Legendaries in PU? The power creep that came with the Crown Tundra DLC has brought Galarian Articuno down to the tier, and it has quickly made a name for itself. Future Sight puts immense pressure on Galarian Articuno's switch-ins like Gigalith, and U-turn lets it bring in a wallbreaker that can take advantage of these switch-ins. Hurricane provides Galarian Articuno with an immediate damage option, while Recover lets it heal off chip damage. Competitive punishes Defoggers, which makes Galarian Articuno a choice on entry hazard stacking teams. Spikes support from Pokemon such as Froslass and Qwilfish further help chip down its checks. Fighting-types such as Passimian and Hitmontop appreciate Future Sight support to break past Fighting-resistant foes like Cofagrigus. In return, they beat Steel-types that Galarian Articuno struggles with, like Togedemaru. Galarian Articuno hates Rock-types such as Archeops and Regirock, so it appreciates Pokemon that can switch into them, such as Sandaconda. Defensive Aggron can use Roar to force a Pokemon to take Future Sight while also providing Stealth Rock support.
