Alomomola can use Assault Vest to improve its poor Special Defense, becoming a mixed defensive pivot at the expense of Wish. Alomomola can soak up both special and physical moves from Pokemon like Landorus-T, Dragapult, and Iron Moth and pivot out with Flip Turn, with Regenerator recovering most of the damage taken. Scald is Alomomola's best move if it wants to stay in, fishing for burns that help pressure defensive switch-ins like Galarian Slowking, Ting-Lu, and Clodsire and cripple opposing physical attackers like Dragonite, Zamazenta, and Kingambit. Play Rough hits Pokemon that would switch in easily to Scald such as Raging Bolt, Hydrapple, and Walking Wake while chipping down Ogerpon-W decently. Play Rough also helps pressure Calm Mind Iron Valiant, which can otherwise punish Alomomola's Mirror Coat with Encore or repeated use of Calm Mind, and threatens Dark-type special attackers like Darkrai and Greninja that do not fear Mirror Coat at all. Finally, Mirror Coat utilizes Alomomola's high HP stat and the Special Defense from Assault Vest to punish opposing special attackers like Dragapult, and Deoxys-S. A Sassy nature completes the build to Speed tie opposing Alomomola as well as underspeed Hydrapple, Ting-Lu, and Clefable, allowing for Alomomola's teammates to enter safely. Tera Fairy is the primary option to help against rampaging Dragon- and Dark-types like Dragonite, Kingambit, and Roaring Moon while additionally boosting the damage from Play Rough to the point of securing an OHKO against Roaring Moon and a 2HKO against Hisuian Samurott and Iron Valiant. Tera Steel is a secondary option that improves matchups against Calm Mind Iron Valiant and Grass-types like Rillaboom, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon and lets it resist Stealth Rock. Either Tera type can also help against Raging Bolt and Hydrapple, two special attackers that can boost past the threat of Mirror Coat and thus pose a major threat to Alomomola.

Assault Vest Alomomola fits best on bulky offense teams that appreciate its ability to tank hits and pivot but do not require the sustained healing from Wish. Strong and fast attackers like Darkrai, Dragapult, and Deoxys-S appreciate Alomomola's ability to provide them with a safe entrance after a slow Flip Turn while at the same time being able to switch in on potential revenge killers like Choice Scarf Landorus-T, Weavile, and Roaring Moon. Offensive pivots like Landorus-T, Raging Bolt, and Cinderace can form a VoltTurn core with Alomomola and appreciate it tanking hits and pivoting on Darkrai and Walking Wake. Physical walls like Zamazenta and Skarmory can benefit from Alomomola handling special attackers like Iron Moth and Dragapult, allowing them to wall or set up on remaining physical threats that can threaten Alomomola such as Rillaboom and Ogerpon-W, the latter of which can even prevent Alomomola from pivoting around freely. Ground-type teammates like Ting-Lu, Gliscor, and Iron Treads are a must to handle foes like Raging Bolt and Zapdos; besides the threat of setup from Calm Mind Raging Bolt, they can also pivot out with Volt Switch, doing big damage and avoiding the answer of Mirror Coat by pivoting to a Dark-type like Kingambit or Ting-Lu. Alomomola is vulnerable to Toxic Spikes, so Poison-types like Iron Moth and Pecharunt can be a good fit. Similarly, Spikes and Stealth Rock can also wear down Alomomola due to the lack of Heavy-Duty Boots, preventing its ability to survive and pivot for longer and ruining the surprise of the Assault Vest. To handle this, teammates like Great Tusk, Corviknight, and Hatterene can help to remove and prevent hazards. Corviknight can also help as a check to Grass-types like Hydrapple and Rillaboom.

