemon!

Archaludon @ Assault Vest
Ability: Stamina
Level: 50
Tera Type: Grass / Bug / Fighting
EVs: 252 HP / 156 SpD / 100 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Electro Shot
- Body Press
- Flash Cannon / Snarl
- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor / Snarl

[SET COMMENTS]
- Assault Vest aims to helps patch up Archaludon's low Special Defense, and, when paired with Stamina's Defense boosts and Electro Shot's Special Attack boosts, Archaludon can easily become a terrifying ball of stat multipliers snowball.
- Electro Shot is Archaludon's most powerful move, boosting itself before attacking with a powerful 150 base power move. The drawback of requiring a turn to charge is negated if it is used in rain, so when paired with Pelipper, Archaludon can freely boost and deal damage at the same time.
- Body Press when coupled with Stamina allows Archaludon to boost its damage output and defensive utility simultaneously.
- Flash Cannon helps Archaludon deal with Alolan Ninetales, Whimsicott, and other Fairy-types and Tera Fairy Pokemon such as Volcarona who would otherwise disrupt the weather or otherwise set up in front of it.

Ideally, this should all be in one bullet, so let me suggest what to keep: First sentence of Electro Shot is dex info, and it's 130 BP, anyway. Don't mention partners yet, but you can mention the boosting and dealing damage as well as what does it threaten. For Body Press, you can briefly mention how it works in tandem with Stamina and threatens Dark-types like Kingambit and Incineroar. For Flash Cannon, just say it threatens Fairy-types like Alolan-Ninetales and Whimsicott--shave off the end of that sentence.
- Dragon Pulse helps Archaludon hit other Dragon types who resist Electro Shot and any Water moves from its partners. It is especially useful against Dragonite, giving it less opportunities to use Haze to clear any accumulated boosts.
- Draco Meteor is worth consideration, dealing higher ranges of damage against other Archaludon in the mirror, or generally synergizing with Electro Shot to mitigate the Special Attack drops.

Combine Dragon Pulse and Draco Meteor into one bullet, and in only 1-2 sentences, only discuss how Dragon Pulse might be used for consistency while sacrificing damage output.
- Archaludon can continue to attack at reduced Special Attack with any Defense boosts with Body Press.
- Snarl is an option to help mitigate damage from special attackers such as Gholdengo, who may wall Archaludon outside of rain otherwise, and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon, as well as hampering other Archaludon, should Body Press not be an issue due to Terastallization or redirection. It can also prove useful as a general spread move to break Focus Sashes and slow down Trick Room or Sun cores that rely on Torkoal. Add this to either the bullet with Electro Shot, Flash Cannon, and Body Press or one with Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse.
(Remove this space)

- Tera Grass allows Archaludon to avoid Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, as well as resist Ground-type damage moves from Ursaluna or and Garchomp.
- Tera Bug grants a resistance to both Fighting and Ground while maintaining neutralities to other types such as Ice, which is relevant against the likes of Porygon2 and Alolan Ninetales.
- While Tera Fighting doesn't grant relevant resistances (Dark-type resistance is relevant), it does both grant neutralities to Fighting and Ground while also powering up Body Press. This is useful to more effectively threaten common Dark and Normal types such as Kingambit and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon even without prior boosts.
(Combine Tera type sentences into one bullet)
(Remove this space)

- The EVs focus on making Archaludon bulky while allowing Archaludon to outspeed Modest Pelipper, and the rest is dumped into Special Defense to maximize value from Assault Vest.
(Pros/Cons against Power Herb set?)

[SET]
Archaludon @ Power Herb
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 50
Tera Type: Electric / Stellar
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Electro Shot
- Flash Cannon / Thunderbolt (Thunderbolt has received similar to, if not, more usage in this slot than Flash Cannon)
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse
- Protect

[SET COMMENTS]

- With Power Herb, Electro Shot isn't as reliant on Pelipper's rain, so it can freely use it, at least once, to get the boost and damage. Reword this to say that it can use it in a single-turn one time. While the rain is still useful to repeatedly use Electro Shot, Power Herb adds flexibility and doesn't require Pelipper to make an appearance before Archaludon can use Electro Shot. No mention of Sturdy on this set?
- Flash Cannon and either Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse round out the the set as STAB options, allowing Archaludon to threaten neutral damage into most of the metagame. Flash Cannon offers a consistent STAB move to use when either preserving Draco Meteor or hitting Fairy-types, and Protect is for general utility and Sturdy preservation. You don't really need to explain Protect; you're welcome to be somewhat repetitive in what you say about Flash Cannon in the Assault Vest section.
- Draco Meteor's high base power and the nature of this set tends to make it the better option, however Dragon Pulse is still a good option in case Archaludon needs to use its Dragon-type STAB multiple times without losing the Electro Shot boost. Add Thunderbolt and combine moves into one bullet
(Remove this space)

