I have made a team that Had it's rating reach 1282, but I think there could be improvement.

An in depth look
Yes, Him
Nature: Jolly +Spe -SpA
EVs: 248 Spe/252 Atk/8 Hp
Item: Choice Scarf
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake/Filler
Yes, him, it's what your thinking and his nickname. Choice Scarf has proven useful and Fire Punch is Better than Supperpower in a metagame where the Steels that are weak to Fighting are hit worse by Fire. Earthquake is filler because Pursuit is useless this gen.
Bug Type?
Nature: Calm +SpD -Atk
EVs: 248 Hp/252 SpD/8 Def
Item: Leftovers
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Volt Switch
- Rapid Spin
You are not recommending edits or replacements for this guy. One Layer of Toxic Spikes lets Aron KOs Grounded Rock and Ground Types and Stealth Rock Slays Pokemon with 1 Hp. Rapid Spin is there for obvious reasons and Volt Switch is a fun toy. I lead with Forretress against Taunt Leads and Volt Switch out for free damage.
Insert Name
Nature: Bold +Def -Atk
EVs: 248 Hp/252 SpD/8 Def
Item: Leftovers
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
Vaporeon is an epic Wish Passer. 232 Hp Wishes from Epic Bulk and the ability to burn Pokemon that are immune to Toxic Spikes is enough to get a spot on the team, but she also slays popular Ground Types like Excadrill and Removes status with Heal Bell. I think it's safe to say Vaporeon is not leaving my team.
Uber Dragon (unedited name Ub3r Dragon)
EVs: 252 Spe/252 Atk/4 Def
Item: Choice Scarf
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Tail
Garchomp is one of three (four if you count Aron) attackers on my team. If you're wondering about Dragon Tail on a Choice Scarf moveset, it's filler and Stone Edge was NEVER used. The Genies are OHKOed by Outrage and I'm not hurting Scarmory ether way.
Mr. Smiley
EVs: 252 Spe/252 SpA/4 SpD
Item: Leftovers
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Disable
A fighting Imunity is useful so I have Gengar. This is the new standard on Gengar. Fighting and Ghost is only walled by the nonexistent Normal/Ghost Type Combo and Sub Disable allows Gengar to wall CM Reuniclus and defeat some other "counters" that only have one move that can KO Gengar.
Zombie Boy
1337 Zombie
What Ever you want to call him
Nature: Doesn't matter at level 1
EVs: Also doesn't matter
Item: Shell Belt
- Endeavor
- Iron Head
- Toxic
- Protect
This is Level 1 Aron. 'nough said...
Shell Belt + Endeavor = Full heal upon KOed Opponent
Sturdy = Reusable Focus Sash
Aron can Revenge Kill or Lead Kill almost everything, and what he can't is close enough to a Kill. Aron can come in after Vaporeon uses wish so he doesn't have to revenge kill. If Vaporeon is KOed after using Wish (happened once and probably won't happen again) Aron laughs at Entry Hazards. Set Up Sweeper? lol, Aron Doesn't care. He will KO. Trick Room? let it be used. Ferrothorn? Well... that's the main counter.
If Aron has less than Max HP I use him as a free switch.

I wanted to start with Aron. He's awesome and not a gimmick. 'nough said
To KO almost everything in 1 hit I need sandstorm. There are 2 choices, Tyranitar or Hippowdon. I chose Tyranitar because I didn't want Aron to be the only threat on my team.
Now I need a Rapid Spinner. I chose the pokemon I used on every other team I made, Forretress. He can Rapid Spin and create Entry Hazards.
Okay, Forretress's x4 Fire weakness is a problem so I used a useful tool I saw, a Synergy Pokedex (http://beldum.org/synergy if you want to use it) I used the first pokemon that seemed like it would fit on a Sandstorm Team, Garchomp. At this point I considered Gengar because of it's sync with Tyranitar but I thought the sandstorm would hurt it too much.
I needed a Water Resistance for obvious reasons. I picked a Pokemon with Wish and Heal Bell, Vaporeon. Now I felt that with Wish Support Gengar could fit onto the team.