Paragraph 1
Alomomola can use an Assault Vest to improve its poor special defense, becoming a mixed defensive pivot at the expense of losing Wish. Alomomola can soak up both special and physical moves and pivot out with Flip Turn list some mons it can soak moves from. what does it like flipping on?, regenerating health with its Ability so that it can perform this role multiple times per game with Regenerator recovering most damage taken doesnt' have to be this but just shorten and simply this you don't need to say "perform this role multiple times per game" you can just say something liek "regenerator gives it back hp from damage it'll take". Scald is Alomomola's best move if it wants to stay in, fishing for burns that help pressure defensive switch ins and cripple opposing physical attackers examples for both, always provide examples. Play Rough provides an option to hit Pokemon that would switch in easily to Scald, such as Ogerpon-Wellspring, Hydrapple, and Walking Wake. Finally,(ac) Mirror Coat utilizes Assault Vest's Special Defense boost allows Alomomola to punish opposing special attackers examples, feel free to rephrase some of this but you can defo shorten a lot by returning twice the damage taken. This synergizes well with Assault Vest as Alomomola can often surprise an opponent by surviving a hit and returning a KO with Mirror Coat. The EVs are chosen to maximize both pPhysical and sSpecial dDefense, with the additional HP added to survive Choice Specs Tera Ice usually we dont mention tera in analysis but if this is the specific evs go ahead Kyurem's no need to hyperlink Freeze-Dry after Stealth Rock. A Sassy Nature completes the build with lowered speed to ensure a pivot move that usually goes second slower Flip Turn, allowing for Alomomola's teammates to enter safely. Tera Fairy is the primary option to help against rampaging Dragon and Dark types like Gouging Fire, o7 Dragonite, feel free to pick another example Kingambit and Roaring Moon, while additionally boosting the damage from Play Rough if it doesn't hit any important thresholds you should just cut this cuz its dex info. Tera Steel is a second option that improves matchups against Grass Types like Rillaboom, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon, as well as resisting moves like Acrobatics and Extreme Speed. more dex info, and the common espeed/acro users in rmoon and dnite both have secondary moves that slam tera steel so its honestly better off not teraing against them unless you can guarentee the kill the turn you tera

Paragraph 2
Assault Vest Alomomola fits best on Bulky Offense and Balance teams, which appreciate its ability to tank hits but do not require the sustained healing from Wish. Strong fast attackers like Darkrai, Dragapult, and Deoxys-Speed appreciate Alomomola's ability to provide them with a safe entrance after a slow Flip Turn, while at the same time being able to switch in on potential revenge killers examples :sob:. Offensive pivots like Landorus-Therian, Raging Bolt, and Cinderace can form a Volt-Turn core by continually swapping out fluff, and can use Alomomola's Mirror Coat to lure and KO potential counters like Kyurem or Walking Wake. Physical walls like Zamazenta, Garganacl, and Gliscor can benefit from Alomomola removing unsuspecting special attackers, allowing them to wall or set up on remaining physical threats like? any in particular that mola would like them dealing with?. Alomomola appreciates teammates that can switch in safely on Ogerpon-Wellspring and other grass types, such as Zamazenta, Skarmory, and Sinistcha. o so like these threats, so why not just combine the two sentences Ground type teammates like Ting Lu, Gliscor, or Iron Treads are a must to handle foes like Raging Bolt and Zapdos that threaten to Volt Switch out, doing big damage and avoiding the answer of Mirror Coat. Alomomola is vulnerable to Toxic and Toxic Spikes, so poison types like Slowking-Galar or Iron Moth can be a good fit. Spikes and Stealth Rock can also ruin the surprise of the Assault Vest, and can also wear down Alomomola, preventing it'(ra)s ability to survive and pivot for longer. To handle this, teammates like Great Tusk, Cinderace, or Iron Treads can help to remove hazards and act as backup physical checks. dont really like you mentioning the same mon are teammates ie mentioning gliscor twice, iron treads twice, etc, just combine their features into one/find new examples

FayaWizard implemented.
Took out the tera steel resist mentions for now though in practice I do find it is really that one turn that you end up needing to tera for, however I don't have a specific example. Similarly tera fairy play rough mention i removed though it does hit guaranteed ohko on roaring moon, but i guess not as relevant since it can just tera fly out of that.

Mostly good, you just misspelled Kyurem in the Mirror Coat section (you put Kyruem lol) and in the last sentence I would at least move Corviknight over Weezing Galar, and maybe drop Weezing entirely for Hatterene but that's up to you for the latter. Once you implement these two,

Paragraph 1
Alomomola can use Assault Vest to improve its poor special defense, becoming a mixed defensive pivot at the expense of losing forgoing Wish. Alomomola can soak up both special and physical moves from Pokemon like Landorus-Therian, Dragapult, and Moltres (moltres isn't known to deal big damage so tanking its attacks isn't very noteworthy; if you want a fire type maybe replace it with like iron moth instead) and pivot out with Flip Turn, with Regenerator recovering most of the damage taken. Scald is Alomomola's best move if it wants to stay in, fishing for burns that help pressure defensive switch ins like Slowking-Galar, Ting-Lu, and Clodsire, and cripple opposing physical attackers like Dragonite, Zamazenta, and Roaring Moon. (you rather 2hko this with prough, especially if they're sub. maybe mention gambit and/or rilla instead) Play Rough provides an option to hit Pokemon that would switch in easily to Scald, such as Ogerpon-Wellspring, Raging Bolt, Hydrapple, and Walking Wake while chipping Ogerpon-W down decently. (reworded since prough only does 20% to waterpon) Finally, Mirror Coat utilizes the special defense from Assault Vest to punish opposing special attackers by returning twice the damage taken, surprising special attackers like Dragapult, Kyurem, and Iron Valiant. The EVs are chosen to maximize both Physical and Special Defense, with the additional HP added to survive Choice Specs Tera Ice Kyurem's Freeze-Dry after Stealth Rock. A Sassy Nature completes the build with lowered speed to ensure a slower flip turn, notably letting it underspeed foes like abc, (any relevant targets that you now underspeed by running a negative nature? feel free to reword this too) allowing for Alomomola's teammates to enter safely. Tera Fairy is the primary option to help against rampaging Dragon and Dark types like Dragonite, Kingambit and Roaring Moon. (mention the added bonus of boosting prough damage in general too. like for example you get to ohko rmoon and 2hko hamurott from full) Tera Steel is a second option that improves matchups against Grass Types like Rillaboom, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon. (would elaborate more on why tera steel, cause atm just resisting grass doesn't separate it from other teras like tera dragon and fire. the freeze dry resist is very big, and the stealth rock resist is nice too since you're a pivot without boots now)