- With Tera Electric, Archaludon can pick up OHKOs on Pokemon such as 4 HP Gholdengo and Sneasler on the first Electro Shot and non-Assault Vest Incineroar and Kingambit on the second Electro Shot. Gholdengo calc doesn't seem relevant, and let's assume you only use Electro Shot once.
- Tera Stellar similarly boosts Electro Shot while also boosting its other moves. This is more useful if Sturdy Archaludon is used on a team that doesn't also include Drizzle, securing KOs such as OHKOing Relaxed or Bold Amoonguss after an Electro Shot boost with a Stellar Draco Meteor. You need to acknowledge how it only boosting Electro Shot and other moves on the first use, and you mention this Amoonguss calc later, so try mentioning something else like +1 Draco Meteor OHKOing Ursaluna. Also, combine this with the above bullet.
(Remove this space)

- A Timid nature takes advantage of the lower base Speed stats of Regulation H. Timid nature allows Archaludon to outspeed key threats such as Gholdengo, Adamant Annihilape, and bulkier variants of base 100 Speed Pokemon such as Volcarona. Timid also outspeeds other Pokemon around this speed range such as Baxcalibur that opt for neutral Speed natures.
- Modest maximizes damage output, notably guarunteeing OHKOs on bulkier Nasty Plot Gholdengo with Tera Electric, and a wider range of most Amoonguss with Tera Stellar Draco Meteor after an Electro Shot boost. Ideally, you want these in one bullet that reads "Timid nature allows...while Modest maximizes damage..."

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]

Teambuilding
============
- Archaludon's Electro Shot doesn't require a turn to charge while in Rain, so Pelipper is a staple partner because of its ability Drizzle.
- Dragonite, as well as Pelipper, can use Tailwind to outspeed and OHKO targets such as Sneasler and Flamigo who threaten Archaludon with Close Combat.
- Sinistcha and Amoonguss can both heal and redirect dangerous Fighting-type attacks away from Archaludon. Sinistcha offers immediate healing on a switch-in and an additional layer of Speed control in Trick Room, while Amoonguss's Spore is generally threatening and Pollen Puff heals Archaludon for more than Hospitality and Life Dew. These two Grass-types also benefit from Pelipper's rain as it reduces Fire-type damage.
- Incineroar's Intimdate and Fake Out help with Archaludon's Close Combat weakness, and stall and soften other threats such as Tera Fighting Porygon2 with Knock Off. Knock Off can also be key in dealing with other Archaludon so that ally Archaludon and teammates' Special STAB options can circumvent any Stamina boosts.
- Basculeigon is a common Swift Swim Pokemon used with Archaludon, mainly due to its synergy with Pelipper. Basculegion offers immediate damage to an otherwise slow core of Pelipper and Archaludon, and can goad the likes of Rillaboom into using Grassy Glide into Stamina Archaludon.

============
- When using a Pokemon such as Dragonite with a multi-hit move, it should be used with caution if Stamina Archaludon is lurking in the backlines.
- Conversely, Dragonite can help manage a boosted Archaludon with Haze for its partner to then attack without going through multiple Defense boosts or worrying about an Electro Shot boosted STAB move.
- There are many Fighting-types such as Sneasler and Flamigo that can OHKO Archaludon that don't already have Defense boosts or aren't Terastalized into a different type. Managing Archaludon's Stamina boosts and making sure it stays in range of such moves is key for dealing with Archaludon in this way.
- Torkoal, Tyranitar, and Alolan Ninetales are the premier opposing weather setters of the format. Athough Archaludon itself can threaten all three with Body Press or an appropriate Special STAB move, their presence alone helps their partners, such as Charizard, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Excadrill, handle Archaludon and the rest of its rain core.
- Jumpluff and Whimsicott stand out as common users of Sunny Day, which has the added benefit of weakening any Water-types paired with Pelipper and Archaludon such as Basculegion.
- Sturdy Archaludon is more straightforward. Outspeed it, deal chip damage to get around Sturdy, then land a powerful Close Combat or strong Special attack, or a series of spread moves such as Heat Wave or Expanding Force.
- Assault Vest Tyranitar and Ursaluna Bloodmoon in particular enjoy dealing with Archaludon lacking Body Press. Tyranitar can deny Archaludon's rain, while Ursaluna Bloodmoon can bring it down to Sturdy and finish it off with Vacuum Wave. Once Power Herb has been used, Gholdengo offers some defensive utility as well, and can attack into Archaludon's weaker Special Defense.

