Quality Control Assault Vest Alomomloa [QC 1/2]

Alomomola @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 8 HP / 248 Def / 252 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Knock Off
- Mirror Coat
- Flip Turn
- Scald/Liquidation

Assault Vest Alomomola uses the item Assault Vest to bolster its Special Defense, which allows it to act as a powerful mixed defensive pivot. Alomomola’s defensive capabilities are improved by the healing provided by its ability Regenerator. Alomomola provides valuable utility for its team in Knock Off, like Toxapex, Ferrothorn, and Zapdos. Alomomola can use Mirror Coat to deal huge damage and even OHKO unsuspecting special attackers, such as Mega Charizard Y, Tapu Koko, and Tapu Lele, that switch in because they can break past non Assault Vest Alomomola. Alomomola also uses Flip Turn to safely bring in powerful attackers like, Mega Diancie, Tapu Lele, and Urshifu. Alomomola can also use Scald to status opposing Pokemon with burn or Liquidation for a STAB move that can consistently damage Volcarona while it’s boosting it’s Special Defense stat

Assault Vest Alomomola is very valuable on offense and balance teams due to its ability to check a wide variety of Pokemon and bring in your teams attackers. Alomomola can switch into power physical attacks such as, Urshifu, non Choice Band Zamazenta, and Hisuian Samurott. It can also check and often OHKO powerful special attackers like Gholdengo, Tapu Lele, and Mega Diancie with Mirror Coat. This becomes more difficult to pull off once you reveal that you are an Assault Vest set, as Mirror Coat is easy to predict, causing hiding your set to be a good strategy. Despite all of this Assault Vest Alomomola cannot wall some strong physical attackers, like Ogerpon-W and Choice Banded Zamazenta. This causes Pokemon that can deal with these aforementioned foes, like Pecharunt and Landorus-Therian, are valuable partners. In return Alomomola can easily take on Pokemon they can’t handle, like Tapu Lele. Alomomola can also struggle with special attackers that can do powerful super effective damage to it such as Raging Bolt, and Tapu Koko. Alomomola appreciates Ground Types like Ting Lu and Specially Defensive Gliscor, and Alomomola in return can wall Water Types, like Urshifu and Tapu Fini, which they dread. Due to Assault Vest Alomomola’s reliance on its item to check special attackers, it greatly dislikes having it removed. This makes knock absorbers, like Gliscor, Mega Scizor, and Mega Venusaur, great partners. Alomomola’s walling capabilities can also be crippled by hazards, which leads to hazard removers, like Great Tusk, Terapagos, and Landorus-T, being valuable. Pokemon that can prevent hazards from being set up with Magic Bounce, like Mega Diancie or Hatterene, can also effectively help keep hazards off your side of the field. Powerful Attackers, like Zamazenta, Mega Diancie, and Ogerpon-W, greatly enjoy Alomomola on their team as it can safely bring them in to make progress against the opposing team.

Assault Vest Alomomola uses the item Assault Vest to bolster its Special Defense, which allows it to act as a powerful mixed wall defensive pivot. You aren't really a wall in the traditional sense as you aren't just sitting there and taking hits, mola's main goal is to facilitate teammates via pivoting while sponging big hits. Alomomola’s walling defensive capabilities are improved by the healing provided by its ability Regenerator. Alomomola provides valuable utility for its team in Knock Off. List some targets of Knock Off here. Thanks to its Assault Vest, Alomomola can use Mirror Coat to deal huge damage and even OHKO unsuspecting special attackers, such as Mega Charizard Y, Tapu Koko, and Tapu Lele, that switch in because they can break past non Assault Vest Alomomola. Alomomola also uses Flip Turn to safely bring in powerful attackers like, Mega Diancie, Tapu Lele, and Urshifu. Alomomola can also use Scald to status opposing Pokemon with burn or Liquidation for a good STAB move. Mention that Liquidation pressures Volcarona.

It can also check and often OHKO powerful special attackers like Gholdengo, Tapu Lele, and Mega Diancie. Briefly mention that Mirror Coat becomes easy to predict around if the AV set is revealed, and how players can consider hiding which Alomomola set it is until they reveal Mirror Coat. Despite all of this this Assault Vest Alomomola cannot wall some strong physical attackers, like Ogerpon-W and Choice Banded Zamazenta. This causes Pokemon that can deal with these aforementioned foes, like Pecharunt and Toxapex, idk about recommending a double water core, lets find another example valuable partners. In return Alomomola can easily take on Pokemon they can’t handle, like Tapu Lele. Alomomola can also struggle with special attackers that can do powerful super effective damage to it such as Raging Bolt, and Tapu Koko. In addition to this, against revenge killers, such as Scarf Tapu Lele, and Booster Energy Iron Valiant, these powerful attackers can let Alomomola switch into and easily take an attack while prevent themselves from being KO’d. Filler, you imply this multiple times earlier.

Good start but I'd like to have another look.

Alomomola’s defensive capabilities are improved by the healing provided by its ability Regenerator. Alomomola provides valuable utility for its team in Knock Off, like Gliscor switching in for the first time, and Choice Scarf users like Tapu Lele and Urshifu-R. I don't understand what the previous sentence is saying. Are these Knock Off targets? Because most of them won't be directly switching into Alomomola. Try things like Ferrothorn or Toxapex instead that are much more likely to come in. Alomomola can also use Scald to status opposing Pokemon with burn or Liquidation for a good STAB move that can damage Pokemon the boost their Special Defense stat, like Volcarona. Honestly it's mostly just so you aren't setup fodder for Volcarona, you can specify that.

Alomomola appreciates Ground Types like Ting Lu and Specially Defensive Gliscor, and Alomomola in return can wall the Water Types they dread. Which water-types? Be specific since Alo doesn't beat all of them. Due to Assault Vest Alomomola’s reliance on its item to check special attackers, it greatly dislikes having it removed.