Assault Vest Alomomola fits best on Bulky Offense and Balance teams, (if you run balance wouldnt you prefer running wish mola while being able to afford a sturdier spdef mon? i think av mola excels at just soft checking a lot of stuff for BO in 1 slot so you get to run more threats. can def discuss further in qc-cord if you want) which appreciate its ability to tank hits and pivot support but do not require the sustained healing from Wish. Strong fast attackers like Darkrai, Dragapult, and Deoxys-Speed appreciate Alomomola's ability to provide them with a safe entrance after a slow Flip Turn, while at the same time being able to switch in on potential revenge killers like Weavile and Roaring Moon. (add scarf landot too maybe, since it's more relevant than weavile lmao) Offensive pivots like Landorus-Therian, Raging Bolt, and Cinderace can form a Volt-Turn core and can use Alomomola's Mirror Coat to lure and KO potential counters like Kyurem or Walking Wake. Physical walls like Zamazenta, Garganacl, (most gargs are spdef and generally you have strudier physical walls to complement mola) and Skarmory can benefit from Alomomola removing unsuspecting special attackers, allowing them to wall or set up on remaining physical threats that can threaten Alomomola such as Rillaboom and Ogerpon-Wellspring, the latter of which can even prevent Alomomola from pivoting around freely. (av mola running mirror coat is pretty much a standard set at this point that i think luring them or catching them off guard is not as straightforward, especially if they see you take rocks. would just reword these sections--especially the highlighted parts--to say how you can switch into and check the special attackers in general. and then, you can add something like 'especially if they get KOed by Alomomola's Mirror Coat' or something similar if you want to emphasize the point of alo removing them from the game.) Ground type teammates like Ting Lu, Gliscor or Iron Treads are a must to handle foes like Raging Bolt and Zapdos that threaten to Volt Switch out, doing big damage and avoiding the answer of Mirror Coat. Alomomola is vulnerable to Toxic and Toxic Spikes, so poison types like Slowking-Galar (do people run av mola + glowking on the same team? feels like they overlap roles, unless i'm missing something) or Iron Moth can be a good fit. Spikes and Stealth Rock can also ruin the surprise of the Assault Vest and wear down Alomomola, preventing its ability to survive and pivot for longer. To handle this, teammates like Great Tusk, Corviknight, and Hatterene can help to remove hazards and act as backup defensive checks. (to who?) (also add another sentence mentioning how the aforementioned gliscor and corv are good knock absorbers so you get to keep your AV)

Finally, Mirror Coat utilizes its high HP stat and the special defense from Assault Vest to punish opposing special attackers like Dragapult, Deoxys-S, Kyurem, and Iron Valiant, and even Kyurem. (reworded slightly to emphasize how your spdef bulk is so huge you can essentially tank super effective hits if needed) The EVs are chosen to maximize both Physical and Special Defense, with the additional HP added to survive Choice Specs Tera Ice Kyurem's Freeze-Dry after Stealth Rock. A Sassy Nature completes the build with lowered speed to be slower than Ursaluna, (most ursas are either ada with speed or brave) to Speed tie opposing Alomomola and underspeed Hydrapple, Ting-Lu, and Clefable, allowing for Alomomola's teammates to enter safely. Tera Fairy is the primary option to help against rampaging Dragon and Dark types like Dragonite, Kingambit and Roaring Moon while additionally boosting the damage from Play Rough to the point of securing a OHKO against Roaring Moon and a 2HKO against Samurott-Hisui and Iron Valiant. Tera Steel is a second option that improves matchups against Calm Mind Iron Valiant and Grass Types like Rillaboom, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon, as well as the ability to resist Kyurem's Freeze Dry and lower Stealth Rock damage. (add another sentence how terastallizing to either tera types also improve your matchup against hydrapple and bolt, which are otherwise special attackers that beat mola between their bulk + setup vs mirror coat interaction + offensively threatens you)