Try something along the lines of "increasing its damage output while threatening ______"). - Tera Grass allows Archaludon to avoid Spore and Rage Powder from Amoonguss, as well as resist Ground-type moves from Ursaluna and Garchomp.
- Sturdy acts as a Focus Sash, which in turn lets Archaludon invest fully into its Speed and Special Attack. Move it to above bullet, and kind of nitpicky, but just say it guarantees to live at least one strong attack (which yes, is what Focus Sash does)
- Thunderbolt, combined with Tera Electric, turns Archaludon into a premier Electric-type attacker in a metagame lacking strong Electric offense (Why is this important; what does it threaten, and why can't you rely on Electro Shot?). Draco Meteor's high base power and the hyper offensive nature of this set tends to make it the better option, however Dragon Pulse is still a good option in case Archaludon needs to use its Dragon-type STAB multiple times without losing the Electro Shot boost. Flash Cannon is another STAB option to use against Fairy-types such as Alolan Ninetales and Tera Fairy Dragonite.
- Tera Stellar is an alternate option to Electric, similarly boosting Electro Shot while also boosting its other STAB moves on the first use. The boost to Draco Meteor in particular is notable for scoring OHKOs on bulky threats such as Ursaluna after an Electro Shot boost. Tera Stellar is more useful if Archaludon is using Flash Cannon over Thunderbolt however, as using Stellar Electro Shot later removes the option of a Stellar Thunderbolt. Minor adjustment, can you word this in a way that focuses on Tera Electric more. Just say like Tera Electric is more useful for Thunderbolt Archaludon to keep firing boosted Thunderbolts after an Electro Shot.
- Timid nature allows Archaludon to outspeed key threats such as Gholdengo, while Modest maximizes damage output. Modest notably guaruntees OHKOs on bulkier Nasty Plot Gholdengo with Tera Electric, and most Amoonguss with Tera Stellar Draco Meteor after an Electro Shot boost.

I think Archaludon in general values Fake Out support and recovery, so maybe group Rillaboom with Incineroar in bullet above. For Power Herb, just a very brief mention, if any at all, of how it generally fits on a wide variety of teams as a solid special attacking piece is fine.

- Changing the weather on Archaludon preparing an Electro Shot is a good way to reposition around it. Torkoal, Tyranitar, and Alolan Ninetales are the premier opposing weather setters of the format. Athough Archaludon itself can threaten all three with Body Press or an appropriate Special STAB move, their presence alone helps their partners, such as Charizard, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Excadrill, handle Archaludon and other members of its rain core.
Outspeed it, deal chip damage to get around Sturdy, then land a powerful Close Combat from Pokemon such as Sneasler, or strong Special attack, or a series of spread moves such as Heat Wave from Pokemon such as Charizard Try to use a different example, if you can. Conversely, Sturdy Archaludon prefers to outspeed the Pokemon with these moves, Not sure why this part is there. Outspeeding threats isn't exactly specific to Sturdy Archaludon anyway, but it the rest of sentence is fine so Tailwind from Pokemon such as Pelipper or Icy Wind from Alolan Ninetales help Sturdy Archaludon outspeed and KO such threats.
- Assault Vest Tyranitar and Ursaluna Bloodmoon in particular enjoy dealing with Power Herb Archaludon, which lacks Body Press. Tyranitar can deny Archaludon's rain, while Ursaluna Bloodmoon can bring it down to Sturdy with Earth Power and finish it off with Vacuum Wave. Once Power Herb has been used, Gholdengo can more freely attack into Archaludon's weaker Special Defense. Pokemon such as Sneasler, Incineroar, and Rillaboom help threaten these Pokemon in particular while offering Fake Out support. You should say which ally covers which threat.
