O.K. I don't know how the ask a simple question works and I have yet to read everything I should rule wise. My question is this, What is better a Calm Mind Slowbro or a Calm Mind Slowking?

I thought maybe a Slowbro since Calm Mind would build up Special Defense, while his defense is already high to start.
