* Assault Vest Hoopa-U is a strong check to powerful special attackers like Porygon-Z and Volcanion.
* Psychic Noise deals strong damage to Fighting-types like Iron Valiant, as well as threatening victories against Pokemon that make use of their recovery to win battles, such as stall Azumarill and Pecharunt.
* Knock Off allows Hoopa-U to damage other Psychic-types like Cresselia and Iron Crown while removing important items like Custap Berry from Sylveon and Life Orb from Porygon-Z that could otherwise threaten Hoopa-U's ability to win the matchup.
* Gunk Shot threatens KOs against Fairy-type Pokemon like Primarina and Sylveon.
* Drain Punch is used to defeat various Pokemon that Hoopa-U may want to recover HP from, such as non-Chople Berry Hisuian Goodra and Porygon-Z.

Also mention it's a sound based move, letting it bypass substitute from things like Serperior

* Against Porygon-Z, Knock Off will also stop Life Orb Porygon-Z from KOing Hoopa-U after a Nasty Plot. (recommendation to use the "removing important items" part of Knock Off to mention this and remove this point altogether.)

Goodra-Hisui (don't you like 3hko chople that's kinda weird, oh also counter exists so maybe say non-Counter Hisuian Goodra.)

faster Metagross (none of the current Metagross sets recommended run Speed, like at all, we didn't even put Choice Scarf in, so this is a bit of a weird inclusion. maybe 176 no nature metagross is real to deal with stuff like Icy Wind Primarina but like it's still odd, your choice to keep it or not tho.)