Assault Vest Alomomola fits best on Bulky Offense teams, which appreciate its ability to tank hits and pivot, but do not require the sustained healing from Wish. Offensive pivots like Landorus-Therian, Raging Bolt, and Cinderace can form a Volt-Turn core with Alomomola and appreciate it tanking hits and pivoting on and can use Alomomola's Mirror Coat to tank hits and pivot on potential counters like Kyurem or Walking Wake. Physical walls like Zamazenta and Skarmory can benefit from Alomomola hanbling special attackers like [examples], especially if it manages to KO them back with Mirror Coat, allowing them to wall or set up on remaining physical threats that can threaten Alomomola such as Rillaboom and Ogerpon-Wellspring, the latter of which can even prevent Alomomola from pivoting around freely. Ground type teammates like Ting Lu, Gliscor or Iron Treads are a must to handle foes like Raging Bolt and Zapdos; on top of Calm Mind variants of Raging Bolt that can set up on Alomomola's Mirror Coat, they that can threaten to Volt Switch out, doing big damage and avoiding the answer of Mirror Coat when they bring in a Dark-type like Ting-Lu or Kingambit. (added these for clarity cause they check CM bolt too and not just the pivot set, especially cause cm bolt is an even worse mu for mola + if they dont bring a dark your mirror coat can still put in decent work by chunking something else) Alomomola is vulnerable to Toxic and (if you're weak to something clicking toxic you would prob run teammates that switch into the toxic users no? idk if moth wants to switch into glisc clod glowking. i think just keeping it to tspikes is fine cause it's more general and prevents alo from pivoting around) Toxic Spikes, so poison types like Iron Moth or Pecharunt can be a good fit. Similarly, Spikes and Stealth Rock can also ruin the surprise of the Assault Vest due to the lack of Heavy-Duty Boots and wear down Alomomola, (minor but switch the 'wearing down alo' with 'surprise of assault vest' w each other since the former is more relevant in a game-to-game basis in general while the latter is mostly for preserving info, which no longer applies once you take a special hit or if you click mirror coat) preventing its ability to survive and pivot for longer. To handle this, teammates like Great Tusk, Corviknight, and Hatterene can help to remove and prevent hazards. (minor clarification since hatt doesnt remove hazards. also mention how corv can help check hydrapple)

Alomomola can use Assault Vest to improve its poor Special Defense, becoming a mixed defensive pivot at the expense of forgoing Wish. Play Rough also helps pressure Calm Mind Iron Valiant, which can otherwise punish Alomomola's Mirror Coat with Encore or repeated use of Calm Mind, and threaten threatens Dark-type special attackers like Darkrai and Greninja that do not fear Mirror Coat at all. Finally, Mirror Coat utilizes Alomomola's high HP stat and the Special Defense from Assault Vest to punish opposing special attackers like Dragapult, Deoxys-S, and even Kyurem. The EVs are chosen to maximize both Defense and Special Defense, with the additional HP EVs added to survive Choice Specs Tera Ice Kyurem's Freeze-Dry after Stealth Rock. A Sassy nature completes the build to Speed tie opposing Alomomola as well as underspeed Hydrapple, Ting-Lu, and Clefable, allowing for Alomomola's teammates to enter safely. (No 0 Speed IV?) Tera Fairy is the primary option to help against rampaging Dragon- and Dark-types like Dragonite, Kingambit, and Roaring Moon while additionally boosting the damage from Play Rough to the point of securing an OHKO against Roaring Moon and a 2HKO against Hisuian Samurott and Iron Valiant. Tera Steel is a second secondary option that improves matchups against Calm Mind Iron Valiant and Grass-types like Rillaboom, Meowscarada, and Ogerpon as well as the ability to and lets it resist Kyurem's Freeze-Dry and Stealth Rock. Either Tera type can also help against Raging Bolt and Hydrapple, two special attackers that can boost past the threat of Mirror Coat and thus pose a major threat to Alomomola.

Assault Vest Alomomola fits best on bulky offense teams (RC) that appreciate its ability to tank hits and pivot but do not require the sustained healing from Wish. Strong and fast attackers like Darkrai, Dragapult, and Deoxys-S appreciate Alomomola's ability to provide them with a safe entrance after a slow Flip Turn (RC) while at the same time being able to switch in on potential revenge killers like Choice Scarf Landorus-T, Weavile, and Roaring Moon. Offensive pivots like Landorus-T, Raging Bolt, and Cinderace can form a Volt-Turn VoltTurn core with Alomomola and appreciate it tanking hits and pivoting on Kyurem and Walking Wake.
