Okay, here goes...
What I'd like to do is produce a number of comic strip scripts to make available to the artists. They could then cherry pick which ones they would like to illustrate. I would be able to assist those artists whose strengths lean more towards pin-up shots by providing thumbnails upon request, or help with the layouts.
The general plan would be to release special comics pages every few months, not pressuring the artists to take them on, but to simply let them pick one up when they have time. Then we just collect and publish them.
Comics are my strength, and I'm used to collaborating. I was one of the founding members of the now-defunct Bomb Shelter Comics and one of the principle organizers of Webcomics Idol. This is my world, (even though it's just a hobby) but I think I could bring something new, fun, and different to the party.
